Morgan Exteriors Set up appt for bathroom repair

Set up appt for bathroom repair. Told them on the phone I wanted just the shower fixed. Guy shows up and tries to talk me into Windows by giving me horror stories about other companies. I was immediately Turned off. He increased the volume of his voice, I asked to see examples of the vinyl he suggested instead of tile bathroom repair I asked for and he wanted to talk about the business. I asked to see the examples that he carried into my home, hitting the wall and he told me three times he had to tell me about the company vs other companies and I agreed to 90 min of his booming voice getting louder and louder, I asked a fourth time to see the examples and he said this is not going to work for us, I said fine. He picked up some of his stuff, hit my walls again on the way out, I put his remaining stuff outside my door and closed it and locked it, beware of this company. I never trust anyone that badmouthing is their priority during a sales call. My dog did not like him either, she was shaking the whole time he was in my home.

In short the installation was OK and the quality of the windows is good but customer service with the office is 0/5. The salesman stressed customer service was their top priority but Danny lied through his teeth. There was a 5 month delay in the production of the sliding glass door we ordered and not once did they call to relay updated information to me as promised. I found out because of my repeated calling them. If I didn't get someone at the time of my call then it was common place for them not to return my call. I told them to pull two permits and install when either the windows or the door is ready but they pulled only one and did it after all was complete. The lady in the office (April) always had a poor excuse as to why the problem existed. Last problem I dealt with was last Saturday the final completion was to be done. I waited the whole afternoon for their arrival and it never did that happen. Today I found out the installers don't work on Saturday's and the lady (April) whom does the scheduling didn't know that. Since I have seen her name on many complaints RE: this company she has obviously been there for some time. I she can't do her job better than that the owner Kirk M. should replace her with someone that can do the job properly. This has cost them at least on job in the future and possibly two. We had two door we were going to upgrade and the neighbor came over to see ours since they are thinking of replacing the glass in their home, Morgan exteriors will not be involved in either project. Beware customer service re: the office personal is pretty much the worst I have ever seen.

I received outstanding service from Morgan Exteriors. I needed their help to resolve a problem concerning an order placed by my close friend. Everyone I spoke to at the company was understanding, courteous and responsive. April Pham took care of the problem and assured me that everything was in order. I would certainly call on them in the future if a need for their services arose. I will also recommend them to others. I am in deep gratitude for the help that they gave me and my friend. .

Exteriors promises everything during the sales meeting. However, after the sale is made, there is no action. I paid 3329.00 which is 30% of the amount due for my windows in November. Shortly thereafter, I received an email that said my windows would be at the factory on July 1, 2022. This was far from the initial estimate for installation.

I complained but I really had no recourse since they had my money. I contacted them monthly to ask if there was any adjustment to the installation date. They kept telling me that on July 1, 2022 I would be contacted for installation scheduling. Well they sent me an email on June 21, 2022 saying that I needed to send the money for the permit. I was charged 216.63 for the permit thinking that I would at last get windows.

Now July 1, 2022 came and went and nothing happened. Today is July 12, 2022 and I just called to ask when my windows would be installed. Now they are saying that it will be five to six weeks. This is totally unacceptable. They have had my CASH since November . I still have leaking windows, and I can't get a date for any windows.

I think I am the victim of a scam operation. At this point, I want my money back. I have no confidence that they will ever produce any windows.

In despite of a nice presentation and promises to give you all you want, which is a lie, this company is not reliable, and the quality is way below the commercial standards in construction. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!
My house has 34 windows, and I want to replace all windows, the agreement was to replace the back Windows, then Sides and finally Front windows. My original contract was signed on May , and my windows are not done as of 07/21/2022. But it is not the delay that is the worst part, we can deal with that, the QUALITY of the work is horrible, the windows are nice and work well, but, how would you like a gap of 1 inch which the caulk could not cover, how would like a caulk that is not even white, how would you like over an inch of this yellow cheap caulk 1.5 inches on your wall and 1.5 inches on the windows frame. I am positive you would not be happy. But, when *** Company wants to receive their money, they threaten you with a lawsuit, because they are a $ 75,000,000.00 company and they can afford a lawyer.
All the times I asked to fix something before I issued a payment, it took WEEKS to get resolved, and once they send someone, it was an illegal immigrant that did not even know how to hold a caulk gum.
Well, I have recordings and pictures from what I am expressing. Kirk M. should have a close eye in their offices because the office in Jacksonville is in complete disarray, managed by Will, which is just talk and no action.
I just want to get my problems resolved and unfortunately, I feel impotent to do that!

