My salesman Michael was great but the biggest problem with the company he represented didn't back him up with what he was telling me
My salesman Michael was great but the biggest problem with the company he represented didn't back him up with what he was telling me. I found out that some of the wonderful things he told me about the company weren't true. The whole job of replacing my roof took 8 weeks from start to finish (a lot longer than what I was told - but that wasn't my main problem). The damage that was done was more upsetting - cracks, rust and chemical stains in the driveway, old roof tiles behind my shrubs, scratches on gutters above garage doors - their access to the roof, nails, gutter brackets, garbage - water bottles, papers from roofing materials, etc. I'm still waiting to hear from project manager Eric to have my front gutters repainted as he told me he would. Their company employees scratched the gutters up by placing their ladders on the gutters without protection. They should have been using some protection against scratching the gutters - metal to metal doesn't make any sense and all that does is scratch the paint off the gutters. Ten homes on my street all had new roofs installed and mine was the only home that did not have gutter protection. The company did have a pressure washer company come and clean the driveway and gave me a credit for damaging my driveway with rust and other chemical stains but I still have to purchase the paint and hire someone to do the painting. This is not a very good representation of the company. I am beyond disappointed with Total Home Roofing and so very sorry I hired them to begin with.
I was very encouraged by the responsiveness of Naples salesman Andy ****
I was very encouraged by the responsiveness of Naples salesman Andy ***. The quote was delivered quickly and all questions were responded to quickly as well. Contract was signed by end of May and tear-off got scheduled for August 1. Tear-off and dry-in were completed in 1 day with a crew of 4 men. Material was delivered the following week around Aug 10th and everything seemed to be moving along great.
It took until Sept 9, 2021, after repeated calls, to finally get someone to get back to the site to start the new roof install. There was a 1 man/ 1 woman team that showed up usually 3 or 4 days a week and it took them until Sept 27, 2021 to complete the roof install. This was not the expectation given to me by THR. I was told the roof would be completed in 3-4 days and not 2-3 weeks as experienced.
I am still waiting for THR to complete the job. The brackets supporting the gutter were never reattached after installing the drip edge. Multiple calls have gone unanswered.
The skylight was damaged during the tear-off process and a new skylight dome panel was ordered but never installed. Recently the entire skylight failed without the dome in place and I had a 2' x 4' opening in my roof directly into my family room. I had to tarp and temporarily cover the opening due to THR's failure to get the dome skylight dome replaced.
As of this writing (11/10) I am still waiting for THR to address these outstanding items.
Customer Service at THR is useless. They are non-responsive. Worst customer experience that I've ever had for such a large dollar amount project.
Worse experience I ever had with a roofing contractor . Very dishonest inexperience installers
Todd is very professional, always a pleasure working with him !
The supervisor Cesar and his lead person Harven did an outstanding job on the roof and were very professional and followed up with me every day. Outstanding customer service.
I have purchased a new roof with Total Home Roofing. The sales person Jason was great and I was so looking forward to getting my roof done with them. And that's were the excitement ended. The day the crew showed up to start the job everything seemed to be good. Until I got home from work. We had bad weather that day in the afternoon. So they had to tarp the roof and never cleaned up any of the grounds. Not that big of a deal until I went inside to fine several leaks. Again not that big of a deal. Then it took a few more days of me calling to see when they were going to come back to finish the tear off and clean up the grounds. They did get back and complete the tear off and clean up the grounds and get the dry in done. To my surprise they also took the dumpster away., so it took another two weeks of me calling for them to get the dry in inspection done and the new shingles started. They finished the install of the new shingles in one day. So I went up to inspect the roof and seen that one of their installers had stepped into some roofing cement and walked it all over my brand new roof job. Not to mention they had smeared the tar in some sections of my soffits. They damaged allot of the shingles when they were working by turning their feet instead of repositioning themselves. So back to the dumpster being removed, I had called the dumpster company myself to have them finally get it back on my property for them to finish the clean up, two weeks after roof was completed. They had also threw out all my gutter hangers. I have over a total of 155 photos of the piss pour job they have done to my home. Not what I would expect for a job that is going to cost me 16,500.00. I wish you could leave them a half star. I wouldn't refer this company to anyone.

