Arrived at ross Store at 8.45 pm. Store manager "Arri" ordered security guard to lock the door and turn away customers. She had begun store closing procedutres for 9 pm. I requested the security guard ask hte manager to allow me to make the return/w receipt I had come to the store for. The manager refused to allow me to make the return. Here's the thing, we can continue to receive bad customer service or we can write and inform manament about Bad customer serivce,. Yeah event stoe managers are accountable to district, regional, and executive management.
Desired outcome: Return of items with receipt. Call from Ross managment Team to apologize and commitment to treat customers with respect. h paology