Select another company if you want to replace your windows.

After obtaining several quotes for new gutters for our home we selected Morgan Exteriors, Inc. and could not have made a better choice. To a person, everyone we talked with or met from this company was great. We received a good quote (not the lowest price). The sales representative was very good and even told us that he wanted one of their other experts to look at the job as he had doubts that the 6" gutters could handle the heavy flow of water of our large, fairly steep, steel roof. A day or so later that man checked our site and said he would definitely recommend 7" gutters and larger downspouts. From the very first call to Morgan Exteriors until the job was completed everyone was super polite, friendly and seemed to take a serious interest in our project. All work was performed on time exactly as agreed upon and in safe as well as spotless manner. The job site when the job was finished looked exactly as it had before it was started. I would recommend Morgan Exteriors to anyone needing their services. They are a quality company with a very highly qualified staff.

Morgan Exteriors There is not enough space to explain our horrible experience with Morgan Exteriors from Fort Myers!

There is not enough space to explain our horrible experience with Morgan Exteriors from Fort Myers! The windows were Simonton. One of the windows had a cloudy weird defect the size of a quarter inside the glass but they installed it anyway and told us they would fix it. That was five months ago! Another window with a round half circle on top had a decorative piece that fell into the window. This window now does not match any other windows in our condo or any in our complex. This is now in violation of our condo association. When I asked when these would be fixed, I was told they "forgot" to reorder the replacements. They FAILED inspection twice! Both times for leaving out screws that anchored the windows! The work crew ripped the screen on our lanai bringing in the long pieces of trim and didn't even bother to tell us! They just left and hoped we wouldn't notice a three inch tear in our lanai? This nightmare is ongoing and we hope no one else has to go through this. FYI, our patio doors are beautiful and well made, very sturdy and look great. They are from Eastern. We recommend Eastern patio doors but not Morgan Exterior to install them!

Morgan Exteriors, Inc. was great! Moses, one of their sales team members walked my wife and I through every step of the process. He made everything clear and coherent and answered any questions for us that we had. We are excited to start our home improvement project with them. He even went out of his way to work on getting us the best possible financing at the lowest rate. We. Couldn't be happier with Morgan Exteriors, Inc.

Morgan Exteriors I want to let potential customers of Morgan Exteriors know that if they are wanting reasonable customer service, this is the wrong company

I want to let potential customers of Morgan Exteriors know that if they are wanting reasonable customer service, this is the wrong company. I met with a sales Rep. on December 3, windows ordered in mid January and had my windows installed on September 4. During that time the only communications I received after the initial approval process, was because I initiated the calls. Six of my eight windows when installed did not function so parts had to be ordered. On four occasions a team was scheduled to come and fix the issue and on each date I had to call and cancel the appointment because the team was at times more than two hours late. I finally had the windows fixed on October 18.
My issue with Morgan is they lack business educate in communicating with their customers or regarding their customers personal schedules. I never received a call when the team was running late to tell me. I had to call each time only to be told they were running late. I felt as though my concerns regarding my window order had no importance, the sale was done, contract signed so you are on your own. There were many other issues but this is my main complaint.

