NetWorx is a fraud company,
90% of all leads to us were through a third-party lead company lying about potential leads. Fake homeowners and phone numbers.
When we complained about the 3rd time, we were told we receive a lead fee refund. More than 75% they refused the fee return for one bs reason or another and claimed it was not their fault. We called to cancel and they said we have a list of questions before they can do it.Seriously!. Networx is such a bunch of thieves.Do not use them
Recommendation: BAD SERVICE.HORRIBLE FAKE LEADS
Quality of leads is crap. Opportunities dont pertain to my business
I own a pool service and repair company and I used them for a month spent $350 i got 4 leads. 2 of them never responded to be I looked up the addresses they provided me neither had a pool. Then one of them that did call me back said she had talked to 4 others from the site. So much for direct lead i paid almost $30 for. Then the opportunities both of those were for work that didnt pertain to my industry.
When I called customer service I spoke with greg who was a complete a hole. I was like yes i want to cancel and the remaining balance credited back to me.
We dont offer refunds
Fine I still want to cancel I dont like your service
Then Greg proceeded to say let me ask you this let me ask you that.
No i just want to cancel
Well what if i can get you better leads.
Oh so what you were purposely sending [censored]ty ones before?
No im good refund me or i will dispute tje charge
His response “we win those dusputes most of the time”
Great response I went to the better business bureau and reported them.
Do not
Use them use Thumbtack its way better
Recommendation: Thumbtack
This company is an unrelenting scam!
This company is an unrelenting scam! They created a false website to make me think that I was contacting a local company to request a quote for some work. Almost immediately I got calls from telemarketers responding to a request they said I made for something I never made a request for. They are liars and thieves as far as I am concerned. Stay away from this company at all costs! If you don't, you will be sorry.
Networx has been great in helping us build the company! The open lines of communication with *** at Networx have been a wonderful experience overall. We'll continue to use them for years to come.
My *** has been provided leads by Networx for a long time and we are very satisfied.
The company lies about being affiliated with the ComplaintsBoard.com. There is no "unsubscribe" option on their website. I've never seen a company operate with such impunity. Please shut them down!
I have been using Networx as a lead source for years now and they provide a great lead with great service ! The *** is great !
Networks is a good company, superior to others, always ensuring customer refunds.
Networks is a commendable company, surpassing competitors, and consistently providing refunds. Their business model focuses on your success and acquiring valuable customers, avoiding ineffective leads. They are the optimal choice for business growth, steering clear of entities that may hinder your progress. Immense gratitude to Networks for transforming my business and life with quality leads.
Bad experience with n e t w o r x the pro that they sent out cause damage to my property about six months ago and I'm still waiting to be compensated fully the pro that they sent out wasn't even license their ad was misleading I am sorry today I ever got involved with Networks
in every sense of the word for both clients and supposed leads. They began email blasting us trying to make us believe they were about to "charge the fees". They hide their email originating address behind walls of fake email domains. The leads they suddenly tried to send me was called and that customer lives 5 hours away from our service area and told me he never even filled out a form.
We have worked with network for a few years now.We have gotten many jobs from there services.
Working with Networx is great! My direct contact is *** and she's wonderful. I always have good communication, good reachability and her professionalism is a key factor.-highly recommended
Everything this company is about, I wanted to be apart of
Everything this company is about, I wanted to be apart of. The customer service is beyond a 5 star rating. Not only did the come through with their promise about an exceptional lead service, they did anything everything they could, to make sure I was set, to do business. Not only that, they also gave great advice about business and life, which has made all the difference in my life. Thank networks and it's team for giving me the drive to want to do more with business and become something better through good business practice.
Absolute scam. These leads are not qualified, complete waste of time and money. Their customer service is a joke. Do not use this company, they basically steal your money. If I didn't have to leave a star I would leave none.
This lead generator is a rip off. They take money send bad leads. I call customer service I got lip. The leads want free estimates not even qualified for jobs we offer. Other plumbers calling for leak detection. Charged for that. Someone needs to stop this company
This business does not provide quality, knowable, competent and professional contractors. My experience with the contactor was awful and very stressing. The workmanship was not top quality.I will NEVER use again. They should screen their contractors. There customer service cannot help with any problem reported. So you are left to handle everything yourself.