In early January 2022, I signed a contract for a new roof. The representative from TOtal Home Roofing stated the roof would take 3 days and would be completed within the next month. I called in early March for a status and was told the permit was applied for, but when we checked the city website, it showed no permit application. This was just the start of the communication issues. When the work crews came in mid March, they did not speak English and there was not a supervisor on-site. We did not know when the crews were coming to finish the work as there was no communication with the crews working on the roof and there was no follow up from their office. We have to keep calling to find out when the final items are going to be completed. Commitments are made, but there is no follow through and no calls to let us know why the commitment was not met or if it is rescheduled. We now have an appointment scheduled for June 2nd to finalize the project.
I had a great experience working with Gary J at Total Home Roofing. He was able to explain the entire process to me and made himself available for follow up questions as well. He also had pictures and examples of different shingle options to help me make the best decision for my roof. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.
Terrible Company, they didn't replace 2 plywoods that were damaged, they didn't have time only 2 guys left working. this past Saturday we had water inside the Family roof from the flat roof, my husband 74 years old had to go up the roof on a ladder and patched up with tar that they left on the seams so that we didn't get more damage the nails on the over hang show rust that was not there before, we called no answer no anwering machine, send text to Codie and Astrid, Jason *** no answer as of now. We were so nice to them they ran out of water and also bought Pizza for them, it's really a shame, we are Seniors had to get a loan to pay for this, we cannot afford to have problems with it.
We couldn't be happier with our new roof, nor more impressed with the crew. Everyone we met was professional, worked incredibly hard to finish our roof, and then did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards.
Be careful with this company if you don't want to receive a large extra bill
Be careful with this company if you don't want to receive a large extra bill. They got my roof contract for a " nice" talk and a slightly lower contract price and then played around with it. The person who signed the contract said that it should be enough to replace the bad board with the two free plywood included. But now they tried forcing us to pay large extra wood bills ( boards, planks ) without proof. They cut a lot of my good boards and threw them away before showing us, then they called my husband and said there are about 300ft of bad boards that need to be replaced (I was there before they called and my husband rushed there after they called) . When I arrived at the rooftop, I had to tell one of the workers who was still cutting the good board to stop cutting. Then I saw my roof was already "nice cleaned" but full of holes. At that moment we had no choice and could say nothing before my opened roof may get more damaged from the weather. They took more than 200 pictures of my roof but there are almost no pictures to show the "bad boards"! Fortunately I found two pictures of two areas on my roof showing before and after replacement, and that picture could prove they were cut a lot of good boards. We tried to fix the problem but I have been kicked around like a ball to talk to them . They say my roof is bad but I know it's not real. Other roofing companies have walked over the roof for estimates and said my roof planks are in good condition. Also, I only paid a quarter of what I am paying now when I replaced the second floor roof in 2016. I will pay the extra cost if I have to but at least I have the chance to see my bad boards that had to be replaced. I think it is the customer's basic right. Now I will resort to legal solutions. English is my second language and I took a long time to write down and share it. I hope you don't go through the same painful experience as I did.
So very pleased. The work was done quickly and the final outcome was beautiful. The price quoted was honored and the entire process was smooth. They even sent a link of the progress with pictures to keep me posted. Highly recommend them!
I am delighted with the performance of Total Home Roofing. I am impressed from salesperson Jason to every worker to post-installation minor repairs (thanks Bri). The contract was simple to understand, and the pricing was fair. The installation started and ended (three days) when promised. The workers cleaned up the site frequently during the day and before leaving in the evening, including sweeping for nails. The product and installation quality are excellent. In addition, the level of customer support is refreshing during a time when many companies do not focus on this, especially managing expectations. If you are looking for a company specializing in "storm chasing" and "assigning benefits," this is not the company for you. However, if you want an exceptional result for a fair price, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Well done, Total Home Roofing. I am so pleased.
I had signed a contract with Total Home Roofing for a roof replacement do to age and high insurance cost. They started on the 3rd of March and it is now the 23 of May and I still have bend up soffits that need fixing so I won't have any animals in my attict.I had a evaluation done by another company due to visual concerns that I could see standing in my yard including a dip in my roof that they just ignored. There was a foot long totally rotten facia board that was completely overlooked that I pointed out! Minimal supervision on the job while the work was done, non English speaking crew.Garbage left on my property until I pointed it out.The roof evaluation i had donewas $150.00 that showed exposed nails, cracked shingles, loose shingles etc.I had to go round and round with them to reimburse me for that. The argument was that it was my choice to have that done! Without it I would have had no clue as to the inadequate job that was done. They send 4 men out and worked 4 hours to correct it.Now I still don't have an appointment for the soffit work.My house is 1250 square feet , should it really take 3 months to complete.I had Hardie board siding on my home that was trimmed back very poorly by THR and it ruined the look of the front of my home.I would like to hire someone of my own to do the soffit work and pay someone else.I owe $4050.00 and held that back til the job is done but I do not trust them at all to do a professional job at this point.I have a company estimate that will do the 5 soffits in need of repair for $850.00.I would like to get that credit and not deal with them at all.As it stands I will have a $2200.00 Hardie repair cost coming out of my pocket since what was done by them is not at all a professional job.The Gentleman that was out spoke no English and was very nice but one can only get from a person what they are capable of.THR assured me he was a certified Hardie Installer since I am under a warranty with my Hardie siding, which I have no proof of
David Hughes was our sales person and he was awesome! The crew did a terrific job and super quick! We highly recommend Total Home Roofing!
We had a roof replacement done on our home in April
We had a roof replacement done on our home in April . Sales Rep was great, color we picked was correct, shingles and material delivery guy was awesome (he saw we had a paver driveway and would not pull his BIG truck onto it. He dropped material on side yard and did not use his boom to set on the roof. Those are the only three things that went smoothly. We were told it would be a two day process/job. Wrong! it was 4.5 days. On second day they ran out of shingles. Hello, you bid the job and what material you needed. Then one day crew didn't show up until wife made phone call after 12 noon because no one was there yet. Was given the run around and wife showed her butt. Crew showed up at 2pm and worked until almost 8pm (after dark) doing a roof. Really! They damaged our garage door because dumpster was set to close. We have Rhino Shield on our home. They just want to put a little matched paint on it until we told them it was Rhino Shield. Then they seemed to just dismiss it. We saved them by calling Rhino Shield and having it fixed under OUR warranty. They damaged our gutter guards and gutters. Then did a crappy job of trying to "fix" one area on the back. None of the gutters catch rain properly now. There is the tar or black stuff on our siding. They kept dismissing it. We understand a little/light damage may occur. But, crew doesn't even try to be careful. Finally, after going round and round and up the ladder (no pun intended) and refusing to make first payment. We did settle for a $600 credit to go towards having all our gutters replaced (less than 2 yrs old). We are still trying to get a copy of Final Inspection for our home owners insurance. All THR (girl in office) has given us was a screen shot of something similar to it. Insurance has told us they can not except that. I'm now trying to get it myself from ***. I will reach out one more time to THR *Will not recommend Total Home.
I signed a roofing contract on 1/6/22 to include new roof, a skylight and a solar tubular, I was told by Todd ***, Certified Roofing
I signed a roofing contract on 1/6/22 to include new roof, a skylight and a solar tubular, I was told by Todd ***, Certified Roofing Consultant that the skylight would have a separate warranty from the roofing. The company does not actually do new skylight installations, Someone showed up to install to tubular on 2/18/22 who had not known of the skylight installation. The tubular could not be installed because of my duct system in the way. The employee called his boss to get permission to install the skylight. His boss wanted to know who sold me skylight, which they don't install usually. I have been trying to get a warranty as promised and to date cannot. At one point was told it would be a manufacturer's warranty but when I reminder her that I didn't purchase the skylight, they did. (I, of course was unaware of the manufacturer to get warranty) She had no further response. I was finally told this morning by Kellie that the skylight warranty is included in the roofing contract. Can I really trust this?
George, roofing supervisor presented me with an "additional wood form" I was told upfront that there might be additional wood needed that was not included in the contract. George showed me pictures of plywood that he said needed to be replaced and added it should take no more than 2 or 3 pieces of plywood. I signed the form. I noticed that there were 3 sheets of plywood left over from the project, I said to George, "Oh, you didn't use the plywood?" I was presented with the invoice that included $780.53 for 1x2, 1x4, etc. Incidentally, George's total on the form, on which he added, after my signature was $1280.00 (adjusted down to appear more realistic?) I asked another roofer if it customary to use 1x2s, 1x 4s, etc, on roofing project and was told only if that was that was there originally. Based on the pictures that is not so in this case. Single female or senior exploitation?
I am questioning this obvious overcharge, am threatened by Kellie with a lien.
I don't know how this company can be rated at 3.81/5
I don't know how this company can be rated at 3.81/5. Do not hire this company. Great salesman but the greatness ends there. My roof came off 8/4 with the crew dodging rain all day before getting caught with the entire back roof off in the late afternoon. Ended up with 2" of water in the laundry room and the crew left without informing me of the water intrusion. Despite the assurances of supervision, it took multiple emails to get a site supervisor and area coordinator out to assess the extremely poor waterproofing installation. There were multiple nails protruding thru the membrane, it had been cut too short to adequately cover the roof decking in multiple spots, nor was it completely sealed at the edges, and there it had "bubbles" all around due to installation over wet decking. THR did eventually (2 weeks later) replace the membrane. Took another week for the metal to be delivered. After multiple emails and threats of legal action, a crew finally arrived to install the metal, but promptly left the property after 15 minutes. Took another day (again multiple emails) for THR to inform me that the metal delivered 3 weeks earlier was not for my roof. It belonged to another customer and they would have to reorder metal for my roof. Took another week for the correct metal to arrive and another further week of multiple e-mails and again the threat of legal contract termination due to abandoning the job to get a crew back on site to get the roof back on. My roof was off approximately 6 weeks with rain every day. Now they want payment without providing subcontractor lien releases or satisfying the claim for water intrusion. I've gotten multiple calls for payment but they all insist they have no idea what I am requesting in regards to a lien release and I need to initiate a claim with their warranty department for the water intrusion even though I've made multiple written inquires to the project manager for resolution. I've been told it's "my job" to figure it out.
First off no one from this company shows up on site
First off no one from this company shows up on site. They contract your job out to smaller companies. while I am all for supporting smaller business I would suggest cutting out the middleman and their markup and just going with the small business in the first place. Customer service is non-existent. My roof was to be installed on a Tuesday. The materials were dropped in my driveway that Friday so I am without my driveway for the entire weekend.Tuesday comes and no one shows up. I received no call giving me a heads up for this delay. I have to contact them. I finally get a response back and I am told that they would be there on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no one shows up again. Again no heads up on the delay,no correspondence. Thursday they finally start work. I am told that there will be an additional charge to remove the second layer on my home. the sales rep was literally on my roof for 20 minutes and apparently is not experienced enough to see that there were two layers on my roof. Then my satellite dish is removed and I am informed that they do not have the equipment to reinstall it . I was told I will have to notify my provider and make an appointment to have it reinstalled. Also included was the helpful hint that I should take care of that today. So I am looking at the additional cost to have it reinstalled as well as having to take a half a day off work to be there for the installer. After the projects was completed I noticed that the garage did not have counter flashing. I discussed this with the contractor and he confirmed that counter flashing was the proper way for installation and suggested that I contact Total Home roofing. I contacted them and was informed that they could send somebody out to fix this but it would cost me additional monies to do so. I feel that this company overcharges, ignores, frustrates, and does not stand behind their product. I would never recommend them. I am hopeful that by writing this review I prevent others from going through the frustration I have felt.

I contracted with them to replace a small single story asphalt roof with a metal roof
I contracted with them to replace a small single story asphalt roof with a metal roof. I explained how critical schedule was to this project and I selected them even though they were more expensive then other bids. I called a week before my project was to start and the scheduler had no idea this project was time sensitive. She did however accommodate the original agreed date with the salesperson and schedule it for Monday. They came and removed the asphalt roof and put a membrane in place. Tuesday morning the inspector came and signed off on the work. I immediately called them and advised them of that fact it passed. There was no work on Wednesday or materials to do the work. On Thursday after multiple phone calls I was advised that they would be out Friday or Saturday and complete the job. No activity Friday or Saturday. On Monday I talked to the supervisor Laurie who assure me the job would be complete Tuesday. On Tuesday the team arrived and put half the roof on and left. I was called and told they had mis-measured the roof and needed more materials. I was promised they would be out Thursday and complete. They did not show up today and my contact has left the company. I have to date been assured by three different representatives that my roof would be completed. I have left over six voice mails during these 9 days and have only had a single call returned once. Their brochure says jobs are normally completed in two days. Also the employee I was assigned as coordinator who I called a half a dozen times and never answers the phone basically yelled at me and told me she was communicating with me. This is by a factor of 5 the worst customer experience I have ever had to endure. I would strongly caution anyone before they do business with this company. It truly is as unprofessional as it gets and they do not follow through on anything they say. Buyer truly beware of this company. I still have no idea when my roof will be completed as of this writing. I understand Covid delays etc but this is way beyond any customer service I have experienced. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. They will not take care of you or your family.
They started tearoff Feb 6, 2021
They started tearoff Feb 6, 2021. They forgot the insulation for the flat roofs and left them partially tornoff and covered with tarps. That very evening it rained and water can in under the tarps and ruined my gyp ceiling in the sunroom and my plywood soffits. When ir rained gallons of water was pouring through the roof /soffit at the head of the door. For 3 months they have done nothing to address the damage, nor the growing mold. No one did any more work on the roof till late April when they finally did the peel and stick layer (the 1st inspection didn't pass til late April). They have left a growing pile of roof meterial overstock on my lawn ( killing the grass) since Feb. The company chooses not to communicate inspite of being sent texts to the Project manager and emails to customer service. They only communicated when I contacted their insurance carrier, and the building department. My neighbors roof started last Monday and is at the same stage as mine is after 3+ months. They promised to pick up nails daily, protect shrubs, etc...what a joke! This has been mismanaged by 3 different levels of company management (including Manny, Kerndan, and Laura) since inception. When they did communicate they told me that the job was done and the delays were because of inspections. Yet the blue tarp was still on the roof. Roof inspectors don't typically inspect "blue tarp covered areas! Now 3+ months in and still no conc roof tile delivered. In my last conversation 2 weeks ago with the PM, Laura didn't know if it was even ordered yet, so who knows when the roof will be done...maybe in the midst of the June - Nov hurricane season which starts in about 3 weeks! DON'T HIRE THEM, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY! They can't seem to deliver roofs expeditiously, and they refuse to communicate, and offer solutions. I would fire them today, if the process wasn't so convoluted, and if it would allow me to get my roof actually installed sooner. Which roofer wants to pick up their mess! It will take 3 - 4 months for a new permit! The state needs to pull their contractor's liscence! Total Bait and Switch! Holding clients for ransom!Their subs even complain about the little they are being paid - maybe that's why they can't find any crews to work
We had a $23,350 new roof installed on our home from Total Home Roofing
We had a $23,350 new roof installed on our home from Total Home Roofing.. I would say everyone was polite and respectful during the entire experience. We had some problems with the roof instillation that were corrected. The problem I had with Total Home is their not following up on repair of my damaged driveway. The day after the completion of the roof installation I showed Nick the job-supervisor the damaged created by the dumpster to my pavers. He took a picture of the damaged pavers and told me he would report it to their warranty department. He also asked me to send him a picture I had taken of the rusty wheeled dumpster that had no wood under it as Nick had explained it should have. This dumpster cracked and scraped pavers on my driveway. I split my payment in half on two credit cards. I even put in an email to Total Home that one was to held until the driveway situation was resolved. Days later 12/7, I did receive a call from Kay from the warranty department. She asked me to call the company who installed my pavers to see if they could match my pavers. I called back numerous times but no one returned my calls after leaving numerous messages. Many times I called their office and the phone would ring and never pick up. On 12/17 they sent a contracted outside company to come to my home and he power washed my driveway . The person from the company asked me, when he saw the cracked and scraped pavers if I had any pavers so they could switch them out. I told him I did not. Again I called a number of times no answer or no return of my calls. I spoke to Lady in the warranty department on 1/4 and asked to speak to Kay, she told me she was out sick. She told me she would have a supervisor call me. I received no call back. I called 12/12 and was put on hold numerous times and disconnected. I called a different option number on their phone message and was told the warranty department was out to lunch. They had told me that Mackenzie was my roofing coordinator and she would call me back. She didn't call back yet. By the way Total Home ignored my request and email not to submit one of the charges until the paver situation was resolved. I really don't understand the disconnect here. Although we are in a pandemic environment and it has been around the holidays it is unacceptable that a greater sense of urgency is not put to this.

