Good prices but customer service is the worst
Good prices but customer service is the worst. I ordered over $200 of supplies (audlt diapers and such) in anticipation of my father returning from the hospital. My dad passed before I could open a box. Everything was in their original cardboard shipping boxes. Between covid-19 and arranging for my dad to be transported from one state to another 30 days passed. Customer service cared less. I received a generated denial on a Sunday. The email had blank spaces where names and dates should have been. The reason for denial was their 30 return policy. The email said to return the email if you wanted to appeal. Guess what - no response! So unless you can anticipate death stay away. You would think that a company in a health care environment would care more?

This company robbed me. I ordered one thing and they sent another. I am waiting for someone to call and give me back my money.. Horrible business. Takes advantage of people. I thought I would use a local business to support CT. But am shocked that they can get away with what they get away with. Their reviews are the worst and I should have looked them up before ordering. Today, Saturday, May 7, 2022, I ordered a 10-piece package of Allevyn, a special bandage, and paid over $19 for expedited shipping. However, they were not open today so nothing shipped. However, they did charge my credit card today though they haven't shipped the product and no one is at their office. If they ship it on Monday, May 9, that's too late. I needed it shipped today. I'm sorry that I have to give them one star. They deserve zero starts. This company should be closed immediately.
I was so worried after reading all the reviews but the pillow seemed like it would be perfect for my needs. So I ordered and I'm very glad I did. Shipping was fast and item is exactly as described. I would definitely order from here again.

I purchased a cerrvical neck traction device for $348.00 on 19 Sept 2020. It arrived in a damaged box but otherwise intact. I tried the device and found it not the best device for me and wanted to return it for credit. The return policy states is is to be returned in the original box ( not appropriate ) in this case. I attempted to call Customer Service for a return label or some directions to resolve thus issue but they never answer the phone. Also, I attempted the email them at two listed addresses and both came back as undeliverable. Seems a horrible was to run a business and I have never encountered this kind of difficulty with any other businesses. Hopefully the ComplaintsBoard.com can forward this to Home Products For You. My advice to anyone looking to do business with this company,DON'T!

The phone people don't follow through, said I would recieve an email in 24 hours, or the customer service does not send out an email as they say within 24 hours. I ordered thermometer, It was defective not even a light came on. I called to get an RMA; I was told it was non-returnable. I checked consumer law, if it is defective, a full refund is given. I did everything their refund policy said,. They play dumb, and just ignore you. Don't buy from them they are crooks and sell junk.
Order a $600 knee brace and it did not arrive. I did not even get an order number just a charge on my card. They claimed a system glitch and then refused to send me the brace. Spent an hour on the phone and did not get a refund. Beware.. do not buy anything from them. I think this is a fraudulent business that does not have the products they claim to offer.

Horrible shop. They don't stand behind their products, they won't accept returns despite what their policy says. Brand new item returned, unused and unopened, and they gave me an RA, had me pay to return it, just so they could tell me, "the item you returned to us is in non-resalable condition, Hence we are unable to initiate the refund." Let me think about that... I gave it back to you EXACTLY as I received it, and it's not in a salable condition... interesting. ?

I've dealt with this company on more than one occasion and I'm not impressed with them. One order was wrong (I ordered two sizes in two different bras and only got two in in ONE size). But today, I received an email that indicated "Double Markdowns on Truife Bras". This was the bra that I generally use so I decided to order my regular kind. What a joke. As far as I can figure, there were FOUR types of bras that you could purchase and NOT "Double Markdowns on [all] Trulife Bras" I noticed their customer rating was 1.38 out of a possible 5 stars...geez, is it any wonder? I tried to phone them and was put on hold because of the "Covid" problem from months ago...ya'think they'd at least update the message. Would I recommend this company? Don't think so unless you have the patience of a saint, don't care about getting the correct order and like misleading advertising.