Horrible company. I almost receive EVERY single week their spam text messages. After a horrible experience using their service I stopped the service but even after several messages and calls asking them to stop being spamming my personal phone they keep doing it. Surreal world. Never give your contact information to them.
The salesman assured me Networx was unique among lead generation services, and I agreed to a trial
The salesman assured me Networx was unique among lead generation services, and I agreed to a trial. He took my money. Their return policy is to offer more leads, not a refund. More leads that are duplicates, out of market, or disinterested... what a sham. It's baffling how companies like Networx stay afloat. Their customer rep, always telling me to have a blessed day, is infuriating. I wish they don't last through the year to prevent scamming more vendors with their smooth-talking sales tactics. Their salesman is the epitome of dishonesty, outdoing even a politician. I'm desperate for a cash refund. They took my money and provided worthless leads.
Something great happened and I am in! We are so thrilled with the new and improved Networx. Our representative is fantastic and calls us every two weeks just to check in and see how we are doing. The customer service is great. I spoke with a team member today and he was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful with my needs. Thank you for all the hard work you do. Keep it up. :)
The salesman assured me that Networx was distinct from all other lead generation services, and I agreed to a trial. He accepted my payment. Their return policy is to offer additional leads instead of a refund. However, these leads are often duplicates, irrelevant to my market, or from uninterested parties, which is incredibly frustrating.
How do such companies as Networx continue to operate? And their customer representative, who insists on wishing me a blessed day, seems to be mocking my dissatisfaction. I'm left hoping that they don't last through the year, sparing other vendors from being misled by their persuasive sales tactics.
The salesperson in question is far from trustworthy, making even a politician appear sincere by comparison. My desire is simple: I want a cash refund. They took my money and provided nothing but worthless so-called 'leads'.
Networx Systems is a complete rip-off for contractors, engaging in deceptive practices such as bait and switch by charging for each lead sent, only for the contractor to discover that the lead no longer exists, has expired, or the consumer has already completed the project. Networx does not issue refunds and is aggressive in offering leads. Once signed up, contractors often receive low-quality leads and notifications for leads that are not related to their trade. The company seems to manage and filter leads in a way that ensures they collect their fees. Contractors have reported that when they reached out to the customers from the leads, they received no responses, indicating a lack of coordination. Networx does not offer trial periods to understand how their system works and requires payment upfront, which is seen as a dishonest business practice. In the end, after paying for a week without receiving any viable leads, contractors feel that Networx simply takes the money and provides nothing in return.
The Networx system is rife with false advertising and manipulative tactics, effectively scamming both contractors and homeowners. Out of 22 leads, only 2 or 3 were legitimate. The majority of leads involved customers who never responded to phone calls, emails, or texts. I frequently had to request credit reimbursements due to the poor quality of leads. My initial attempt to cancel the service was met with significant pushback and hassle, prompted by the subpar lead service.
A contractor should not have to deal with unverified and low-quality leads, which result in fruitless pursuits. Often, these leads are from elderly individuals or others who cannot afford home improvements, yet Networx system pressures them into arranging consultations with contractors they have no intention of meeting. This predatory and unethical practice is unacceptable.
I was promised a refund for my remaining credits over a phone call when I mentioned I was retiring. However, when I followed up about the refund, I was informed that no such promise was made, but I could use my remaining credits for more leads. This interaction proved to be just another deception.
Networx Systems **** it's a totally rip off for contractors, using bait and switch which charges per lead sent to you, onc e it bought and
Networx Systems *** it's a totally rip off for contractors, using bait and switch which charges per lead sent to you, onc e it bought and realized that don't longer exist , expired or consumer has already done the project.Networx don't refund , they are very invasive on offering leads , once you are in, just receiving c*** leads, offering leads notifications non related to your trade, They handled and filters the leads to you in way to earn your fee charge. Customers of leads were contacted and never got answers back.. its seems uncoordinated. They do no offer trial periods for you how of how networx works,,Networx charge first before you are in... very dishonest business . Finally paid for a week period ending without any lead earned , Networx just ran away with your money they charged you.
I just got scammed by them
I just got scammed by them.