We would not recommend Total Home to anyone
We would not recommend Total Home to anyone. We like to support small businesses but decided to go with Total Home to put a new roof on our house because they offered some services not available with the smaller companies. Total Home advertises dedicated customer service reps and dedicated project managers. We are not sure what they are dedicated to. It wasn't our project. Communication is a key component missing from their business. There was a true lack of communication between their different departments and with us their customer. We initiated almost every communication with our customer rep and very seldom received a phone call back after leaving a message or being told she would look into it and call us back. We never spoke to or saw our project manager. We called the production manager once our roof was completed to discuss some of our concerns. We were told the reason we never spoke to or saw our project manager was because he quit the week our roof was being done. This would have been helpful to know at the time, not days after the roof was completed. We also wonder why someone wasn't asked to take his place for our project. Our roof was started on a Wednesday and the workers returned Thursday until lunchtime. We got a message from the customer rep they would be back later that afternoon to finish. They did not return nor did they come Friday. When we called to ask where they were, we were told they had been pulled to another job site and would be there Saturday. In the meantime, we had roofing materials on our front porch, sidewalk, in the trees and bushes, on the windowsills and in the driveway that we cleaned up. We also had a dumpster in our driveway and both of our cars were parked on our narrow neighborhood street for a week. We had to call and ask numerous times to have the dumpster removed after our project was completed. Although the roofers were hard workers and worked in extreme heat and humidity, they did leave several deep scrapes on our driveway. We also have found nails in our drive. We got a call from the Finance Department last week asking what they could do to make things better. We suggested several things and are still waiting on those things to happen. The roof looks nice and that is the only reason for the two star rating. We have had several neighbors ask if we would recommend the company to them. The answer is NO. We should have supported the small business.

I am writing this complaint to report the damage that Total Home Roofing did to my property on 11/18 in their attempt to redo my old roof
I am writing this complaint to report the damage that Total Home Roofing did to my property on 11/18 in their attempt to redo my old roof. My home was damaged when this company supposedly dried in my roof on that day and while waiting for inspection, a day of rain caused several parts of my roof to leak due to their negligence. I called the contractor, Jason, the day that it was raining asking for someone to come out immediately to put a tarp on my roof because there was now watering leaking into my ceiling in my living room, master bedroom, and garage. Never had a problem with my roof leaking before and was just redoing my roof because it was due to be reroofed. I received no callback, no response from Jason. I attempt to call and text Desiree from Total Home Roofing, she was my contact person if there was a problem, and received no response from her as well. The forecast for the next day was again rain and again, I called and text both contact person with no response. I took pictures and videos of the damages and emailed them to Jason, the only contact email I had at the time. The city inspector came and the inspection was failed due to the obvious negligence by this company. Jason finally called me back and at that time I told him I no longer want Total Home Roofing to finish my roofing project. I explained that I have no confidence in this company's ability to finish my roof and they will be responsible for the damages they have caused to my property. Later that afternoon, I received a call from Frank, stating that he is Regional Manager for Total Home Roofing and at that time I explained to Frank that I will no longer be using them to finish the project. I explained to him that Total Home Roofing will be responsible for the damages they have caused to my property. I have also requested a letter from them clearly stating that we will be released from the Roofing contract, effective immediately. I ask that all the roofing materials that are on my property be removed as soon as possible. Frank has called me back 2 times stating that the contract states they will repair any damages before completing the project. Again I explained to him that I am no longer in need of their services. My confidence and trust in their ability to do a quality job in my home are severely compromised. I explained to Frank that I sent pictures and videos of the damages to Jason. Frank states he had not received any emails and he again brought up the contract. That same day I asked Frank for his email and forward the email with the videos and pictures that I had sent to Jason on 11/22. I have requested several times for them to remove their supplies from my property and they have not done so. It has been 2 weeks now since this all began.
Part 1: Started the roof on Thursday 12/17, packed up and cleared out the next day
Part 1: Started the roof on Thursday 12/17, packed up and cleared out the next day. Upon checking their work, I saw that the protrusions from the power-line and such were not sealed. On Friday 12/18 @2:04 pm, I received an email invoice. On Monday 12/21 @12:38, I sent an email with photos asking about sealing the roof and about the signed permit my insurance company required. There was some phone back and forth from various strangers in various parts of the country. On Monday 1/4 @1:13 pm, I emailed again mentioning that it had rained 3x and the roof was still not sealed and I still had not had the promised "walkthrough" with the sales rep, Logan ***. On Friday 1/5 @11:20am, I received an email from Erica that she is forwarding my email to the roofing coordinator. On Sunday 1/10 @10:38 am, I emailed again because I was getting calls from a Jim from Pennsylvania asking about payment. On Tuesday 1/12 @10:48 am, Kisly *** Administrative Director emailed stating this needed to go to the roofing coordinator(Malene ***). On Saturday 1/23 @2:23pm, I received another invoice from Erica *** Accounts Receivable. On Saturday 1/23 @7:55 pm, I emailed again (by now to: Kisly ***, Laurie ***, Logan *** and Erica ***) to state that all correspondence would be email. On Monday 1/25 @10:52am, I received an email from Erica that she is forwarding my email to the roofing coordinator. On Friday 2/5 @10:03 am, I emailed again after receiving more calls from Jim and ask if they could forward the emails to him and sent new photos. On Friday 2/5 someone from TH Roofing arrives and seals the roof. Ten minutes afterward I inspect it the work and pay the invoice in full online @11.53am.
Part 2: In July, I am attempting to refinance the 2nd mortgage that I used to pay for the roof. It was expiring for unrelated reasons. I was attempting to consolidate both mortgages. This should have been easy as my credit score was 802. My bank informs me that there is a lien against me from TH Roofing on the invoice paid 10 minutes after the job was completed. On Monday 7/26 @9:56 pm, I emailed TH Roofing to ask for a Notice of Commencement for the Record of Satisfaction. On Tuesday 7/27 @10:17 am, Erica replied that she would try to get the document. On Wednesday 7/28 @8:49 am, I received a payment affidavit signed by Daniel ***(president). On Wednesday 7/28 @11:25 am, I sent the affidavit to my bank. It needed to be recorded to public records. They did not record it to public records; so on 8/5 @11:46 am, I re-requested that this be cleared. On 8/5 @1:11 pm, Accounts receivable claimed that there was no lien(there was) and that they "can send a notice of termination that you can sign in front of a notary". On 8/6 @12:03 pm, I forwarded the email to my bank to ask for guidance. On 8/6 @12:16, my bank had to get involved and also correct some of their clerical errors. On 8/6 @1:53 pm, Erica sent me the N.O.T. to have singed in front of a notary to send back to them to have recorded with county. Fortunately there is a notary at my bank. I could not have done this without my bank, so yeah Regions.