If you like being put on hold, try calling with a problem, no one came back on line at all. The product is okay, but customer service sucks. The battery didn't last anywhere near what was claimed in the ad, it died on the way to the hospital. My wife developed congestive heart failure, she needed oxygen! Spent four days in the hospital. Her iGo2 battery wasn't trustworthy, lasted 10 months using it maybe once, or twice a month. Ad says battery after 300 recharges should still have 2.5 hours left. She recharged at the most, 50 times and now it only lasts 42 minutes. I like the iGo2 respirator, but I think they sent me a bad battery. That kind of thing could kill someone!

This business has continued to delay my refund and it has been approximately two months without them sending me a return label as I have talked to several people and they continue to go around the bush sending me to different departments and refuse to acknowledge my want to return the item. I will never use this company again to do business with and am going to high discourage all my colleagues to do the same in avoiding this company as it has been a huge waste of time and money. However, a package did arrive on 10/11 with a bra inside a branded box. The bra was blue, not what I ordered. Customer service at HPFY was unreachable despite repeated attempts. The invoice issuer couldn't assist, directing me back to HPFY. My emails and calls went unanswered. The issuer sympathized and tried to contact HPFY but couldn't resolve the issue. I'm considering reaching out to the CT Attorney General due to the lack of customer service and receiving an incorrect product.

I ordered a step cane for my elderly mother
I ordered a step cane for my elderly mother. She lives in a different state from me. I had it delivered directly to her. Due to the covid pandemic I wasn't able to visit her when I had planned..it was delayed by 2months. I ordered this cane in Oct. I visited her in Dec. She told me that the cane had been delivered, but when I arrived to put the cane together, it was not the cane that I ordered. I contacted "Shop Wheelchair" directly to advise that the incorrect cane had been delivered. They told me that it was beyond the 30days (no exemptions for the pandemic...!) --nothing they could do..and that if I wanted a different cane, to go online and order the one that I wanted! I would never order from this company again! It was as though they didn't even read the email that I had sent them. I contacted the cane company directly--it was their shipping receipt in the package, to advise what happened, but haven't heard from them at all.

I called this morning as was told that the item was on back order and would be available after jan 1 2022. So i said that i wanted to cancel the order. This was the conversation which sounds fishy to me: Me. i would like to cancel my order since my wife needs the chair now Them: well its on back order to jan 1 2022 so do you want to cancel it Me: yes i want to cancel it Them: okay, i will send a message to the fulfillment center who will then contact the billing department and let them know that you want to cancel this order. Me: so when will i have the money returned Them: well i have no idea, its up to the fulfillment center to contact the billing department to tell them that you want to have this order cancelled, so it might be several days. All of this sounds fishy to me because it went from being available to suddenly once my money was received becoming back ordered with no idea if and when my money would be returned.