OUR HOME HAS BEEN TRANSFORMED...NO! IT REALLY HAS BEEN! I AM NOT SURE WHAT I EXPECTED BUT EVERYTHING IS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! THE GUYS THAT WORKED ON OUR HOME, WORKED WELL TOGETHER. WE HEARD NO COMPLAINING FROM THEM AT ALL. PUTTING UP THE SIDING, FRAMING THE WINDOWS AND DOORS, THE CAULK JOB, ESP HOW THEY DIDNT PIECE THE WORK AROUND THE PIPES, THEY MADE IT ALL FLOW. THEY EVEN SUPPLIED EXTRAS, WHICH IS IMPORTANT WITH TODAYS ECONOMY! MY NEIGHBORS, HOA AND OWNERS ALL ARE STOPPING AND LETTING US KNOW THEY ARE IMPRESSED. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT! THANK YOU ALSO TO EVERYONE I TALKED TO FROM TIME TO TIME ON THE PHONE, FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE...GREAT JOB.

Morgan Exteriors. Inc The salesman that came out took alot of time with us. He had many specials if we ordered same day. Also called his general manager to ask about a bay window being put in. Came back and said they could do it, usually charged extra but if we did it today they would throw it in for free. We were told 12 months 0% financing. Just a soft hit on credit. So...after this we thought yes let's do it. 1.Less than an hour later we get a notice that had a hard hit on credit. Surprise finance company from Morgan Exteriors. Called salesman and he says he was told it was only a soft hit. 2.Then we get email from finance company to sign contract. We did not sign it, yet we got copy of contract with e signature from finance company. Finance company says they didn't do it and had to come from us or someone at Morgan Exteriors. 3.Had someone come do final measurement on Windows and after he was done had someone call thanking for business and there would be someone in near future coming out for final measurement. 4. Today, now this is all in less than a week later we had a call from another employee saying they couldn't put in bay window they don't do that. Now the salesman talked to the GM the day he was here and he said they did. When asked why GM didn't call directly the excuse was he had something else happening. Each of these times we were offered to cancel. So we did cancel today but unfortunately still have hit on credit and complete disappointment with a company

Curtis visited us for initial sales call and was very professional, personable and thorough. We are quite impressed with this company so far. Family owned, U.S. made windows and owner being veteran were large in making our decision but, of course, the superior quality demonstrated was considered as well. Can't wait to see our new windows and door!

Had an appointment with Shane today. He explained the difference between the different window options. Incredibly straightforward with pricing, very knowledgeable courteous and respectful of our home and homeowner goals. Knowledgeable of permitting, financing and project options that set our mind at ease. No question went unanswered. Appropriate use and consideration of our time and busy schedules. Very much engaged us and what we want out of the project and budget.

Morgan Exteriors I wanted my fascia and soffits replaced on my house

I wanted my fascia and soffits replaced on my house. I called Morgan Exteriors and they scheduled an estimator out in early April this year. We decided to choose Morgan Exteriors to complete the job. At that meeting we asked about the time frame when we could expect start and completion of the project. We were told that the project would be completed "in eight to ten weeks". I have had several updates as to when we can expect the project to be completed. It is now July 23rd and I just received a call from Morgan Exteriors and we were informed that the project should be completed in "9 to 11 weeks". We did put a deposit of about $1300 at the signing of the contract. They informed me that "do to weather issues, there has been a delay". One of the reasons that we contracted them in early April was because hurricane season started in June and we were told by Morgan Exterior that the job would be completed in "8 to 10 weeks". So far we have been less than impressed by this company. I can't say anything about the workmanship and quality of their work because they haven't done ANYTHING except lip service. I would think long and hard about hiring this company again.

Short & simple- my parents received the incorrect product and was given the run around by the office staff and were told they would need to pay more money to have the correct items installed. I left a review on Google which is completely based on our experience. The Morgan Exteriors company retaliated in a very unprofessional manner and also revealing my parents names for all the world to see. I called the office (the Tampa location) and spoke with Susan who was completely unhelpful and told me they would be happy to remove their names IF I would edit my review. I am simply trying to protect the identity of my parents (as if you have all 3 of our names and location, it is quite easy to find out more of our information online.) I asked to speak with someone in a higher position, and was advised there was no one higher. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told that wouldn't be happening. (mind you, my phone call was clearly on speaker and I was not advised it would be- as per the law). Susan did say she would put in the request to have their names removed but "they would be very happy to remove their names on the basis I edit my review". I told Susan I would expect their names to be removed by the end of business day today. She laughed. Customer Service is clearly not important to them. Very unhappy.