On 5/19 I signed a contract for a new roof, including a secondary water barrier and a tapering system on my flat roof. On 8/3 roofing began, Tar paper and tin caps). The tapering system was not included in the plans and had to be engineered and permitted . Total Home returned on 9/16 to start work on the flat roof. A rain storm occurred and the crew was able to cover the exposed area about (483 sq ft) while the work was in progress. After the storm passed, as the crew was removing the Visqueen and tarp the rainwater was drained into an open area where plywood was being replaced. Water came thru my ceiling electrical outlet and flooded my dining room table and table pads. The rug under the table and flooring was also damaged. I notified the the crew and my site supervisor.Jorge P. Total Home acted quickly. *** took air samples on 9/22 and moisture tests of ceiling and found 84% moisture in ceiling by my outlet. On 9/23 *** replaced my ceiling. On 9/24 Mr *** from *** measured my flooring and sent an estimate to Total Home. *** informs me I have an air quality problem. Ceiling must come down for treatment per Ray of TotalHome. Ceiling came down on 10/6. Mold and moisture treated by ***. Ceiling was replaced again on 10/12 by ***. I am attaching a breakdown of what i sent total home roofing. At this time my insurance company requires a final certificate of compliance or a final permit to keep my policy. i notified Keanna last week and advised it was urgent. I need this resolved asap. By the end of the week my insurance policy will not renew. This job was supposed to be done in a week (two days according to Alex). We are going on week 8... Thank you
I signed a contract in Aug 2021 with Total Home Roofing company to fix and replace my tile roof with a metal roof. Work started early Feb. of 2022 by replacing the damaged wood, fascia and putting 2 layers of underlayment Around mid March a mild wind partially blew off the underlayment from the roof which was later fixed. When the metal installation was completed I noticed gaps between the metal, ripples and bulging on the metal, holes on the wall and still some rotted fascia. Although the second inspection had passed, I contacted the city officials and another inspection was performed and failed. The City informed the Total Home with the failed inspection. Total Home sent their export a few times for inspecting the roof and initially suggested they could fix the issues and ordered some construction material. Construction material was delivered but they started to blame the issues on the roof construction. Finally I decided to hire a Construction Engineering firm to inspect the roof and its construction. In the last inspection Total Home claimed they had found the source of the problem, Their export had found a 6 to 8 inch metal in the plywood. He suggested the metal runs across the roof, both sides, and pushes the wood and metal upward and causes the ripples and bulging. During this conversation the Construction Engineering firm was present and demanded to see the metal in the plywood, and asked the export how did the metal get into the roof? He explained there is no metal used in the construction of these types of roofs. After inspecting the roof from the attic he confirmed there were no metals used in the roof construction. The Engineering firm provided a report stating there were no issues with the roof construction and the ripples and bulging of the metal was not due to the construction of the roof. I have not gotten any traction for fixing the roof and they are pressing to have the inspection passed without making any attempt to fix their poor workmanship.
Total Home (TH) is reroofing one of my properties. A portion of which is a flat roof. The original roof was removed on August 17. The roof was inspected by the city before new shingles were to be installed and the roof failed the inspection twice. I was told that it would take two weeks for the permit to be revised with the city. I asked for an update on the permit every day from TH and was told that they were waiting on the city to process the revision. After calling the city to get more information, I found out that the permit revisions were rejected due to insufficient information provided. I let TH know that we were not waiting on the city as the revisions were rejected. I was then told that a taper system would need to be installed because one of the failed inspections was due to ponding on the flat roof, which I was originally told would not be a problem, and that it would cost me an additional $5400. I continually asked for more information about this cost and an itemized breakdown as it appeared that I was being double charged for duplicative work. I was not provided this information but asked to sign a document approving the additional cost. After questioning the cost and the status of the permit, I was told that TH and the city are still working to figure out how to best address the roof before TH would provide me a cost breakdown for the additional $5400. I again called the city and was told that they had not been given any further information from TH regarding the permit revision. It's been 3 weeks (was told 3-5 days to complete) since the original roof was removed. I have had 10 leaks, a damaged light fixture, and damaged ceiling during this time. Tarps were eventually placed on the roof to try and prevent further water damage to the interior of the home. I have been waiting on the TH permit department for multiple days to provide the city a response. There has been little and inaccurate communication from TH and still no itemized cost breakdown...

I'm not able to reach the right people to get my roof repaired after I had a complete roof replacement
I'm not able to reach the right people to get my roof repaired after I had a complete roof replacement. I was told when I was receiving my quote that once my roof was replaced, I wouldn't have any leaks from my roof. Since then, I have experienced leaks in places that were leaking before the roof was replaced. The Total Home Roofing location I used was: *** I had my roof replaced and signed the contract on 1/5/22, the job started around 1/15/22. The Estimate was $20,015 of which I put $10k down and financed the rest of $10,015. They confirmed inspection on 2/14. The contract details that I will receive a 15yr all inclusive warranty for the roof except for flat roofs which carry a 7 year workmanship warranty. After the work was complete, and inspection was done, I noticed nails and debris that they said would be removed with a magnet. I also have hardware for hanging up gutters which they didn't put back or replace. One leak by my fireplace has caused damage to my ceiling drywall which occurred after construction which has the paint layer peeling off and water dripping around a light fixture and around electrical receptacles. That leak started as a slow drip and now leaks in several spots around the original leak. The second leak near my bedroom door drips through the door frame and has swollen the wood which cracked paint and discolored the drywall casing the door frame. I'm concerned that I will have to pay out of pocket to get this repaired and resolved before mold and rot deteriorates the surrounding area making this repair more expensive than what is covered under warranty. I have called several times to the direct office number which they redirect me to voicemail every time. I've called directly to the "project manager/supervisor" Valeria T M which has never answered my calls or responded to voicemails. I've called Jesse, who is the onsite supervisor on multiple occasions who has come out 1/3 instances.

April 29-May 2 I had a new roof installed by Total Roofing. I had selected their company because they quoted me 6,500.00 initially. Upon the inception of the job they told me that the wood needs to be replaced and now the job is 12,500.00 for this 724 square foot house in Orlando, Florida. I do not live in the State, and have a Property Manager and he said he would monitor the progress of the job, so I agreed. Before the completion of the job the project manager informed me that it is customary for the dry wall inside the house to shift a little and I would have to have that repaired. I agreed because I did not think it would be significant. I had the property manager take pictures and I had 3 different estimates of the damages and it is more extensive than estimated. The last contractor told me that it may be the Truss that is broken and I am certain that the company is responsible for that damage if it is. I called Total Roof and explained what was happening and I told the property manager to send pictures because I need their company to figure out and repair what damages they did. The property manager told me that the company(Laura) stated that they do not have any General Contractors that work for their company and cannot touch anything structural. They are telling me that we had preexisting damages in that house and that is not true. I had a tenant in that house and I had to have him leave so that I could have everything checked adequately because the damage to the drywall was a safety issue and still is. I have before and after pictures of the house, so I am ready for any legal actions if we have to go there. All I want is repair to the interior of the ceiling because the roof came out beautiful. Please take pictures and inspect job to be completed before any work is done by this company!
The roofing job was started on 6-20 and we were told the job would take 3-4 days. They needed more materials than originally thought. Jaime located the materials and delivered them personally to our home for the crew so no big deal. However, the plywood had big gaps in between and we sustained damage and uncontrollable water leaking into the house and damage has been done to the walls not only by water by some type of residue from the roof, no idea what it is or how to clean it off of my built-in entertainment center. The gaps were corrected and the house was tarped with no problems for a while until the rain got under the tarp and it leaked into the room again. It took a good week or two for the supervisor to even come out to address the problem. On 7-14, the inspector came out and failed the drip edge installation due to cap nails used this was corrected finally on 7-22. On 7-17, we had a new leak start in my bedroom over the bed. I called first thing in the morning on 7-18 and was told an email was being sent to the supervisor Eric. No one has shown up or called about this issue. My dad called and spoke to Bianca on 7-19 who said the underlayment was wrong and she would call me. 1 week later no call and still no fix to the leak that has now damaged my bed and carpet because it is leaking on a seam and running across the ceiling damaging the drywall also. So 5 weeks and lots of damage later the roof is not done and the leak is not fixed over my bed and we are left trying to figure out how to fix the interior of our home. No one is answering calls or returning phone calls. I have now been in contact with my attorney who is going to start making calls. I can not even imagine how much it is going to cost to fix all of the damage.
Total Home Roofing was contracted to install a metal roof on our property. Work started on 6/3/2022, tear off was completed on 6/10/2022. Metal was delivered on 6/14/2022. Metal installation started on June 17. Metal work was completed on July 9. On June 20 I was asked to authorize an additional charge for trim work of the Hardie Board around roof valleys and transitions though this was supposed to be included in the original contract. I signed agreeing to the additional charge of $1800.00 based on the pictures emailed from the original roofing contractor that Total Home had used for the project. On 7/16/2022 Total Home sent in 2 guys and no product to complete the repairs. These guys left saying the job was two big. I had been told to work with the Warranty Dept and Luis D said that a contractor was coming to inspect and quote the job last week, then it changed to last weekend. No one has shown up. Multiple attempts to contact someone has resulted in no one that can return a call or give me a follow up. When I explain the situation I am forwarded to a different number, person etc and no one calls back. I need to get this project completed. I have taken months of time off from work to be available for these workers. I need help getting to a person that A. Cares and B. can authorize and get this job done.
2/23/22 Notice of Non-Renewal from homeowners' insurance (Progressive) due to roof "age"ceramic tile roof (18 years old). 3/22/22 - Estimate received from Angi Roofing DBA: Total Home Roofing for $15,455. The contract states: - due care taken to protect home exterior, shrubs and landscaping - includes dumpster - includes magnetically sweeping job site - payment is due at completion of the project - there is no deposit or down payment - standard re-roof takes 2-4 business days, but can vary based on building department inspection timelines 3/28/22 - Project began. Our roof was removed. There was a dumpster to haul away the tile, but a lot of tile was left broken in the yard, landscaping & lanai roof. One large piece was even dropped directly on a small palm tree by our front door and crushed it. There was trash, debris, boxes, wood and BEER bottles and caps left all over our yard. 3/29/22 - job abandoned. 4/1/22 -Big storm coming in. I was told "IF by chance there happens to be a leak, we will absolutely address any and all issues." 4/1/22 - BAD STORM. The roof leaked. Water going down inside the wall, coming out of an electrical outlet. There were water bubbles in the paint in the living room and on the ceiling of the lanai, dining room, master bathroom and living room. We were then promised over and over again that they would return and finish the roof and repair all the damages for WEEKS. They'd show up for a few hours at a time, leaving beer cans in our side yard. Finally on 4/27/22 the finished; it passed inspection the next day. They still haven't finished repairing all of the damages: Water bubbles in walls and ceiling in several spots has somewhat been repaired. Gutters were replaced, but not correctly. They're leaking and dumping water out the front. Ceiling where the roof meets the lanai is pouring water into the lanai. Broken palm tree Damaged garage door has been repaired Tar all over the front entry way tile Broken down spouts.