This company took the payment card of $500 that was gifted to my elderly mother at the end of Dec 2020 from her insurance company and wasted it all by not placing the order internally until days later. I called to place the order early on Dec 31 and spoke at length to an agent and supervisor, to stress the importance of the purchase being completed that day, so as not to risk losing the value that would expire promptly at midnight. She clearly understood and I was so excited for my mom, who always wanted an upright walker and this reward enabled her to buy one. We'd just endured losing my dad, and her husband of 63 years, to Covid19, and the drastic change of moving in with my family. I was horrified when, Jan 4th, instead of an update from the company via email that the product was shipping, I got a call stating that the credit card didn't go through that a.m. and could I please call. Are you kidding me? Of course it didn't go through if you held onto my info for 5 days and *** gift card was now days expired! It felt almost purposeful. I managed to get a hold of someone who said he was one of the owners a day later and he was wonderful, apologetic, and absolutely promised that within a few days he'd make it up to us. Just needed a day or two to figure out stock. I felt so much better. Then...absolutely nothing. No call, can't reach him again, no one else who answers has any information. I've called multiple times and written, and no one has made a single effort to follow up. $500 gift card of an elderly woman rendered useless, and no one cares. Perhaps it was used by someone there, for all I know. What a shameful way to do business. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Total hot mess. Ordered 1, 12-tube case of Calmoseptine ointment for $73.25 on 8/23. ONE tube came in the mail one week later, on 8/30. Toll-free number busy, so emailed "Team HPFY" about discrepancy. Long series of apologetic emails followed in response, starting with robotic, "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff," then, "We have notified our warehouse team and we will soon get back to you with an update on the missing quantities," the next day, 8/31... ...Apparently "soon" to HPFY is 11 days, because we were notified on 9/11 that our order had been CANCELED and our account would be refunded $72.78 -- random! -- allowing "3-5 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account." HOPE YOU WERE IN NO HURRY TO RECEIVE YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES FROM HPFY! YOU'll BE LUCKY IF THEY COME AT ALL! I ordered an oxygen machine on Jan. 18 at a very high price to treat Covid. I Paid for expedited shipping. It wasn't shipped until Jan. 23. On Jan. 28 I got a notice from *** that it was being returned to shipper because the label was missing. It was supposed to arrive back at HPFY on Jan. 29 but did not arrive until feb. 2. I realize there was a blizzard. I was in constant contact via the chat line, because when I called I was on hold for hours. Now (Feb. 6) I c***ot reach them either via phone or chat, and the machine still has not been re-shipped.

I purchased a nebulizer from this company 12/5. I received it a few weeks later. I read all instructions, charged the unit, and used the unit for about 2 weeks with no issues. It worked as advertised. However when the unit indicated it needed another charge I plugged it in and the charging light did not come on. The unit will not accept another charge. Payment was deducted from my account the next day, which I had never had happen before shipment was made. 9-13 received message order #*** was placed. 9-14, they said sorry for any inconvience, 9-15 they said shipping delay might be 1-3 days. I ordered 2 hand braces on 7/02. I paid a total of 49.83 for them. They were delivered 7/09 at 9:49am. We called that day to tell them they don't fit and they said we would get a email with a RA# and mailing label to return. We bought from 'the rehab store' so I may have gotten it but at the time would have thought it was a scam email if it came HPFY. I cleaned out all my in boxes so if I got the original email I no longer have it. I'm 100% sure they have my correct email cuz I get daily emails from them with promotions. We have called them 7/9, 7/20, 7/26, and 8/11. We are lied to every time that a email or physical label is being sent and they are never received. I have never dealt with a company like this and I shop daily.

I ordered and paid for 2 different CPAP mask systems on September 25. The total cost was $160.17. The product has not shipped. When I ordered it, the site did not indicate it was out of stock or backordered. I was advised I would receive it in 8 - 10 days. The product has not shipped and my calls and Chats with the company says the items are not in stock and they are checking with the manufacturer. I was able to procure a prescription that afternoon and sent it to the company. It's been 10 days, and I haven't heard anything from the company. I have attempted at least 5 times to contact the company through email (I received automated receipt of email, indicating that customer service would respond that my request was being reviewed), as this order has not been received, as of today 6/5. I paid $18.05 in expedited shipping fees which were supposed to guarantee receipt in 3-5 business days. Each time I checked the status online, the order was 'in process'. Emails to company have gone mostly unanswered. An automated email that I did receive in which I was given the option to follow a link for cancellation (5/28), the link just took me back to the company web page, which does not provide a method of online cancellation. In checking this order status today, 6/5, the status is showing 'shipped', although there is no way to determine when the item was shipped. I am requesting a full refund. Customer service is sorely lacking.

