I've made appointments, taking time off work. Once the technicians arrive, they tell me, "I can't do anything. I'm not as skilled when it comes to boilers. There's another gentleman who needs to come out". I make another appointment only for the tech guy to say, I'll be there in 15 minutes. He then calls back in 12 minutes to say, mam, "a mistake was made. I remember I came to your house and you need to see this other technician. A ticket was put in in error that you need someone to repair your furnace. But you need a boiler repair".
After taking the afternoon off to deal with Pivotal Home Solutions, they then tell me, they can schedule for another appointment for tomorrow between 8 and noon. What a waste of time.
The inconsideration of this company is beyond belief. They have no consideration of the customers who work everyday. Who take time off of their jobs to meet someone for, what is falsely believed will be a repair. Such incompetence, and arrogance of the company. Sadly, this has happened to me at least 3 times. And I pay for all of their services in one lump sum. I will admit, since the pandemic the services have been the worst by far!
Desired outcome: Come out to fix/repair my furnace or install a new one rather than me taking time off of work for nothing to happen.