Morgan Exteriors I felt disappointed with my experience with Morgan Exteriors

I felt disappointed with my experience with Morgan Exteriors. I paid roughly 34000 for new siding. After the job was done I paid my remaining balance about one month ago. Several days later I noticed my porch roof was leaking and also a small detail of painting (unsightly flashing under the gables) needed to be addressed. So I started calling. The rest of the story gets tedious and ridiculous so I'll try to be brief. I called and called...for a month. They did wind up painting the stupid flashing today one month after asked. It took the guy five minutes. But there was still the leaking porch. Today I finally had words with a manager person who told me my porch roof had nothing to do with his siding job (The porch roof intersects with the two story wall so it just had to be sealed in properly and that's that, it's not even arguable). It's frightening to be a single female spending money out of my retirement but then feeling like I was getting the run around about something I don't know how to do myself and then finally get told it wasn't his problem. I Ultimately I lost faith that they wanted to resolve the problem with me and called a third party to resolve the problem today. The third party was able to come to my home the same day, saw the problem immediately and I paid him $250 to finish the job today (done). It is an old home and some flashing was needed in addition to the sealant in several places. The siding looks good and I had hoped to give Morgan a recommendation and also to get a quote on something else. Instead I am in a snit over how I was spoken to condescendingly by the manager and the fact that I had to call a third party out to finish the job at my expense because once they got the final payment the remaining issues just didn't merit any prompt attention. It was clear that I didn't matter to them anymore. It was tiny stuff to them but it was important to me; A leaking porch roof seem and unsightly flashing under the gables! How long was I supposed to wait for the job to be completely done? They ruined a good reference over a $250 issue on a $34000 job. Especially women should avoid this company unless they are construction experts. I'll eat the cost but I want the word out.

Morgan Exteriors This is a long read and I'm not really one to write reviews on things but I can't stop thinking about this and wanna just share my experience

This is a long read and I'm not really one to write reviews on things but I can't stop thinking about this and wanna just share my experience with Morgan exteriors. We contacted a few companies to discuss replacing our bathtub with a walk in shower and the entire consultation with the sales rep was very off putting. I was trying to have my bathtub converted to a walk in shower. I don't need anything fancy, just walls and a door that I can bathe in. First he brought out a binder to go over the companies reputation and how many good reviews they have and how they're an accredited business with trained professionals. Fine, Makes sense. During this presentation, halfway through the binder he starts discussing the "dangers of going through other contractors" and flipped to the next page showing a news article and 17 mugshots of other contractors that were arrested in pinellas county. After a long Spiel about how great they are and all their positive reviews, he starts going into pricing and trying to push products that I don't really want and whenever I say no thank you, he insists I "ask my husband" when Josh already told him that it was whatever I wanted, I was the one who was arranging the entire meeting anyways as he was working in the other room. After the basics were picked out he quoted me a little over $10,000 but said we could lower that rate by leaving 2 good reviews and having a sign in the yard and pose with it for their website. Toward the end of the consultation, I told him we were still shopping around and I would contact him back if we decided to move forward with them but he kept insisting I fill out the financing application for the work. I told him I was not comfortable filling out any financing documents until we were signing a contract for the work and he kept pushing and saying "you can cancel it within 10 days so I have something to bring back to my office". I said no again and he said "can you ask your husband" again. At this point I have completely checked out and told him no which put him into a "mood" just make sure to read reviews of people who have actually gotten the work done because 99% of their good reviews are just talking about their sales representative in lieu of a discount and not the actual quality of work.