Mid-April 2022 I signed a contract for Total home to replace my roof at that time I was told that my gutters were in good shape and that they would detach the gutters during the construction process and its possible that damage could occur not as a result of neglect but rather unavoidable result of proper installation procedures. Upon completion of the roof replacement, I informed Robert who is the project supervisor of a number of issues shingles not sealed; Shingles not aligned over the ridge vent leaving gaps; drip edge not trim properly and all the gutters were improperly pitched or forward tilt badly like no effort was made to install the gutters properly. The construction crew returned two day later and attempted to fix the trim on the drip edge which made it look worse and seal the shingles and they did not fix the shingles on the ridgeline it still has a gap. The gutters were in such bad shape I informed Robert that I had contacted a gutter company to come out and properly align the gutters. The gutter company came out the next day. I was informed by the gutter company that Total Home Roofing had nail my gutters down to my house "perhaps as a temporary measure to hold the gutters in place" but they never removed the nails and then place the drip edge plate over the nails and the gutters could not be moved into proper position or be properly aligned without removing the new drip edge to remove the nails and align the gutters. I informed Robert of this he came out took photos and as of today after repeated phone calls this problem has not been resolved. I have also informed Robert of orange rusty looking water running off my roof he says he does not know what it is. It's coming off all sides of the house when it rains. I'm on well water this is contaminating everything. I want Total Home Roofing to fix these problems without voiding my *** Warranty. Or reimburse my full payment of $15800 paid in full including cost of gutter repairs and my time off

Replaced my roof with Total Home Roofing back in July and was told that the skylight was ordered but due to the coronavirus it would take a few months to receive it. After four months I called them several times leaving messages with no results, decided to call their Main office in Rockledge,FL [protected]) after that Brandon office call me and sent another person to take measures again. After that nothing, they keep ignoring my calls and I'm in the middle of hurricane season with the old skylight not sealed and only with a tarp over it. Please help! All I want is for them to finish the job that they got paid for.
On 6-29-22 we met with Edgar from Total Home Roofing. During the time he was here giving me a estimate I was told that my flat roof would be tapered and I would have no more pooling of water on my roof. He said there would be two different sets of roofers doing this. One to do the pitches side the other to do the flat side. On 7-6-22 they came out to do the work. Only one crew. On 7-9-22 they finished. Had a bad rain storm the next day and now I have ponding on my roof now in a different spot with a pallet of taper material still left in my driveway. Reached out to the foreman of the group that did the work Carlos. He called back a day or two later saying that he could not answer the question as he didn't know about any of that and that is was for the inspector to look at it. A few days later we reached out to the company with no response. Final got ahold of them today 7-14-22 and said the roof failed inspection for a flashing problem. That they will be out to fix it. We called the city to find out why we failed the inspection and was told that it was a flashing problem but the bigger issue was the flat roof was still ponding. Now we can not get in touch with roofers again. Inspector said that the flat roof needs to be pulled off and redone to code. Inspector said that they should have used the unused materials that are still on site to properly taper the roof. The company is being very difficult to get in touch with and seem as if they are trying to pull a scam.
On 5-19-22. Total home Roofing poked a nailed in the plumbing in the attic, which lead to water damage in the room below. Ceiling, wall, Carpet, wood floor. After the damages they didn't address the situation in a timely manner which lead to molds. They refuse to process a claim through there insurance. They wanted to the job themselves which i didn't agree to. I have sent them invoice from a 3rd party company. I Communicated with several members, departments of the company with no result. Because The mold was growing, I hired the 3rd party company (***) to address the mold & demolition. I have pictures of the damages and text communications
Our salesman was very convincing regarding the integrity of Total Home Roofing, so we signed a contract on 5/31 for a metal roof install. Total Home Roofing should be called 'Total Lack of Communication'. A week later, we called regarding the scheduling of our install and no one at the company had any idea of when the project would start. In fact, when we asked to speak to a manager/supervisor we were told EVERYONE was at lunch. We called our salesman who stated that he would make sure things would "get moving" soon. He also stated that he talked to Louis (an upper management type person) who would call us and TO THIS DAY we have never heard from this person! Nearly a month after signing our contract, a crew finally arrived, tore off the old roof and installed the underlayment. Apparently there was a delay with the order of the other roofing materials... We called the warehouse who stated there was no delay and that our order was sitting in the warehouse waiting to be delivered. July 1st the drip edge was installed but still no other roof material; we only had the underlayment and there was no dumpster for the roofing trash. It sat in our front yard smashing our flood lights and landscaping! I called multiple times and left messages but received no return call. July 11th, we have half of the metal roof installed and it passed inspection. BUT, the rest of the roof could not be installed because there were 5 other pieces that needed to be re-ordered. Why? Because the original 5 pieces were measured wrong the first time. One would think this would have been taken care of while the first half of the roof was being installed. 43 days after signing the contract, multiple un-returned phone calls, unanswered messages, and no call from upper management, the roofers completed the install. NOW, the company can't find our loan documents and keep harassing us for payment. This company is a TOTAL JOKE!

I hired Total Home Roofing to start my job 09 it was on the 13th of the month when they started the job. On the 14th I went to the duplex I own where the job was located (*** to check on the progress. Instantly when I pulled up I noticed issues, the debris was all over my tenants things, blocking doors, on their patio furniture. I asked the workers on the roof to please make a path for the tenants as their are kids at the property which they didn't. I left and called into the corporate number for Total Home Roofing as I checked weather reports it was going to rain in the evening. I spoke to a lady and she assured me "yes sir! we will inform the crews to tarp the roof" later the next morning around 4am my tenant calls me as he works 3rd shift to inform me it is raining in his apartment. Come to find out the crews did not tarp off the whole roof leaving vent holes and large areas uncovered. I called Total Home Roofing and this is when the nightmare started. Matt the crews lead MGR came out and instantly began cursing as he saw what his crew failed to do. Tells me "do not worry about the bill, we will get you taken care of" they brought in their best guy Roberto who came in a little later that day telling me that its not that bad, things like this happen all the time all he needs to do is put Kilz and repaint it. Well his partner who came in with him went up in the attic and start speaking in Spanish, luckily my tenant speaks Spanish. My tenant began talking and correcting them turns and tells me "this guy isnt being honest" I told Roberto I wanted an inspection done his face turned pale and he freaked out. Quickly left to make phone calls. There is not enough characters to list in this box to explain all the issues it has been a nonstop nightmare! They promised my tenants checks for their damages and losses sent me an NDA but never sent the checks. I find out their crew was drinking alcohol on the job hiding in their truck

I, had a new roof put on my home starting, June 23. 24 and 26th 2022. Mexicans came did my roof, nice and professional crew, but they informed me the supervisor is a jerk, doesn't come and bring supplies and doesn't check on them, so they couldn't finish my roof until that MONDAY, June 26th. They had some replacements, I signed a wood replacement agreement, but I took pictures and their is no way I should be charges additional $2,100 the area manager reached out by the name of Jonathan [protected]. AND MY ROOF IS LEAKING ON MY BACK PORCH THEY BROKE THE PIPE OVER MY HOT WATER TANK. They haven't called to discuss final bill nor reached out about my leaking ROOF! After 2 weeks of being installed, pathetic company, Patrick sales rep. told me he was the owner of the company.
I HAD A ROOF INSTALLED THREE WEEKS AGO THERE WAS DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY THE GUTTERS AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO CALL IN THE OWENS CORNING PLATINUM 25 YEARS WARRENTY WHICH IS ON THE CONTRACT.THE ROOFING INSPECTION WAS LATE THEY NEVER CALLED IT IN. I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THEIR OFFICE IT WAS JUST DONE THIS PAST FRIDAY NO WIND MITIGATION DONE BY THIS COMPANY TO ENSURE THE WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY THEY HAVE STAFFING ISSUES THEY DON'T ADDRESS ANY PROBLEMS TO RESOLVE THEM SO GOOD I AM WANTING A WARRENTY FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THEY HIRED A GUTTER COMPANY TO REPAIR MY GUTTERS WITH LITTLE TO KNOW EXPERIENCE THEN THAT GUTTER COMPANY TELLS ME THAT TOTAL HOME ROOFING AND THEIR COMPANY ARE SECRETLY KEEPING DETAILS AWY FROM ME ABOUT WORKING ON MY HOME GUTTERS. ALSO THEY SENT ME A BILL THAT WAS ON THE CONTRACT OVER BILLING ME BY $2,000 MORE THEN WHAT THE ACTUAL CONTRACT STATED.THEY ALSO TRIED TO TAKE LEFT OVER SUPPLIES THAT THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR AND I SAID NO BECAUSE I PAID FOR THAT IT BELONGS TO ME.
Bad roof job, crown of roof has a 6 inch gap with no sheeting just tar paper and shingles improper install of rafters, drip edge install after roof was shingled. this is the worst roofing that I have ever seen, I do not consider this job complete.
Roof contract signed 4/5/2022 Roof commenced 4/11/2022 After continued contract with the roofing company throughout the process, the roof wasn't completed until after multiple complaints with the foreman of the job and then up to the regional manager who then took another 3 weeks to have our what they called a completed roof 6/16/22 with still additional poor workmanship issues that we have to pay another company to resolve; I asked for a substantial discount due to our loss of wages and emotional harm, however this company feels that a $500 discount was sufficient; I adivsed regional manger not sufficient and they merely filed a lien on our property without response

Company has place Client into unneeded Stressful situations which includes attempt to use cheap materials, no warranty, and placing into financia hard I have ran into several issues with dealing with this company. In the very beginning I asked for the warranties on the Metal roof. Yes, have ran into many employees passing the buck. That someone would call. That did not happen. At one point was told it had to be written up. Wondering how can that be if they have been offering the work for sometime. I was offered a warranty by another company and was told the materials would be coming from them. However, the materials delivered was by another company with questionable structure and quality. The Roof Permit also showed what company was going be providing the metal panels for roof. Which was not delivered. After much back and forth with there employees and getting nowhere. Certified letters to the Owners were sent out. Which ended up with the correct materials for the roof. Now, I face a new issue. There was another roofer who was going to do the job and through their financial institution was given a 100k loan. However, chose Total Home Roofing. Their Financial Institution checked my credit prier to work beginning estimated at $18k. Now, that the roof is completed their institution*** is NOT going to cover the full cost of the project. Total Home Roofing has demanded that the difference to be paid which is in the thousands immediately with a interest of 1.5 % will be applied. Total Home Roofing has placed me into a financial stressful situation. It seems that the company trains their employees to deceive, cheat and place hardship onto their Clients. Owners are no where to be found leaving it up to their employees. In conclusion; Get everything in writing, be at home during the project, check the materials. Would like to have the owner take responsibility and contact me on payment options with out interest due the Company causing the issues. If the owner does care about the Clients than what type of work are you going to receive.

