I placed a mobil order and headed to the location. I went inside and was able to check in after waiting for someone to come up front after about 5 minutes. I know this place is slow so I got may drink and sat and waited. After 15 minutes I went up to the counter and asked where my order was. I did this only after a person who placed an order 10 minutes after I let them know I was there received their $28.00 order. I was looked at with astonishment. I then asked "where the [censored]" my order was. Poor choice of words, yes. One of the crew members that was out of sight said that "they wouldn't tolerate violence" and they would call the police. I told them to go ahead and do just that. This was followed by this individual walking around doing nothing but telling the other crew members that he/she wouldn't tolerate anything like this and kept mouthing off. I then told them to keep their food and left. My receipt number is #9122269, time was 8:55 PM when this person finally checked my order in, and I left at 9:18 PM. The store number is #026748. I want someone to contact me. If this was a $16.99 lessen I have to learn about this crap location so be it, but know I will be reviewing this dung hole every chance I get. This location was once decent, but now is a total joke. 2 customers left before they ordered because no one came up front. When they finally did, that pacivist told them the terminal didn't work and they had to use the self serve terminal. Great team memeber, a real asset to your corporation.
