Kirk is great every time. I always recommend my buyers to call Kirk first. Some inspectors don't like to take the time to review things that will be in the report in person, but Kirk is always happy to, which is very helpful.

Kirk (Sky Seals) was very, very good from before the inspection and all the way through. He contacted me in advance to get aligned on when he was going and when would be a good time for me to meet with him near the end of his inspection. He was prompt, very thorough, and wrote a comprehensive report. Most importantly, he was not just going through the motions and spent some time explaining to me what was good and not so good.

Amazing! Let me start by saying that! Sky Seals is such an outstanding company! Their inspector Kirk is top notch! He did an extremely thorough investigation and inspection of the property we were looking at purchasing. On top of that he took the time and care to go over everything with us over the phone and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Know that if you use Sky Seals you are in great hands!