I was a networx customer few months ago - very unsatisfy by the quality of their leads. A couple of weeks ago they contacted me offering exclusive leads program and promised me they will do a better job selecting prospects for my business. The deal was I will pay $1040 for 10 good quality exclusive leads. Also because my bad previous experience with networx their sales person promised me full refund if I'm not satisfied. So I felt for it again.
They send me 2 leads so far where the customer phone no. Is disconnected or that's un-existing customer. I called today to cancel my subscription and requested full refund - since I didn't receive any service from them and here we go - they send me a copy of terms and conditions stating that my initial payment of $1040 is non- refundable. I hope that someone will make these *** responsible for their actions and make them suffer.

Networx system **** is a bunch of false advertising, manipulative, con artists ripping off Contractors and homeowners alike
Networx system *** is a bunch of false advertising, manipulative, con artists ripping off Contractors and homeowners alike. Out of 22 leads I only had 2 or 3 bonified leads. More than 2/3rd of the leads was with customers that never responded to phone calls, emails or text.I would constantly have to ask for a credit back on several occasions. When I wanted to cancel the first time all I got was grief and hassled. I wanted to do so because of very poor lead service.A contractor should never have to waste time with being provided with unvalidated poor leads to be taking on a wild goose chase with leads from the elderly or other individuals that can't really afford to do home improvements, only to be badgered by NetWorx system *** into setting up a conciliation with a contractor which they have no intention to meeting with. It's predatorily and unethical. They said they will give me a refund on my remaining credits via our phone conversation being the fact I was retiring. when I called back to inquire about my funds, they said no we never said that, but you can use up what left on your credit for leads. the only return I got just showed to be a flat out lie!
I filled out an online form that appeared as though it was for a local asphalt paving company
I filled out an online form that appeared as though it was for a local asphalt paving company. It was actually a lead generating company and my information, email, phone etc., was passed on to a company called *** A man called from a company called *** calling from a Kansas City number. His caller ID showed his name was xxx (xxx-xxx-xxxx). This number matches the one he has listed on his website. http://www.xxx/. He attempted to get me to hire him to repair my driveway, saying he could have a crew there in the next day or so, and quoting me somewhere between $6000 and $10,000.
I googled the name on the caller ID and he has an extensive criminal and civil suit record of scamming people with asphalt paving services.
Networx sent an email the following day, asking me if I was satisfied with the contact. Clicking on the link for xxx took me to a site in Fort Worth, TX. I called the number there and the person on the message was the same voice as the man who called me. I called Networx right away to report them. The guy on that call took my information. I followed up with them the next day and have heard nothing back from Networx.
This network platform is totally a scam
This network platform is totally a scam. Ever since I started using them received bunch of fake service request. I also *** myself and found my company name under network advertising FREE QUOTES as way to generated leads so business account can get charged on their prepaid credits. They definitely use FALSE ADVERTISING because I don't give free quotes neither other contractors I asked around do. They lately increased their lead prices as though they so good at generating real leads. What a rip off! Under their terms and conditions they request not to file a lawsuit on group as they know we contractors will gather together and ask our money back Ok. Can not file a lawsuit in a group but what about if we all do it independently at the same date and time. I really don't wanna heard they sorry apologies. They scammed me thru false service request charging regardless of the nature of lead and giving credit back. When I requested the account to be deleted false leads started to came thru even when my account is paused so they can get my remaining balance asap on their behalf. I get tired of their scamming lead and don't recommend any contractors out their to use their platform.
Most of these reviews are from homeowners that use this system
Most of these reviews are from homeowners that use this system. This review is oriented towards contractors. I had a pretty bad experience with this company. One reason being, which does not make any sense to me. is to pay for the same leads that they sell to five different companies. Why would I pay to automatically compete with four other companies? The exclusive leads are obviously better, but you cannot get exclusive leads without being signed up for the shared leads plan. Exclusive leads are also more expensive. Also, if the lead does not answer or call back at all, why should you pay for it? They have almost no criteria, sometimes you don't even meet with the homeowner and you still have to pay for the lead. At the end of the day, you probably going to pay over $500 per contract. That's not necessarily that good. They also did not educate me at all on how to properly use the system. They signed me up, and opened an account and left it up to me to figure many things out. There were also many inconsistencies between the representatives and what they told me at any given point in time. A lot of information was left out that would have helped me do better when I was with them. All in all, I was very unhappy with their service.