DOOR WAS INCORRECT and the KEY FAB (extra cost) WAS NOT IN THE ORDER. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 6 mo since the contract and 2 MONTHS SINCE THE START OF THE PROJECT & IT IS STILL INCOMPLETE (APRIL 15TH). OH! AND THE FINANCE HAS ALREADY KICKED IN (MARCH) FOR THE 6 MO. NO INTEREST (one month down) I was told to post a compliment in October in order to get a better deal. So I did as we anxiously awaited for the very high budgeted project to begin in February (5 windows 1 door 1 french door), I mean it comes with a satisfaction guarantee and warranty - right! How bad can it be? Facts: JOB INCOMPLETE! Job started March 1st after much "on top" actions from my husband and I. Installers were cool! Certainly was not their fault the DOOR WAS INCORRECT and the KEY FAB (extra cost) WAS NOT IN THE ORDER. The customer service with Managing Partner started off well and quickly went downhill when we had hoped for questions to be answered and the timeline to be reasonably discussed with a level of accountability. Instead, we were told it was the salesperson who wrote wrong numbers and his pay would be altered as if they were doing us a favor in working with me about the inaccurate doors and missing features. Thank goodness I took the catalog and pointed at each item we were ordering while my husband took a pic upon the quote/sales day with Kyle! Needless to say, it took 3 weeks to get the Key Fab (Late March) so I had to give the dog walker our house key (seems safe) vs. having the pre-ordered fab installed during installation day so she could have her own code. AND NOW TODAY, I sit early this morning in a panic wondering if the accurate doors will be delivered, have they even ordered (I was told so but have not heard once from Morgan since March 17th). More importantly, when will I have my house complete? Will the right french doors be installed soon? You should see these emails going back and forth with managing partner snarky and passive-aggressive. I have had to stay on top of this like a Part-time job, me probing Morgan Exteriors, me alerting the finance company the job is not yet complete, me reaching out and staying on top of the project). I will certainly keep you posted tomorrow. Pray my email this early morning to them will get promising answers. If you want to have a seamless purchase, easy communication, accurate ordering & SATISFACTION WITH YOUR CHOICE...I CANNOT RECOMMEND MORGAN EXTERIORS. THOSE ARE THE FACTS!

Morgan Exteriors, Inc., Hurricane Rated Picture Window Installation/Phase I Today was our big day in that our unrated (because of the year of manufacture) electrically controlled hurricane shutters which covered our big front window and the big front window, along with the dilapidated window sill were to be removed and the custom made/measured hurricane three section picture window to be installed along with a new window sill. Mr. Tom Sanders/Lead Technician and Mr. Michael Williams/Technician were the installation team from Morgan Exteriors who showed up to work at the time promised. While it took me a few minutes to get them to address me by my first name Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams expertise was evident from the very beginning of their work. I knew this because Mr. Sanders first walked me through what was going to take place as per the agreed upon work order along with telling me that this work would be a two-step process. Phase I being done today (removal of the electronic hurricane shutters, the dilapidated windowsill, and the existing windows). Phase II will be accomplished next week which includes putting stucco on the window sill, replace the marble sill inside, fix the dry wall on the inside (very limited damage done during the removal process), and installation of the soffit area where the hurricane shutters were stored. Not only were Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams the consummate professionals they were friendly and very informative. Mr. Sanders took the time to show me and explain what had taken place with our existing window sill and how close we came to possibly having a real problem on our hands as well as reassuring us that the installation was not affected negatively in any manner. Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams worked well as a Team, the sounded like a Team (instead of Lead -to- Technician) in their verbal communications, stayed on task the entire time, and then cleaned up their work area so well that my wife commented on how clean they left the area inside and outside. Before leaving for the day, Mr. Sanders explained his write-up so as to ensure that Phase II will be done without any issues, gave us a copy of his write-up, explained the lifetime warranty, and then gave us an overview on the operations of the new picture window, what to watch out for in manipulating the outer windows that open and how to maintain the sliding section of the windows. Pictures were taken but the boss of the house said that we will attach Phase I and Phase II pictures upon completion of the project. Highly recommend Morgan Exteriors for any window replacement you may be thinking of.