I hired this company to replace my roof, my home was damaged inside due to lack of precautions by staff sent to my home
I hired this company to replace my roof, my home was damaged inside due to lack of precautions by staff sent to my home. I hired this company to complete a total roof replacement in June . Their staff did not secure tarps over the weekend and water damaged has plagued my home since then. My home is not up to original standards due their staff and lack of professionalism. Every since room in home has water damage. Water came thru electrical wiring thru ceiling fans. Staff stepped on outside metal roof and broke it also and water has been sipping thru since during the entire hurricane season. A Mgr has been out to my home twice and now states that the "dry wall" wil dry. Really after 6 months? I have sent over 5 emails and still dealing with this debacle. We have signed contract with this roofing company for replacement of our roof
We have signed contract with this roofing company for replacement of our roof. Per company project was to be started on 3/17. No one showed up. After 3 months of wait since signing contract we were scheduled to have work on our roof begin on 3/17. Dumpster arrived taking over our driveway, so did supplies and rolls of materials on top of our roof. And that were it precisely ended. Each day we were promised that "tomorrow they will come for 100%". We first dealt with gentleman named Daniel B. He is a great salesman... we realize that. He sold as this lemon of a company and that's where we are. The next was Manuel R - site/project coordinator. He is the one that emailed and then spoke with my husband telling him that they will be there on 3/18 then 3/19. Nothing. The next person was Steven J. He introduced self as a on site supervisor claiming he will personally be there this past Tuesday 3/23 to supervise the work...or 3/24 the latest. Considering it is 3/24 and after our frustrated calls we received a call from corporate telling us that no one is coming today - we feel that Mr. J would have been the only one standing (if he came). Again, e were given no reasons just an assurance that "tomorrow, they will be here for sure". I should clarify, we have all permits and we are not waiting for an inspector. The weather has been perfect with not a drop of rain since last Wednesday. We were told instead that they "did not have a crew" to work on our roof. We are treated like this roof is being done out of charity and we just have to wait till everyone is done, new crews are hired and maybe then... some day, month or week they will show up. This is a company that signs contracts knowing they have no sufficient crews to work on jobs. They know and they do it because they know we are stuck and unable to move any meaningful way. I wish I could fire them on the spot. They are unreliable, not dependable and they lie through their teeth. To anyone who reads this - please, stay way from Total Home Roofing. This company is horrible and I can only imagine what's ahead of me. For now, I am stuck with huge dumpster and letters from my HOA asking me when my project will end. I certainly hope, it will be before the hurricane season, but not holding my breath. I have read numerous complains written about them on this site. Sadly, read it after we were sweet talked into this contract. Big applause to Mr. B. What a skilled salesman. To anyone looking for roofing company in Florida. Avoid this company, save yourself frustration.

I contracted with a company in 2019 for a roof replacement at my Boca Raton home.
I contracted with this company early in 2019 to replace the roof in my home. In late spring 2019, I engaged Total Home Roofing, with Mr. H as my salesperson, to replace the roof of my home in Boca Raton, Florida. The payment was made through a loan. All my required paperwork was completed on time, and I was satisfied with Mr. H's responsiveness. Residing in Jacksonville, Florida, I informed Mr. H of my busy schedule at a car dealership, emphasizing my limited availability for follow-ups. He assured me the work would be completed promptly. However, a hurricane approached Boca Raton around the scheduled start time. Despite assurances from Mr. H that work would commence before the hurricane's arrival, it did not. Consequently, I incurred over $1000 in interior damage due to the delay. When I sought compensation, presenting evidence of the damage, the company denied responsibility, attributing the damage to pre-work conditions. I argued that the delay was their fault, but they refused to compensate. With my demanding job and the distance from the property, I prioritized completion over disputes. The project took nearly three months, and I'm uncertain if it's truly finished, as I've yet to receive completion photos, inspection reports, or any formal documentation—only a past-due bill arrived by mail. Repeated attempts to contact them via phone ([protected]) resulted in being placed on hold and disconnected. Nicole assured me I'd receive a callback, which never happened. I settled the past-due amount, clearing my debt to the company. Since last September, my attempts to communicate with Mr. H and the office, including numerous emails, have been ignored. Had I foreseen these issues, I would have chosen a different company. Upon signing the contract, I explained the property was a rental, with a nurse tenant working extensive hours, and my own demanding sales job. Mr. H reassured me of their professionalism and punctuality, which proved untrue. Their customer service is lacking, and their communication is non-existent. I am left questioning who to contact for future work, as their warranties and assurances hold no value to me. The experience has left me extremely upset and disappointed with the treatment I received after fulfilling my payment obligations.

Company has not submitted photos for final inspection
Company has not submitted photos for final inspection. No final walk through with site chief completed. Issues with rotted wood and poor workmanship. The roof inspector has been unable to complete his inspection process due to not having the required photos submitted to him from the business. Despite having contacted the business daily the following week, we have not yet had the final homeowners walk through with the crew chief to point out our areas of concern. After the crew completed their work, we did a preliminary walk around and discovered the following: 1. A section of rotted fascia board that was not replaced 2. Most of the drip edge was improperly nailed, leaving the nail tips exposed just behind the drip edge. 3. Pieces of the gutter system that were removed during installation were discarded. We contacted the home office in Rockledge, Florida and after literal hours spent on hold only to be disconnected repeatedly, we finally spoke with Laura, who introduced herself and the customer service manager and we explained the situation to her. She promised us a call back by the end of the that day on Monday, March 15. After not hearing back by Wednesday, we called again and spoke with Shannon who introduced herself as the assistant to the customer service manager. Shannon did call back on Thursday, March 18 and left a voicemail stating one of their supervisors would be picking up the permit package and putting it back, would take a look at the rotted wood, and that someone would be in touch with us with further updates. We have received no further communication from the business. In the meantime, we have received multiple phone calls and text messages demanding payment including calls made on Saturday. The crew chief assigned to our job, Felipe, was seen on site only one time and was unavailable to us to answer any questions or address any concerns. This left us to have to deal with the non-English speaking work crew who had been parking on our sprinkler system, blocking the mailbox, and leaving piles of nails and spilled gasoline in the roadway. We were assured by our salesman, Jason, that the crew chief would be on site to facilitate communication with the crew. Each time we attempted to reach Felipe by phone, we were told he was unavailable. After the job was completed, we were finally contacted by Felipe who demanded payment and threatened to include late fees and interest on our account despite lying about having submitted the photos needed to complete the inspection process. When we reminded him that our inspection was not finalized, he attempted to get a "partial" payment from us. We have spoken directly with the City of Clearwater inspector who was on site to do the final inspection but was unable to due to not having the necessary photos.

Replacement of roof was completed at a sub-par level, and lack of communication between company personnel & myself is unacceptable
Replacement of roof was completed at a sub-par level, and lack of communication between company personnel & myself is unacceptable. My roof was replaced Aug 24-Aug 26, 2020. Less than 36 hours after workers left on evening if the 26th, I had signs of water damage in my master bath ceiling and wall. I contacted and sent pictures of water damage to THR, beginning Aug 28th, and to different personnel throughout the week leading up to Labor Day, 9/7. Project manager came out 9/15 and took pictures, again, and set up an appointment for another person to come out 9/24. They were a no-show. Called about it and THR said they would come out 9/25. After there time passed, another no-show,I called and they appeared 45 min later. Said they would contact a 3rd party drywall company to repair damaged to ceiling and wall in master bath. The company came out but said they were not told what to repair, and they would get back to me. Fast forward another month, and I've scheduled gutters to be installed on 10/15. The gutter company couldn't install new gutters because they found The old gutters heavily nailed to wood and rotted faschia that wasn't replaced with initial job. I sent a video to regional manager (Manny) who called and said a crew would be out to replace all the damaged wood, and I'd get a discount ($500) on invoice. The wood was replaced the following week, after several attempts at getting a confirmed date/time. When these repairs were being done, several other repairs were found needing to be redone. Everything was taken care of, but the bathroom was still an issue. In addition, this whole time I'm trying to get a copy of the invoice along with the final inspection report (which I was told was on 9/4 that it had passed). I had a deadline approaching to get documents to insurance so they would issue checks to cover the roof costs. The main office has called a few times and asked if bathroom work had been completed, which I replied no each time. That still remains an issue to be resolved. The only dependable contact was the sales guy I originally signed with. Every other person has been very hard to get ahold of, or respond to my inquiries. Then, today, I was called by the main office and when I asked about getting a copy of the invoice and inspection report, I was told I had been mailed, emailed, and left several voicemails in regard to my lack of payment since 9/4. As I was explaining how I was having trouble getting documents and work resolved on my end, I was cut off and told that it was a different department and I was responsible for payment at this time. I tried to tell the representative that my invoice was supposedly discounted on 10/15 and needed to be reissued with correct amount. Her reply was that I apply for their financial assistance to pay the balance as I wait for documents to be received and drywall in bathroom repaired. I cannot begin to describe the frustration I've had in dealing with various personnel and departments of this company since August. I have kept the emails, text messages, & phone logs of my attempts and conversations with Manny and Robert at THR.