I'm just here to add my two cents on Networx
I'm just here to add my two cents on Networx. I am a landscaper who has used another "popular" pay per lead service as well. Networx contacted me promising that they would provide more cost effective leads, better customer service, and more control over my account. The entire time during the initial phone call I was lead to believe that I was picking a monthly budget, some of which would be added to a wallet that I would have full control over immediately. Only after providing my card information and logging into my account was I presented with the option to read the terms; which of course, happened just moments after they billed my card for the entirety of the high monthly budget. In the two weeks since then they have sent out only four leads, three of which were worthless, that costed around $120 total. Only after I had decided to cancel my account (due to poor service quality) was I informed that billing up front and zero refunds was "Networx policy." I am now fighting this battle with my credit card company, the service was totally mis-advertised in order to encourage me to make a high up-front payment. Just for them to turn around and slap a "no refunds" sticker on the price tag, and therefore keep my hard earned money. Totally ridiculous, buyer beware.
Omar ***, the owner of *** This positive review should have been written along time ago, years ago when I first
Omar ***, the owner of *** This positive review should have been written along time ago, years ago when I first started *** My dreams was to reach as many customers as I could then become discovered and famous in the electrical industry. I quickly realized I didn't have the experience in online marketing, and foot traffic was in the early stages of changing/slowing down. People were doing more research on line, and people wouldn't just hire a tradesman just like that. They simply need time to hear more about the reputation and quality of one's agenda before entering into construction agreement. So even though I had all the knowledge, skills, tools, and equipment to tackle any project, I was lost in the sauce, it was like the new kid on the block not been able to get customers and buisness were tough and still have to pay the overhead. I didn't like the feeling it seems as it was going to be a bad decision.
Now it was a day at the office, I started doing my own research, how to get online CUSTOMERS for tradesman? in the Google browser. I came across Electrician Networx and several other ones. I was still uncertain about it, this was all new for me. So desperately needed to do something, I gave them all a try lol. Electrician networx gave me the best deal, and the most legitimate leads, more than the other companies whom have not met my requirements. So I stayed longer with electrician networx, as they exceeded my expectations. Electrician networx paved a name for this buisness changed instantly. Today were still performing and reaching customers all over, and this would not have been possible without using electrician networx. The other thing I would like to say about this group is that I always get great customer service. Thanks again electrician networx.

We were solicited by Networx to provide us a list of customers for our business
We were solicited by Networx to provide us a list of customers for our business. Once we agreed and made payment, it was difficult to reach anyone for customer support. They made very elusive promises to cancel but then didn't give us refund instead they would send us leads which we were no longer interested in receiving more leads and didn't explain to us their policy of no refunds and to receive leads in place of balance owed. All their leads sucked and there's nothing they will do to be helpful. They will just make empty promises to take your money and deliver nothing but bad leads which they probably pulled out of the yellow pages and sell it to any one who will pay for customers. I guess they don't care how they make their money, so long as some one is willing to pay then they will take advantage of them.

When I took over our company's lead source accounts Networx was by far the worst performer with the vast majority of leads they sold us being people that had no interest in getting a free no obligation estimate. Obviously I paused the lead delivery on the account until I could look more closely and close the account. We received a call from the "Senior Sales Rep" or "Senior Account Manager" and this man was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my life. Completely disrespectful with zero consideration for customer service or satisfaction. Lied about response times and blamed us for Networx failure. I later had to call in to cancel our account and Networx refused to close the account. The "Senior Account Manager" continued to be rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He kept saying, "I *** close your account, but..." and kept up his insults. I asked no less than 4 times to close our account. He did not close the account. This man is a low life con.
Problem is the contract I signed with Networx says that in the event of a business closure they will refund the lead amount left in the account. My account manger GREG would not let me speak with a REAL manger and proceed to hang up on me and then block my number so I can not call back in. I had to get my wife's phone to get back ahold of them and then MANGER CARLA would not even let me speak, then she proceeded to hang up on me as well. All I want is my $120 back that I a not able to use. They want me to do plumbing jobs illegally. Also they delete bad reviews from the pros dashboard at the pros request, so this business is scamming all its customers.
