We contacted Acculevel to repair our floor joists. We agreed on the work to be completed and the price and signed a contract. They showed up to do the work and we were told it was not possible. They would not be able to do what we had agreed upon and more repairs were needed. We contacted the company and spoke with the same gentleman that gave us our first quote. He told us that he would be back out to requote with the repairs that would be needed to complete the job. We have never seen or heard from him again. We will definitely be doing business somewhere else.

I am a real estate agent with a foundation problem at a home I had listed. My clients had a company come out and look at it and give them a quote. We wanted a second opinion, so we called Acculevel as I had personally used them twice before. *** came out and walked through the process with us answering multiple questions from both the buyers and sellers. We ended up using Acculevel and were very satisfied. The lifetime warranty is definitely something that will bring comfort to the new owners. I would highly recommend Acculevel to anyone with water or foundation issues.

Acculevels was amazing to work with on our project from start to finish. Work was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Acculevel has been fantastic to work with! Ive been working with *** and resolving some moisture issues which hes been really helpful with getting fixed. Hes also been going above and beyond on giving me tips and suggestions for my basement to prevent future issues and to make sure I dont need his services again. You dont often see that level of client service and care so it didnt go unnoticed! I also used acculevel 7+ years ago at my old house and they did a great job with a French drain and wall reinforcement straps. That solved all of the issues in the prior house so I could finish the basement and double my livable space there. This is a solid company I trust to do the job right and affordably.

Great company. My floors were sloping and getting worse by the day. *** was there the day after i called crawling under my house to pin point the exact reason my floors were so very unlevel andl in different directions. They swooped in and corrected the structural issues within a few weeks.. *** went out of his way multiple times to work around my busy schedule. I will be calling on them for other projects I have planned for the future. They made it easy and convienent to correct what I thought was unfixable. The crew was kind, curtious and professional. No debris, junk or any building materials were left in or around the house. If you have big problems these people can help. Thank you to the whole team.

We knew we had foundation problems in the front of our home. I called Acculevel and *** came out, our Project Advisor. He went out, measured and took pictures and showed us where it was sinking. Then he explained everything they do and told us the equipment they would use. The first day *** and his crew came out and dug 10 holes and removed part of the patios. The second day they put in the piers 12 feet under to support and lift up the foundation where needed. It rained that day and they put a tarp over the patio so the new cement they laid wouldn't wash away. They were Wonderful, we Highly Recommend them! If anyone ever needs foundation help call Acculevel. Our front doors close all the way now too!

Upon requesting a visit from Acculevel, a representative came out promptly to provide my required estimate. The representative offered several options to fix my sunken cement issues. After choosing a solution, they presented payment plans suitable for my budget and assured me the service would resolve my problem and extend the life of my cement pads, backed by a 5-year warranty. The representative was also candid about potential scheduling delays due to weather and kept me informed about the service timing. I will recommend Acculevel to peers for their exceptional service and results.

My mom and I hired this company to waterproof her basement for 12k as it was flooding often.. I thought I was doing right by my 95 yr old mom.. we have a lifetime warranty from this business for a dry basement. After a year, the basement started flooding again. I have cleaned up water in this basement 6 times since it was "waterproofed." My home inspector said it wasn't done correctly and I've seen water in the crawl space several times. But this business won't return my calls anymore. And they won't if you ever have a problem. 2 of my walls have water going halfway up to the top which is weakening them. There is mold from all the moisture. So much for the lifetime warranty...not even something I could give to a potential buyer, and now not sure if it will even pass inspection when time time to sell. I contacted Acculevel to help me assess an issue of floors not being level and sagging and to provide a quote to have them fixed. I would rate my experience with Acculevel as almost perfect. I was very pleased with the quick response to my initial inquiry. I was contacted shortly after my request for a quote and the sales *** was professional and courteous. *** was very easy to work with and answered all my questions and explained things very well. He was able to accommodate my schedule and was quickly onsite to inspect and provide a quote. A quote that was reasonable and lower than their competition. It wasnt long before we were able to schedule a team to level the main center beam in my crawl space. The team was very courteous, arrived on time, and worked quickly to take care of the issue. I would recommend Acculevel and wont hesitate to contact them again for any future issues.

I had foundation work done on a very large scale on my home covering most of my foundation . Choosing Acculevel to do the work lifting my foundation adding piers for support and leveling the piers under our home restore support and level floors and a now have once again a solid foundation . I was exceptionally pleased with *** the project manager who never failed to answer my call and address any concerns throughout the process. Was very clear on the scope of work to be completed and not only said what all they would do but did all they said . He followed up making sure I was pleased with the work and progress and we were very happy with both .*** and his crew were courteous ,knowledgeable and professional always took time to answer any questions and be sure I was happy with the results as the work progressed .We couldnt be more pleased with the results and the piece of mind that comes with the Warrenty We would recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work

Zero stars. Estimate cancelled and decided not to hire due to business practices.Scheduled an estimate online re: basement water seepage (small amount of water and a new issue the past 2 rain storms). I immediately began receiving daily plus calls, texts and emails (my voicemail was filled up by different people at Acculevel). Prior to appointment, the company had yet another person (***) contact me via text and asked if I had removed the drywall and baseboards. I had not because I scheduled the appointment to get more information before tearing up the basement. I asked *** if I have to do that for an estimate then why wouldn't I go ahead and reseal it on my own? *** then responded that they may not be a fit for me. Apparently, the company does not like intelligent customers.Overall terrible experience and I cancelled the appointment. I will not do business with any Acculevel company in the future. Family owned does not equate to a good, reputable company with good business practices. Do better.

I called Acculevel due to their very complete website information and their positive standing with ***'s List. A very professional estimator named *** came out to my home and brought his laser equipment to give me an estimate of the type of repairs to the foundation of one brick wall supporting my upstairs deck. The brick had an exterior diagonal crack from the ground up the wall. *** was very complete and educated me on all that had to be done and when they could do it as well as the pricing options.Shortly afterward, the Acculevel team of workmen arrived and installed 3 helical piers as *** had suggested. The bricks lined up evenly afterwards and the workmen filled in the openings created for the piers very neatly. All of the work was performed in a professional and cordial manner for a fair price and they did it in one day. They have financing available although I just paid the balance when the job was finished as the price was so fair and manageable. I would recommend Acculevel to anyone in need of foundation work.