3/28 placed order with HPFY for a suction machine
3/28 placed order with HPFY for a suction machine. 3/31 payment for $288.76 posted to my charge account. On 4/6 made 3rd contact to HPFY as to the status of my order #***. HPFY stated order had still not shipped. I requested shipping be expedited, customer service refused. I requested my order be canceled. Rep repeated to me that I wanted order canceled. 4/8 order was shipped ignoring my request to cancel and requesting an adult signature to sign for package. Package left at my door without obtaining required signature. 4/29 *** picked up package to return to sender (no cost to me) since package was to be denied. 5/6 package returned to HPFY and signed for by Linda. As of this date I have not received my refund. Refund should not be processed as a return as I had canceled order prior to shipping. Order canceled due to machine is used for my breathing and I had been waiting since 3/28 and was no longer able to wait any longer since co. would not expedite shipping.

On 9/6 I ordered 4 bras off this company's website in the total amount of $127.75 that turned out to be too large for me. When I returned them to purchase a smaller size, I found out that they charged me a "20%" restocking fee. So I was penalized for returning clothing items that did not fit me. I was told the "re-stocking fee" would be given to me as store credit I could use. I tried to purchase a smaller size with my credit, and was informed that I am only allowed to use 25% of my "store credit" towards my purchase. I feel this is very wrong. Why am I not allowed to use my store credit to purchase the correct sized item? It seems they are only letting me use the store credit little by little, to make sure I keep spending more money with them. Very shady, very poor business practices. I simply want to be able to use the entirety of MY MONEY that they kept towards a new purchase. And not be forced to use MY credit bit-by-bit to maximize how much they can keep me spending

I ordered a Healthline Medical Products Deluxe on 1/26. It was a drop arm vacuum seat shower commode chair with foot rest and wheels through Health Products for You in ***.(***) The chair that was delivered did not have the commode feature so no pail and not able to use as a toilet as well. It took me 4 phone calls to just get someone to issue a call ticket so they could pick up the chair at my apartment as it weighed 40 pounds with the box. They finally sent me a call tag after another 6 emails. It was a scanned code that was sent. I place it on the box and got a confirmation from *** to pick it up in my lobby. That was on February 26 a month after I had place the order. It's now March 17 and they claim no chair has been received. The code they sent was unable to be scanned by the first two *** delivery men but the third one told my building manager that he was a supervisor and would handle it. I didn't have a tracking number. I want my refund of $319.98. I have spent hours of my time trying to correct their mistake and I am still nowhere. Please help me.

I ordered and paid for a deluxe gaming console bundle which includes a wireless controller for a certain price
I ordered and paid for a gaming bundle which includes a controller for a certain price. However, what I was sent and received was an incomplete order. I received the console which does not include the controller and which costs less, resulting in a price difference. Upon receiving the incomplete order, I contacted the company immediately, but no one answered. I provided them with photos of what I had actually received, my order number, etc. I also contacted the console's manufacturer and spoke with an agent there who was trying to help me. The manufacturer's rep had difficulty getting ahold of anyone at the retail company. Finally, in mid-May, I received an email from their Customer Service apologizing and stating they would contact their accounting office and credit me in 5 days. It is now June 25th, and I have not been credited.

Definitely don't recommend! One item I purchased was listed as FSA approved, and my FSA isn't wanting to cover it. Another item was out of stock and it took a week for them to tell me. The substitution I chose was also out of stock. I asked them to work with me to find a third substitution instead of refunding the money to my FSA, but they ignored my email and issued a refund to an account I can no longer access (since the whole process took so long). Very disappointing experience!
I've dealt with this company on more than one occasion and I'm not impressed with them. One order was wrong (I ordered two sizes in two different bras and only got two in in ONE size). But today, I received an email that indicated "Double Markdowns on Truife Bras". This was the bra that I generally use so I decided to order my regular kind. What a joke. As far as I can figure, there were FOUR types of bras that you could purchase and NOT "Double Markdowns on [all] Trulife Bras" I noticed their customer rating was 1.38 out of a possible 5 stars...geez, is it any wonder? I tried to phone them and was put on hold because of the "Covid" problem from months ago...ya'think they'd at least update the message. Would I recommend this company? Don't think so unless you have the patience of a saint, don't care about getting the correct order and like misleading advertising.