I entered my card for their service to get leads but never accepted there membership agreement. They charged me 58$ for job leads I wasn't able to view complete or contact. I disabled the job services on t he account but they still send me a new invoice for 20$ new bill. I can't cancel service. They won't refund my money I didn't agree to any charges yet they are using my card info to keep charging me. This company is wrong and ComplaintsBoard.com you need to be a shamed letting this company receive 18 complaints in the last year and no justice done. They should have their business shut down not allowed to operate ANY business
Just like the other complaints, these people are a fraud and deceitful, they don't want to refund my money after cancelling the service
Just like the other complaints, these people are a fraud and deceitful, they don't want to refund my money after cancelling the service. These people lied to me from the start claiming that they were ComplaintsBoard.com A rating with great reviews now I see that I am not their only victim. They deceitfully make you believe that they are giving you great leads and they are complete garbage and when you cancel they don't want to refund your money telling you that you signed their contract which you are not explained, when I told the person who signed me up that he told me that I could cancel at any time, he said you can but when I asked him why didn't he tell me about the money not being refunded he says well you never asked, very deceitful, he made me believe that I could cancel at anytime, now they won't refund my money. These people should be out of business, they are scammers. I want my money returned.

Signed up for this service by a pushy salesman a year ago that wayyyy oversold the leads, claiming they were gonna make us so busy that we wouldn't be able to keep up...certainly charged us a lot money for a lot of... "leads"... as they call them...no thanks on these trash wannabe leads. So we canceled our account...A YEAR AGO...ever since then like clockwork that *** named... "this is tray from networx" ...calls us every 2 weeks to a month and just won't stop no matter how many times we tell them they are trash and that we will never ever be interested again...well today March 23rd was the last time we hear that piece of garbage voice without some sort of adverse action. Contractor beware, stay farrrrrrr away from these losers!
very un happy with the way they do things
very un happy with the way they do things. they just do whatever they want regardless to the customer request. first they borderline scammed me into adding 30% to what we agreed on as a "monthly payment" saying its a bonus but then they hardly sent any leads, so in 6 months they did not even spend 20% of the budget. that bonus was not even used then they harass me on the phone over a single lead i was not happy with. i told them i cant talk they dont care keep talking and arguing until i hung up and told them clearly not to call me, and they keep calling over and over again after i told them to email or call me another time. and now i find out they went and canceled the account, they said they wont refund and just send me leads, i was ok with that. but i was still unhappy with them.. and guess what, they cut all ties and refunded me only 77% of the remaining balance on the account. JUST STAY AWAY.

Exclusive leads $90.00 each
Exclusive leads $90.00 each. Only one roofing lead had a customer. We signed a contract where networx was going to send me exclusive leads... they send me a customer for a metal roof . I sent the estimate and they never answered the phone again. Then I got a bunch of leads for roofs where the "customers" never picked up the phone. I asked for a refund and they never did. I called customer service and they hung up... then i called again someone else answer the phone. I've stated I want to cancel my account. And they make it sound like it was my fault that none of the customers answer the phone. Well I did paid 600.00 to deliver an estimate. The second "exclusive"lead they sent was from a couple that inquire about a roof in March. When I called them they said that they may need a roof next year. Others never answered. After I close the account. They called to offer more exclusive leads. What I joke. Contractors beware. This guys are not any better that other lead companies.

Fraud, misuse, and unfair trade practices have been our experience since signing up with a certain service for construction leads. This company has consistently sent us invalid leads, where customers had never requested contact, had no ongoing projects, made no inquiries, were located outside our service area, or required services beyond our expertise. Despite this, we have been charged hundreds of dollars. They impose a fee for each lead and ignore our disputes; we currently have six unresolved disputes amounting to over $300. We are insisting on a refund and demanding that only valid leads be forwarded to us. Their actions seem negligent at best, and at worst, they amount to intentional fraud. We are determined to seek restitution.
Fraud, Theft, Bad algorithms We signed up with this service, do that we might receive leads for constructive. This company has contiguous sent bogus leads, whereas, customers had never asked to be contacted, had no such project, made no requers, are outside our service area, outside of our expertise and have charged us, fraudulently, to the tune of 100's of dollars. They charge per lead, will not reply to disputes, we have 6 pending, valued at over 300.00 alone. We demand a refund. We demand that only legitimately leads be sent. We believe that their actions are irresponsible, if not intentional fraud. We intend to recover.
