Worst company ever! I've been with this company for over 20 years and their turn around time is always at least a month out. Unfortunately in 2 separate instances, our heat went out before our maintenance appointment and our central air also went out before our maintenance appointment. On both of these occasions we needed someone out sooner than their 1 month out appointment as they are always busy, so we needed to hire our own heating and air contractor to handle our maintenance to get our items to blow out heat and air before these appointments as it was frigid and super hot temps. I paid for the new service with another heating and air company as they could come out sooner. So afterwards, I called Pivot to get my money back for the service that I didn't use, and they would only refund $55.00, not for a full service call that would be $120 that I already paid for. I finally had it and told Daniel Nabirrete that I should get back the full $120.00 and that I also wanted to cancel with them as I've had it. I repeated myself several times, so then Daniel canceled my account (YAY!), but then he said since I canceled, they cannot refund me? I told him several times that I wanted the refund and to cancel with them, but now that I'm canceled I cannot get reimbursed? What the heck? So my phone call to get reimbursed and cancel, made him cancel with me and now can't get my money back. I've asked to speak to a manager, but he said he could not get me to one. I swear customer service has really gone out the window as there isn't any. So now I'm out $120! For being a long term customer, they really are horrible, and so glad I'm cancelled. The consumer deserves better service than how this company treated me. And unfortunately, I've been with them for 20+ years which means nothing to them. I just got screwed and can't do anything about it as I have no one to call? This is just NOT right!
Desired outcome: Get back the $120 that I deserve to be reimbursed for a service that I did not receive.
