new roof put on,leaks that caused damage to inside. no return calls. On May 8,2020 Jay the sales person cam to my home walked up on my roof ,came down ,came into my home, for me to sign a contract, I gave him $1000.00 deposit. For a new roof to be put on. After he left my home when I went into my bedroom I noticed some like shaving on my dressers and ran my hand across my bed and felt like crumbs, I looked up at our new drop ceiling and notice that it was wavy and some of the rails were bent. I call Jay up and told him, he replied to wait until they get the roof on and I will come back and fix it. On May 21,2020 roof was put on by Adam, when he was done I asked him to come in and see my ceiling and told him that Jay was gonna come back and fix it. I paid the balance which was a check for $4031.00. On June 5 ,2020 we woke up to a leak between our Fl room and living room, which the water ran between the wall and bubbled my paneling. I called the company at 8 am on that morning to tell them about my leak ,was told I would be put on the repair list and Chris would be calling me. Not a very happy customer at that point. On May 6,2020 woke up to a new leak in the middle of my living room ceiling, which is a sheet rock ceiling. I called them again that am and they were closed. I called back on Monday, June 8,2020,was told I was on the list. I asked if they had an idea when someone would be here was told that Chris makes his own schedule that he would call before he comes. I called again on May 9,2020 to be told by Bob (i think that was the name) Look you just called us on Friday today is only Tuesday you have to be patient . I told him that I shouldn't have had to call at all for a leak on a brand new roof. On June 10,2020 Chris finally arrived check out the roof and said that there were 2 places that didn't seal. He got his things went up on the roof and put 2 patches on my brand new roof. When he was done I had him come in to see the damage that the leaks created ,he took pictures and said I am only the repair man ,I will turn the pictures into the office. Then he asked me if Jay ever came back to repair the bedroom ceiling ,I told him no, he took pictures of that also. He said he was gonna call Jay's boss ,I said please do, and he left. On June 11 or 12,Jay called me and said he would be here in a few days. On June 15,2020 Jay showed up and said ,I don't know I did that, I said when you were up there walking around, he said well I didn't walk down the middle. I said look this was a brand new ceiling and your the only one that was walking up there. He said well I'm a nice guy and I will do anything to help anyone but your not going to take advantage of me. He told my husband that he put the ceiling up he could fix it. I told him that we didn't damage it. He was asked to leave. On June 16,2020 I called the office again talked to George told him I didn't appreciate his sales person to tell me that I was taking advantage of him, that he did the damage not I. George replied ,I will have to get Jay's side of the story ,I said please do. He then said he would get back to me. Today is June 25,2020 have not heard from anyone from this company. I am a firm believer that right is right and wrong is wrong. This whole nightmare is so wrong. Thank you for your time. I hope you will help me take care of this problem