Low quality leads, inadequate screening process, insufficient time to cancel before billing, abysmal customer service. We originally invested $400 for exclusive roofing leads on October 9. After a week of receiving nothing in our preferred market, we were encourage to change our location and radius. We moved it to a less desirable area and expanded our radius, and finally received a lead. Then, at exactly our month mark, on a Sunday, we received three leads, which drained our budgeted $400 and set our account to bill again the very next morning. There was no opportunity to cancel this automatic draft during business hours, as it all happened overnight on a Sunday night. Unhappy about it but willing to give it another shot, we also purchased a few extra leads. All in all, we received 5 leads, and of those only two were valid. One woman wanted a free roof, which should have been caught in the pre-screen and never sent to my dashboard. Another was not the homeowner or decision maker, which again, should have been caught in the pre-screen and never sent to my dashboard. The third never answered the phone, despite several voicemails and a text being left on the provided number. And the third was marked as a slate roof, but was actually a type of flat roof that we do not service. Again, this should've been caught in the pre-screen. I reached out to my customer service representative, but was unable to reach her. I instead had the misfortune of speaking with a rather unpleasant woman named Sallyann. She said the leads would be reviewed and my account could be closed, but I could not receive a refund, only credits to my account. After five out of five leads were poor quality, it's understandable why I no longer wanted to receive leads from Networx. She said she'd have the account reviewed by management, but that I couldn't get a refund because it was used for my "marketing." "Marketing," when it comes to Networx, is simply a landing page hosted on a website. That does not cost any company over $700, which is the amount of money I feel was basically stolen from me by this company. Sallyann called back a few times and left a voicemail, but did not leave any valuable information in the voicemail. After such a poor experience speaking with her the first time, I was not eager to speak to her again. When I spoke with her today, she simply repeated the same things from the first conversation, that I would not receive a refund, she was just now closing my account (? this should've been done weeks ago?) and that I would be getting credits in leads. I told her again this was not what I wanted, and I expected a full refund of the amount in my account. She said no, and that management already reviewed it. I explained that I wanted to personally speak to a manager, and she said she'd have someone call me and then actually hung up on me. I want the $400 refunded immediately, in addition to the $300-some-odd in account credits. Anything less is theft. I understand lead generation does not always produce, but this goes far beyond that. By far, this is the worst experience I've had with a lead generation company.
Networx started out as a nice small alternative to the big leads selling organizations
Networx started out as a nice small alternative to the big leads selling organizations. They instantly refunded bad leads and was always available. Now they have become a company that does nothing but churn through your money and send you bad leads either disconnected phone numbers or people were falsely miss lead and gave information to sell to us. We made a deposit of 1000 dollars to Networks and every time the account was active they would churn through 9 to 10 leads within a matter of a few hours. Horrible. Once you start to question them and make them validate the leads they cancel your account. I was with this company for over 5 years and all I ever wanted was respect for the money that I work hard for and give me a quality product. They owe me $1,000 and decided to take my account all the way down to $266. Once I complained they refunded the $266 and basically took the other money and the leads were horrible. I will be refunded and considering larger scale actions. Disappointed

I signed up for $19 a lead but right after they get all your information and charged you $400 the fake lead shows up for $40 per lead!
I signed up for $19 a lead but right after they get all your information and charged you $400 the fake lead shows up for $40 per lead! This is a scam! This is a scam! They use fake phone numbers! There's only one person dealing with you to get your all information confidential information! As soon as you give them your financial information they run a debit withdraw out your money goes! The biggest scam is when they give you the first lead then it shows $40 per lead instead of $19 promised initially. This is after you already paid $400 as a prepaid for leads. That $400 in now gonna disappear fast with $40/lead! So I changed my mind right there and emailed them to cancel and refund, I did not touch a single lead or activate any of their service at all! They refuse to cancel and refund my money! I have not used any of their leads not a single lead! They're bad leads! It's a real scam! I'm trying to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else! I'm trying to get my bank retrieve my money for me!