Roofers damaged my patio roof and a leak stained my master bedroom ceiling
Roofers damaged my patio roof and a leak stained my master bedroom ceiling. Now I CANNOT CLOSE on my refinance due to waiting on them to fix issues! I have had to contact them repeatedly about the damage to my Patio roof and they have indicated over and over that their warranty department would be in contact with me. I never got any calls and had to continue to call them, in the meantime I went ahead and paid 6825.00, half of my bill, until all damagers were addressed. It took them a month to get someone out to only paint my master ceiling, they did nothing about replacing any soaked insulation or anything else in my attic. The patio roof they kept dropping the ball on and just last week I finally got a production manager to come look at it, and tell me the same thing everyone else has, that it would go to the warranty department and they would contant me. I told them I can get a quote on the work and reduce my bill by that amount and pay the rest and be done, they did not reply. So that is when I got the production manager who told me the same thing everyone else has been for over a month and a half. In the meantime, I was supposed to close on my refinance today, and WAS NOT ABLE TO DUE TO TOTAL HOME ROOFING saying I had not paid, even though they got 6825.00 already! Today I had to call everyone at that company and no one answered the phone, I finally got the production manager again and he said he put a rush on it and did not know they had not contacted me yet, so no one at the company seems to know what anyone else is doing. They submit paperwork and do nothing else to follow up other than when they want payment. The only time I got any calls was for payment. I am still waiting on the president, Brian D, to call me today about removing what they have on my title so that I can close on my refinance. He has yet to call even though the production manager said he would tell him to all me asap, then I talked to the warranty dept. and told her Brian had not called and the situation, she said she would tell him, then I called the office and told the person there about it and she tried to get him on the call and he was not answering, she said he was probably on the other line, lol, so I told her he needs to call me in 30 mins...of course, that did not happen. I called her back again and she tried to get him on the line again and could not. She tried to help but could only refer me to other departments and none of them helped at all. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone who will do anything about my title so that I can close and I have tried all day, and been told by everyone at that company that Brian would call me. I don't need him to call, I NEED someone to take of what they put on my title, or to send my title company a contractor affidavit, or remove it so I can close and put it back. I have tried to work with this company for months and they do nothing to help their customers. This has been a horrible experience and I even paid for this out of my savings, I did not use insurance at all. You try to do the right thing and this is what you get. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their rating is definitely wrong and after reading all the complaints from recently, I see I am not alone here. Terrible ran company. Terrible!

It took 6 months for this company to start working on my roof
It took 6 months for this company to start working on my roof. During the wait I had at least 40 phone calls that were never answered. Poor work. On 5/21 I signed a contract to replace my roof. The salesman told me it was going to take 5 to 7 weeks for the permit. He said "don't worry about nails" because they had a magnetic roller. Everything he said was a lie. The end of June, I called to let them know I was going out of town. I left 4 messages one day for the schedule person to call me and nothing . The next day another 4 calls never returned . Next day I told the secretary I was leaving town. This the start of 40 unreturned phones calls. I received my first phone call from total home on 12/17. I tried get updates but once you have a contract, they honestly don't care. At the end of august, I was able to get through and found that they were still had not got the permit 13 weeks later. The second week of October, I called to let the company know I was going out of town. They said they left me two voicemails . If anyone leaves me a voicemail I listen to it . I received nothing. I scheduled work to begin Nov.2nd 2020. I did not get a phone call but an Email telling me that building supplies and a dumpster might arrive before work begins , but both would call me ahead of time before they came. Both just showed up and no phone calls. More lies. My wife called since no workers showed up. The supervisor was supposed to call but did not. On 11/3 the workers showed up. They covered up the pool and laid tarps down on the side. They worked till 8:00 pm. The next day,I walked side yard where they were suppose to use the magnetic roller before I let my wife and dogs out and found over 30 nails with half of them sticking up. My wife and I picked up another 20. The roofers left trash under our tree from lunch. I have exposed tongue and groove roof in my carport and over my front door. They used shorter nails in the carport but over the the front door they had 72 nails sticking 1/2 inch through the wood in an 8ft by 5 ft area. When I called the manager Johnathan Garcia to complain, He refused to call me back like the rest of his staff. Since they don't care I had to buy a grinder, battery and battery charger.I have had 7 back surgery's in 5 years, constant pain, a heart condition and had to grind down 72 exposed nails. I tried to call the supervisor , George but he did not have voice mail connected and his secretary did not return my call. I had to pass on my request to a worker who came by to pick up excess materials . I was so mad about the delay , I actually demanded to speak to the manager and complained about the delay. He sent me a letter and a $20.00 Starbucks gift card and told me to relax. He left me his number but refused return my next 4 calls. The first inspection ,the inspector showed me a 7 by 5 inch area of rusty flashing that needed repair..The final inspector approved it. The permit showed me how much these people lied. I signed the contract on 5/21 but the permit was received 7/7. It was approved 8/4/)*XXXXX by Oakland Park. But the end of August it still was not ready . More lies. While trying to refinance, I was told by my lender that Total Home Roofing has a mechanic lien on my house even though we paid the full amount of 12,300.00 (posted 11/18).

Total Home Roofing installed a new roof on our house at *** September 9-14
Total Home Roofing installed a new roof on our house at *** September 9-14. They left many items undone or poorly done. Vent pipe cover on right side of house is misshapen and sloppy; hole was made in stucco near front door; damage to soffit and fascia to right of front door; fascia replaced on back of garage was sloppy and uneven; fascia replaced on right side of house was also unevenly installed; fascia that was pointed out to work crew as needing to be replaced was not replaced; the ridge vent that was supposed to be installed on the garage was not; shingles on the back left of the house are uneven and are sticking up; the dryer vent was blocked during the job and resulted in a burning smell when the dryer was turned on. When I reported these items on September 15, a supervisor named John came out to inspect the items and agreed that most needed attention. However, his response to the sloppy vent pipe cover was that it's on the roof and no one can see it. It is clearly visible from the ground, which is how I was able to see it. Also on September 15, sales rep Logan B confirmed for me that a ridge vent was supposed to have been installed on the garage. The roof also failed the county inspection due to 2 improperly installed pieces of drip edge that were not sealed. On September 18, an area manager named Manny came to look at the items in question. He apologized and said he would have a crew come out to fix them. He also took a picture of my list to make sure he did not forget anything. He did not get back to me until September 23 to say that workers would come out on October 5. I said that was too long so he agreed to send workers on October 2. On Friday, October 2 at 10:05 am, one worker arrived to do the work. Since he spoke very little English, I had to ask my Spanish speaking neighbor to come and translate so that there would be no misunderstanding. The worker's name was Jo-El and he expressed surprise at the sloppy and unprofessional condition the job was left in. That day, he repaired the pieces of fascia that had been previously replaced but were left sloppy and uneven. October 5, no one came to do any work. A supervisor named Jim called me to ask if he could come on the following day between noon and 2:00 pm to meet with me. I said that would be fine. On October 6, when no one was here at 2:15 pm, I sent Jim a text to ask when he would be here. He told me he was stranded in Sarasota and would not be able to come. He did not let me know that until I contacted him. He did not say why he was in Sarasota at the time he was supposed to be here in Valrico, which it at least a hour away. He said he would call upper management to address the issues. At that point, I called the company's corporate office and spoke to a customer service manager named Jessica. She took notes on all of the items and said she would email someone higher. October 7, Jessica called me to say that someone would be at the house the next day to perform repairs. On October 8, Jo-El returned with a supervisor named Felipe T. Felipe was also dismayed at the condition the job was left in and said he would be reporting it to someone above him. All of the work was not completed that day and no one came the next day. I called Felipe twice on the 9th but did not get a call back. I called Jessica twice on the 12th and left messages but did not get a call back. I called again on the 13th and left a message. Jessica called to say that she had been unable to reach a manager. Jessica called on the 14th to say workers would come out on the 20th. I said that was too long. She called back and said someone would be here today, October 15 between 8 and noon. No one came so I left messages for Jessica at 12:38 and 1:39 pm asking to be informed as to what was happening. I have not received any call backs.

