Snake Oil Salesman
My wife and I purchased a split Queen adjustable bed from them, we had to buy a plush matress topper to make bed more comfortable, The mattress is not the same as at the show, their customer service sucks, very rude warranty department, was sworn at by manager. Also thinking workers there at warranty department are not it a safe environment. We are now stuck with it, Salesmen was nice though, I think he doesn't know, what the company is doing to his customers or maybe he does, not sure. Wish I could give back...not HAPPY.

LIARS! Went to 3 demos and all 3 lied! Got my mattress and hardly any gel in it, mostly plain foam. No gel top either. The bed does not cool at all. Very hard to roll over. Gave me very bad back pain and shoulder pain. I gave up after 5 nights. I was told I would be sleeping great on it in no time. Now I’m told it takes 4 to 5 weeks to get used to it and it can hurt during this time!
Called Superior sleep , they had me call the warranty company, they don’t Handel any warranty claims, they have a separate company that does that. After sending pictures they determined no defects so I was lied to.
They wont giver me a refund either. I’m contacting the attorney general to report them for fraud.
The mattress is made in Mexico! It says this on the mattress tag.I thought with the high cost it was American made. Labor is very cheep in Mexico.
I was not given a weeks notice for arrival, I was given 20 minutes!

Bought the split king. I was told the mattresses would not move but they do. It came with straps to hold the legs together so the base does not move. There mattress does, big gap between the 2 in the AM.
I am very disappointed with Superior Sleep. I do not recommend them. Zero stars. I’m stuck with a mattress I can’t use and the company wont do a thing to make it right. Testing it out and sleeping on it are 2 different things. I should of known better to trust a company with no return policy . Most other company’s offer a 90 day or more return policy if your not happy.
Recommendation: Don’t buy a mattress unless it has a return period.

I bought a mattress from these folk 8 days ago at Shrimp Festival in Orange Beach Alabama.
I’m 77 years old and they told me they would deliver mattress to my garage and then leave.
After much thought on it, I decided I needed to cancel and buy from someone who would set it up and remove my old mattress .
I called them to cancel and they told me they wouldn’t!
It’s suppose to take 4 to 6 weeks to get it, so I’m not in possession of it, or even on the delivery list.
They want a 25% restocking fee to cancel.
Mattress hasn’t even been made!
Flim Flam business.
Don’t buy from them!

They're comfy, last a long time, and the best part is they don't cost an arm and a leg. The staff always goes the extra mile to help you pick the right bed. My husband and I bought an XL twin/king adjustable bed from a local store in IA. Our bed arrived in 7 days and it was packaged really well. We received one free set of sheets and purchased another, but one of the sheets had snags, so our representative is replacing them. On our old bed, I would wake up with a backache, but since the first night on our new mattress, I haven't experienced any pain. It's unusual to be so far from my husband, but we both sleep very well.

I bought a mattress from Superior Sleep Experience, LLC at a Home Show. They showcased a very comfortable mattress, but the one delivered was the opposite. It's extremely firm, unlike the display at the show. My husband and I, both with injuries, find that just two hours on this firm mattress exacerbates our pain. It seems we were misled into purchasing a different product. The salesperson claimed we could return it with a $100 fee if dissatisfied, but in reality, they don't offer refunds. Their promises appear deceptive, aimed solely at making a sale.

Don't buy this bed! I bought mine almost 3 years ago from a home show in ***. The bed delivery service won't even bring it into the garage, let alone the house. They leave it in front of the garage outside, and mind you, I'm not home, so it has to stay out there for almost 8 hours until I drag it into the garage. The bases weigh at least 200 pounds each. Okay, enough said about that. Now, six months or so go by and one of my mattresses starts to get furballs, like the polyester mattress top is falling apart like a cheap shirt. Of course, I complained. It took nearly 6 months, but they finally sent me a new mattress. This isn't enough, though. A year goes by, and the same thing is happening, but this time it's much worse. My wife tries to contact them to tell them what's going on, and also that her side of the bed is creaking terribly. This was at the beginning of Covid. She finally gets someone who tells her there's nothing they can do because of Covid, and to try again later. Months go by, and nobody answers the phone. Finally, I find my original receipt and contact the salesperson who sold me this piece of ***. Back and forth, he keeps telling me somebody will call me, but nobody calls me. Once again, finally, someone calls. Turns out he has some sort of district manager, but not for my area. He assures me that they'll stand behind this bed and *** be able to get me new mattresses once I show him the pictures of it. I send him at least a dozen pictures from different angles of the bed showing the damage all over the mattress. He tells me there should be no problem and that they'll get new beds to me very soon. In the meantime, he tells me what to spray to get the creaking to stop. I get the creaking to finally stop, and lo and behold, two months later, it's still creaking once again. I still don't have mattresses to replace the damaged ones, and he won't answer texts or his phone. I told him I'll do just this, report it to the ComplaintsBoard.com, as well as take him to small claims court for the full value of the bed. This company is terrible! Don't walk from them, run from them!