I got charged $800 in 2 days, in 1 day I received 29 bad leads
I got charged $800 in 2 days, in 1 day I received 29 bad leads. Then my account was paused for 8 days, i couldn't get a refund. Possibly close account On feb. 8th and 9th my card was charged $800. on 02/09 $400. was charged in advance. I signed up back in mid dec. 2020, most of the leads I receive are no answer (ever), disconnected phone #'s, wrong category jobs, or just estimates for insurance claims. Out of 30 leads the week of 08/21 to 02/21, 29 were bad leads. I spend an average of $1,200 to $1.600 per month. However lead quality is getting worse. I;m asking for a refund of $400, asap Networkx can do a better job than that. As soon as my card gets charges, automatically all my amount value gets used in a matter of hours, not days. That means in 2 days or 1, I run out of $$ on my account. Also the good General Contractor leads, real time leads, and good leads are sold separately after my funding runs out or even in the middle of it. I am considering closing my account for that reason if it does not get resolved.

Networx collected a $1250 deposit for leads
Networx collected a $1250 deposit for leads. I stop service do to quality leaving a balance of $1050. They are refusing to refund unused funds. I paid Networx a deposit of $1000 for $1250 worth of bathroom remodeling and window replacement leads for my home improvement company. After voicing my total dissatisfaction with the quality of leads and requesting a refund of the unused portion of the $1250. 3 diffrent times. I was told they would refund me, but ask if I would consider trying exclusive leads @ $80 each first. I agreed to try them for bathroom remodeling only. The very 1st $80 lead recieved was for dry wall repair. Not in our scope of work. I called Robert my account manager and insisted that they cancel my account and refund the unused portion of my deposit. I was told by Robert that he would try and get me a credit for the out of scope lead and that they would not charge me $1250 again but that they would not refund my deposit, but would keep giving me the same leads that has caused me to ask for the refund to start with until they used up my total $1250. I am asking to be refunded for services not yet delivered.

Networx does not adhere to the terms in their contract Networx is a hoax
Networx does not adhere to the terms in their contract Networx is a hoax. We first signed up in in summer 2019 and were initially set up to receive exclusive leads that come only to our company and had the option to receive general leads that we would decide whether to take the lead that was sent to up to 3 other companies. The general leads were first set up to be deducted from our account if we decided to buy. Then, we noticed that they started charging every single lead to our credit card without our consent. We called them and they said they just started doing that in January. Well...they are still required to get our authorization before just deduct money from our credit card. SO, we changed our account to only receive exclusive leads. Now, we received an exclusive lead and scheduled the estimate, only to go out and see another company installing the equipment. We called Networx to report the lead and get a refund, only to get an extremely rude customer service rep who denied releasing the lead to anyone other than our company and refused to give us the refund. However, we knew the company who was out there, and they confirmed getting the lead from Networx also. Networx is shady and don't stand by the terms that they promote.

A contractor referred thru this site
A contractor referred thru this site. *** XXXXXXXXXX *** Drywall & Painting, Lied about completion will not finish. I want refund - the contractor knowingly took advantage of the fact that I am an out of state customer. - He stated he had finished the job showing pics of rooms partially done. I could not tell is wasn't finished since everything was via text and pics. -when confronted about the backsplash in the kitchen he focused on the color of grout instead of the fact that he NEVER FINISHED the backsplash and it looks awful -he obviously didn't use tape as the ceiling paint has faded into the wall? -he didn't clean up (maybe because he didn't complete the job) things are laying on the floor and countertops. I had the house cleaned by a professional so I know how it looked when he went in to start the work. The house is empty as I am in the process of relocating. - I have beautiful hardwood floors that now have paint on them. -I have been trying to speak with *** but to no avail. The last text from him stated he was to busy to talk as he was on his way out to dinner. He charged $50 deposit 2 payments of 1035 ($2070) I paid in good faith via Zelle Chase so I can not cancel the payment I want a refund of $2070

We paid $70 per lead from Networx, and all of the leads we were told by the customer that they did not need service or that the job was already
We paid $70 per lead from Networx, and all of the leads we were told by the customer that they did not need service or that the job was already done. Networx Systems LLC claims that they are a lead generation company providing exclusive leads to contactors. Each of these exclusive leads, a lead goes to you and no one else, cost $70.00. The first lead we received was 37 miles away from our business, even though we had a limit of 30 miles. I called Networx and talked to customer support who told me it was map distance and not actual travel distance from out facility. I did ask for credit on this lead which was never received. I do not know the outcome or if this lead was actually looking for services as I did not call them, as they were way out of our service area. I then decreased my service area to only 20 miles, that way if there is a +10 mile "drive distance" to the service area I