Morgan Exteriors I met with the Representative on July 10

I met with the Representative on July 10. I signed the contract and gave half the money upfront which was $4,312. My windows were measured on July 14 and the order was Placed on July 15. I have updates from Sarah F. Purchasing Assistant. I was originally told that my windows would be installed in 3 to 4 months. Now I'm being told windows should be received by Morgan Nov 18. After that I will receive a phone call to set up installation. She also sent me a copy of a letter dated July 6 from the manufacturer stating the delivery date is estimated and could be even longer. I want to cancel. I then got an email from Susan M. stating there is now an additional 10 to 12 weeks wait for delivery and installation. There is a form they now have customers sign to agree to those terms. I feel it was an intentional misrepresentation of the timeline. They knew there would be a substantial delay on July 6, four days before I met with Kyle, their rep and I was not aware of a delay

contract signed 11/23 for $13253.55. Work started March 25 and the last day they sent someone out was March 21, 2022. Besides the job being a horrible experience I am still left with a door that is not installed properly and definetly does not look new. Problems with striker, weather stripping torn corners not matching up around window in door. Was promised in a email from their liason Susan M. that they were getting new door. There also was an issue about my door that was replaced was taken by their employees and was suppose to be brought back. After some issues on that I was suppose to get a replacement door and hardware to replace the one that was taken. Now Aaron, installation supervisor, says they are doing nothing. DO NOT KNOW WHY. There were many things that went wrong with this job as you can see by the length of time it took to complete. At this time I would be satisfied if we could rectify these 2 issues.

Synopsis: continual delays and they said they'd reach out to reschedule, I've heard nothing. Soon after I gave them the down-payment the delays started and the date kept pushing, of course they blamed it all on Covid. When they FINALLY set an installment date, they rescheduled for a few weeks later, then the MORNING of the new date they called and said they didn't finish their install the day before so they needed to push it another day. That next morning, another call, now their installer's kid had Covid. I called and complained about the endless reschedules, the first person cried covid. I was transferred to the office manager who was condescending and ignorant of my situation. She claimed they can't help covid and asked me if I watched the news. I said covid had nothing to do with the initial two reschedules and asked what my options were. She wouldn't answer the question, gave me the run around and finally said they'd send me an email to reschedule. That was 6 days ago...

We signed a contract with Morgan Exteriors Inc 10 there was a big delay in installation but we waited. Now we are in 2022 and our screen for back sliding doors are still not installed. They keep sending out workers after measuring and cutting and they dont fit. We also have pieces of trim laying all over they claim yhe inspectors put on but the inspectors to us no its window companies job. We have paid in full and keep getting run around and need help. The manager Susan M. is often rude and condescending and the owner well he is not stepping up. Please let us know if you can help us resolve this do we no longer have to deal with this company. We have emails regarding our dealings with Morgan Exterior trying to resolve.

I made a deal with Morgan Exteriors, Inc on the 13th of September . Prior to my meeting with their salesperson Steve I have had no other experience in shopping for gutters or anything similar. After the initial measuring (which I was not initially present for) Steve sat me and my wife down for negations. From the start they set their original price to a ridiculously high number and brought it down by a bunch of random discounts. He was also very rushed in the beginning making it sound as if I had to make a deal that very second or else I would lose out on an amazing deal. I felt pressured and wrongfully manipulated into accepting his offer despite me stating that I wanted to shop around for other deals. However, my salesman would not take no for an answer and continued pressuring me and my wife to take the deal right then and there. Because I'm a novice in this field I accepted the offer that turned out to be twice as high as competitors. I feel as like I was taken advantage of.

We ordered windows for our home here in Florida. We waited almost 6 plus months. We received the windows. And doors. The front glass door came with a crack. They have come here with 3 different doors that does not match the other door. We called and got a lot of lip talk. We found out Morgan had not paid the company making the iched doors. We were told again and is still waiting. We have a crack in the frame in a regular size window. Still a lot of lip talk. Our mistake my husband paid in full. I want this taken care of. The manager came one Saturday to clean the windows but he was hung over and did not finish. The windows were ordered in December

I purchased windows and doors to be installed from this company and received a unprofessional and unfinished product. It looks months for the windows and doors to finally arrive and they were installed by subcontractors not employees of the company. The work is subpar. I have pictures to prove that the install is not professional looking at all. They sent a team to repair the issue but the front door to my home still is unfinished. The screws still show around the door and the door looks used. I asked to have the door reframed and so far no one has contacted me to have the door fixed. I would like the door frame replaced. If they cannot fix the issue they created them I expect a refund so that I can have the front door fixed properly.

