I have been shopping at my local Jewel for more than 30 years. I had a family of 6 so I bought a lot at one time. My children are now grown so its now just 2 I shop for. I buy a lot so I don't have to go out often, I went shopped today and my order was $302.66, the service desk was called, I was required to walk to the service desk where a phone call was made during which my name and driver's license was recited along with my husband name! I am deeply offended! This should not have happened to me, most of the cashiers know me. My orders are often over $200.
I will probably do my larger purchases at Walmart to avoid this from happening again.
I want to say the people at my store are very professional and I have no complaint with them. Thank you for your time
Desired outcome: I don't want to be put on the spot again.