chose, we would be within 30 miles from our location. The next 5 leads which we received, pretty much at least one a day we called within the first 5 minutes of getting it, texted the customer and emailed. Customers that we connected with directed who Networx stated was a verified lead when we spoke to them we were told by the customer that either they did not need painting services and did not know why we were calling, or they stated the project was either already in process and done. Other customers has phone numbers who never answered the calls, texts or responded to emails. I voiced my concerns, as well as my project manager to our account manager Satori at Networx and instead of looking into the problem, she proceeded to tell us that everything we were doing was wrong. My project manager used to do sales for one of the largest painting franchises in the USA and I used to be a licensed insurance agent, we are both well versed in how when and how many times, and in what method you should contact a customer. She proceed to blame my company on how we handled leads even though we are getting leads where the customer does not want painting services, is already having the services done or have a completed job. If leads continually tell you they have no idea why you are calling them, thats a problem. This leads me to believe that Networx is buying leads from someone else and then distributing them to their customers as fresh exclusive leads. I did not stick with Networx long as we put in $500 in for our budget pretty much burned through this in a little over a week and got zero closure. We also started other campaigns at this time with other leading lead generation sites, in which were shared leads, and we received 50-65% closure on leads that we half the price of Networx. Satori said that she would close out account on 10/26, but we would still receive leads until our account budget ran out. We have not received a lead now in about 3 days so I am thinking they are just sitting on the money in the account and will not send us anymore leads as they said they would, nor will they credit back the leads that I contested or my account balance.

Networx Systems LLC is a malicious and deceptive company who is not trying to help your business at all but trap you in a membership agreement
Networx Systems LLC is a malicious and deceptive company who is not trying to help your business at all but trap you in a membership agreement. If you are looking to see if you should use Networx or not here is the right post. My partner and I signed up for Networx to expand our growing business. What we have experienced has been nothing short of a nightmare. The whole sales and customer service team are a bunch of frauds who do not care in the slightest about helping you. When we first signed up they sounded like they really cared and even said we're essential your business partner in helping you grow. Nothing but lies. Their customer service team is full of crooks and constantly defends their team saying they are always right and they won't help. Over the phone to sign up they make it sound very nice and casual to sign up but once you give the initial payment they make you sign a membership agreement stating In fine print that you cannot get a refund ever no matter what and that they have the right to give you leads based on what they think good leads are. Should be evident by now but their lead quality is a joke. You'll be lucky to make contact with the lead and once you do after calling/texting/emailing for days 99% of the time they won't actually want the work done (If you call customer service to report they'll say they said they wanted it done). If by some miracle you actually get a lead that's looking to get something done then good luck because you'll be competing with A LOT of contractors for the job. Also in the membership agreement it states "each individual data record a "Lead"". This definition in the fine print shows exactly what they consider a lead. Just someone's contact information and that's it. Once you call your leads it will seem as though you've flipped to a random page in the phone book and are asking someone if they need work done in their house. After signing up with Networx my partner and I got calls from an unknown number 5 times a day. This number would ask every time if we need work done in our house and I told them every time no I do not need work done but they continued to call day in and day out. After I while I got fed up and decided to pretend I was a client needing work done so they would stop calling. To my amazement at the end of the call when after I had pretended to need work done the operator said, "A Contractor from Networx should be contacting you shortly." This was the breaking point because after dealing with such a bad company already I had gotten insight to how they get their "leads". Personally, I told them I need work done just so they would stop calling me who wouldn't? I believe this is how they get their leads because when you call they seem like they don't even want the work done. I believe they just pressure the client into saying yes by calling hundreds of times. Another thing about Networx is they have "exclusive leads" which we were signed up for. However, every client we spoke to got our information from Porch. I went back and called anyone we could make contact with (very few) and asked how did you request work to be done? They ALL responded with I put a request out on Porch (lead service) and received your information with two other contractors. So not only are they terrible leads that are costly, but they are not even exclusive. Please to anyone that is thinking about going with Networx take your money elsewhere they are nothing but a scam and lock you into an agreement where you cannot get your money back. I hope I can at least save one of you from going through what we have.