I would like the chimney flashing installed properly
I would like the chimney flashing installed properly. They haven't fixed the drywall damage inside the house where the skylight was installed. I Never want to hire a contractor ever again for the rest of my life, because of my nightmare experience with Total Home Roofing. I hired Total Home Roofing because they had the most positive reviews on *** (fake or paid reviews?) and had a good standing with the Complaintsboard.com, and I thought they were a general contractor. Travis ***, the salesman, came to my home to give me a quote; we went up on the roof and walked around. I pointed out that one side of the chimney stucco had cracks and was a source of a leak in the house. I then asked Travis if his company was a general contractor because I wanted one company to do all the work, he said yes. Travis filled out my contract for a new roof, new skylights, new chimney flashing, new kick out for the chimney, and new stucco for the one side of the chimney facing the roof, with approximately 14 square feet. The stucco was an additional charge of $15.00 per square foot and $50.00 per plywood board that needed replacement and a 15-year platinum worry-free all-inclusive warranty. I signed the contract on June 26. The first day that they started work on my roof was July 8, and I met Eduardo ***, the project manager. Later in the day after the workers took off the old shingles, Eduardo told me that the chimney flashing was in good condition and that they will not replace it. I told him that it was in my contract to replace the chimney flashing with new flashing, a new kick out for the chimney, and repair the chimney stucco, 14 square feet at $15.00 a square foot. I wanted everything new. At first, Eduardo told me that they didn't do stucco work, I said to him, it is in my contract. Your company is a general contractor that was one of the reasons I went with your company; I wanted one company to do all the work. Hence, if there is a problem with the work, I can deal with just one company and not go back and forth between two companies to fix it. I asked Eduardo if his company is a general contractor? Eduardo said that the owner of the company is a general contractor, but the owner of the roofing side is not, his answer was extremely convoluted like most of his answers. He told me he would call the office. Later in the day, Eduardo told me that his boss told him to tell me that they only stucco 6 inches above the chimney flashing for $15.00 a linear foot and that one of their subcontractors would repair the 14 square foot chimney stucco for an additional $1000.00, I said that was too much they dropped the price to $850.00, I told him I would shop around.. I had to get quotes from 5 different companies and 19 days after the completion of the roof before I had it finally repaired. It was a bait and switch from what Travis told me and wrote in my contract. A breach of contract! I called the office and asked to speak to a supervisor, the receptionist was screening the call and asked what it was about, I told her about the stucco repair in my contract, and that your company is supposed to do the stucco, She said that the boss was in a meeting but would call me back in 2 hours, No one ever called back. The contract you sign with Total Home Roofing isn't worth the paper it's printed on, in my honest opinion. The second day they came out they were replacing some of the roof deck plywood, I happen to be watching, and they put a new piece of cut plywood in the valley of the roof leaving a 4 inch by 4-inch square hole in the deck of my roof, the plywood was not cut right. They then just covered the hole with the peel and stick barrier. I asked Eduardo why they left a hole in my roof deck, and he first said that it doesn't matter because it is in the valley, and the valley flashing would cover the hole. I don't know about you, but I don't want any holes in my roof, especially when it is a new roof costing me tens of thousands of dollars. I called Travis the salesman and told him about the hole that they just

Total Home Roofing is a dishonest company!
Total Home Roofing is a dishonest company! Came to my home and did a terribly sloppy job on my roof. Total Home Roofing is a dishonest company. I was told by Jason our sales consultant that the flat portion of my roof would be completely renovated started over even though another company had replaced it about a month prior. Patrick said they would let the insurance company know that it would require more funds because if 25 % of the roof was damaged the whole roof would need to be replaced. Once I saw that the workers did not completely take the flat roof down on 9/8 I questioned why it wasn't done. The supervisor Patrick said Jason the consultant misinformed you and your husband on the roofing process. He said he's the actual supervisor over the crew. He said he trust his crew and knew they would do it correctly. Although they left the old wood because Patrick the supervisors said the last company did the roof incorrectly and whatever they use had already melted into the wood and it was easier to do it that way. I sent pictures to Jason and Patrick the same evening 9/8 to show them the rotted wood. I asked if it should be replaced Jason said rotted would should be replaced but all questions needed to sent to Patrick the supervisor. I sent Patrick the same information. I called Patrick the next morning he said he would be out to address the issues, once here he said yes some of the wood needed to be replaced. I said why did I need to point this out shouldn't the workers know this. I also told Patrick and Jason that the one worker that could speak English told me that they were working and not being paid. He said they are paid by the square foot, he said they paid them for 1400 square feet but the roof with the addition and carport totaled 2800 square feet. They were angry, so as a customer I was worried that things wouldn't be done properly. Patrick assured me that things would be done properly and I didn't need to worry. On 9/9 the same worker told my husband they were quitting this company after 9/9 because they wouldn't pay them. On 9/10 I pulled into my drive way and could see the discolored drip edge from the front to the back of my home. Caulking was running down from the wood. The wood they added wasn't cut evenly nor caulked. I called Patrick he didn't answer so I texted him this message. Hi Patrick, the black trim on the front of my home looks burnt. Can this be replaced? Patrick responded: I will ask the only problem is we would have to get them ordered all over again let me make some calls and I will get back with you. That's so weird all the other ones look fine. My response: No it's all the way around, I will contact the company. This looks horrible. Patrick's response: I understand and I do apologize, it does look horrible. You are completely right. I will go ahead and send it to my supervisor and the crew and see what we can do. We will have to order new ones, it may take a few days to get them in but it will get done. My response: This looks so sloppy, this is what I thought I would get once the workers said they weren't being paid. I Understand rain but what was said to be a two day job became a 6 day job that still not completed. I saw the discoloration on yesterday so I know they saw it. Patrick's response: Rest assured it will be addressed and taken care of. My response: Can you please call me, they even said they are know longer working with your company anymore. I will go to Facebook and google to leave a review. Patrick's response: The rain does delay the process, we try to do our best to make sure your home does not get wet. However, those pictures have nothing to do with the rain and I will most definitely be contacting my boss. My response: Another thing one of them were standing in my front yard urinating on yesterday. Very nasty and unprofessional. I have a 16 old daughter and myself here. I know I may not live in Heathrow but this is sad. What's even worse is that you can text me but can't answer my call. Patrick said he was on the phone with his boss.

Failure to complete contracted re-roof to customer satisfaction along with a failed inspection by the City of Jacksonville Beach
Failure to complete contracted re-roof to customer satisfaction along with a failed inspection by the City of Jacksonville Beach. I contracted with Total Home Roofing(THR) for a re-roof in August. My salesperson, Matt, was very personable and had a good knowledge of products and warranty. I had bids from three other roofing companies and chose THR because of their products, their 15 year warranty and the recommendation of a friend who had used them. All was well before any work began on my "new" home. I was told my supplies and a dumpster would arrive a head of time and that my gutters could be taken down and disposed of. I was told I would need to remove a back overhang that was no longer needed before the roof job. I made sure we had that taken down and ready to go. I was also aware of rotten fascia and the likelihood of rotten plywood based on a home inspection by a third party prior to closing. I was fine with the pricing of extra fascia and plywood that would be needed beyond what was included in my re-roof job. The materials and dumpster arrived ahead of time but there wasn't any fascia. I contacted Matt and he assured me that they would [censored] and order any extra fascia and plywood for the job. The crew arrived and started tearing off my old roof. Mackenzi G called me to see how things were going and I asked her when the gutters would be removed. She said it was in her notes and they would be taken down when they needed to be. Victor, the field supervisor ordered 5 more sheets of plywood, fascia and 2 x4's. He also explained to me that they were at the mercy of the city inspector as to when the underlayment could be inspected prior to roofing. That was fine with me as I needed photos of underlayment for my insurance company. So, imagine my surprise when at the end of the day my roof job was "done". No inspector, gutters still up and a dumpster FULL of packages of shingles, a huge sheet of drywall, coils of roofing nails, 12' of 2x 4's, 3 partial rolls of underlayment all buried under loose shingles. The waste on this job UNCONSCIONABLE! I dug out as much as I could, but wasn't able to pull out the large sheet of plywood due to a shoulder injury. There were several spots of visibly rotten fascia and poorly installed replacement fascia. I took photos and sent emails to Matt, Victor and Mackenzi. I was beyond upset. 11/16 I received a PDF invoice and replied that I would not be paying until my issues were resolved. 11/17 a roofer shows up to fix the fascia and left my attic open to the elements, a hammer on the roof and gutters still up. More photos and emails sent. 11/18 the city inspection failed due to roof not complete, holes in fascia, materials left on roof and shingles not installed correctly. 11/19 emails sent showing MISSING plywood at the corner of my house. Received an email from Mackenzi apologizing and a crew would be coming to fix this. Also a paper bill arrived. Called the number and explained I wouldn't be paying the bill or any penalty until job was completed to my satisfaction. She gave me the number of Jerry V, production manager. 11/20 Called Jerry and he said he would come and put eyes on it to get it resolved. 11/21 work on fascia. 11/23 Jerry came out. 11/24 plywood replaced at corner. Asked for photos showing that underlayment was installed on new plywood before shingles (Was sent a photo from 11/13 on 11/28-- Replied that I knew photo was from 11/13 and I wanted photographic evidence and no reply). 11/25 Jerry sent an email that Matt or Kevin would reach out to me regarding gutters and he was coordinating crew to change out the piecemeal drip edge. I asked that not occur until gutter issue resolved. Drip edge changed out that same day. I have called corporate office two times leaving detailed voicemails. None were returned. I cannot get anyone to even answer emails anymore. With this piecemeal job, poor workmanship, materials thrown away instead of being used to replace rotted plywood. I can't be assured that my home is protected. One set of gutters is laying in my yard and 3 are still up. Ridiculous!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

DO NOT do business with this company. After you sign the contract you will never be able to get in touch with them. They stripped the roof and did not come back for 5 weeks in rainy season, left a dumpy to rust in our driveway for 4 months. They have now changed here name to Angi Roofing, they never mailed any paperwork and when you call the office you get the nasty uncooperative employees. THIS IS THE WROST COMPANY
Be aware of this company known as Angi Roofing, LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus. They replaced my roof and did a horrible, sloppy job. In less than a year the roof began sagging and shingles started curling and lifting up, all due to poor workmanship. It's been four months going back and forth with them to come out a fix the problem. I could never get an honest answer, they gave me an appointment and never showed up. Now I'm unable to speak to any of the contacts, the calls go straight to voicemail. There are too many dissatisfied customers here that spent thousands of hard earned dollars, hope the right authority can set them straight.
Total Home Roofing replaced my roof. The Salesman John *** was very knowledgeable, friendly and they were the best price and financing of 4 estimates.