Morgan exteriors did a paint job using a special Allweather coating process. It has not performed in accordance to their promise and they are refusing to cover repair. I have a documentation stating that they (Morgan exteriors) will replace if it does not perform as promised in the first 10 years. They are saying it is the paint manufacturers issue. According to the manufacturer it looks as though Morgan exterior did not hire painters with the correct certification to apply the product making it an application issue. Morgan exteriors no longer uses this product and therefore won't honor their warranty. I would run if you are thinking of this company. My fight isn't over.

We agreed to a bathroom construction project and signed the contract on 3/17 with a deposit of $2500 cash with Morgan Exteriors/Bath Planet. We got the HOA approval necessary for the company to order the materials on 3/31. The contractor stated they would install 8-14 weeks after approval, and they would get the necessary permits. With this, we scheduled with the contractor for June 28th, Monday 9am start time. On the day of, 8.45am, contractor called us to say that they forgot to pull one of the two necessary permits, and that they cannot start. They asked us to schedule with less than 5 business days' notice, which is challenging due to our work. Due to the construction, both residents had to schedule time off of the government-paid workplace, and lost productivity. Due to these conflicts not covered by the contract, we tried to come to an agreement for our loss time, but the they were unwilling to cooperate, saying that they are remedying by filing the permit they should've.

Morgan Exteriors came out on dec. 2020 to install new windows and storm panels . after they were done . one window frame was damage , missing one screen , storm panel bolts to short and missing some storm panels the tech call the office and I call the office . A month or two the head contractor came out . look at the damage that was done by installing bolts . look at the damage window the hole in the wall . he said I take care of it. one , two months later . one tech came out install screen wrong window , no bolts . Second tech new window no bolts . months later a third tech with the wrong bolts . months later a fourth tech and install the wrong bolts and I am still missing panels . there is 90 day money back GUARANTEE is a joke. I was told by the head lady at Morgan there are so many loop hole in your contract you will NOT get any money back It's now October and job is not done .. I need my refund so I can get someone else to repair/replace the damage that was done .

I purchased what are supposed to be lifetime warranty, high impact rated windows from Morgan Exteriors for my home which is in a flood zone, high wind and hurricane prone location. As you can see in the pictures, the window was broken by what looks like a foreign object. This happened on on 10/7 @ 9:38 PM. My guess is either a rock meteor or a ricochet rock from a passing car. The windows are supposed to be impact proof. I've been attempting to reach the service department at Morgan Exteriors but no response. I left many messages and completed various online service requests forms. No response to date. To my surprise, I contacted their sales department who responded within minutes. Go figure! I want the one window repaired or replaced and I also want all my other windows impact tested by an independent company to assure I got what I paid for. It will be detrimental me and my family's safety and in violation of building code if the windows are not actually high impact rated.

I cannot get out of this contract even though I was pressured into making my decision on the spot that day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After meeting with a sales rep and explaining to them that I wanted to get other quotes I was pretty much forced into signing up with them in order to get a "discount". I had Another company come out that did not pressure me into signing and were $1000's less for a better product! After calling the office and letting them know I wanted to get more information and look at other products I was threatened by them stating " you already signed a contract and gave us a deposit you cannot back out". I told them I did not want someone to come out and measure until I got more estimates yet they still sent someone out even though I said not to so that they could lock in the contract. Its not a good feeling at all to feel pressured into buying something you don't want especially when they started at $24,000 then came down to $14,900 in "magical discounts". Not to mention NOWHERE in the contract or the website does it state what product they are using! BUYERS BEWARE and don't share the same headache I am going through.

Morgan install windows . The windows didn't pass the inspection. A window has to be reinstall. it will be 1/2. Fist payment after insp. passed Morgan Exteriors in stalled window and my home on 9/23 Job number XXXXXX . English is not my mother language. I signed that my first payment will be 30 days after the installment. I took a loan: number is XXXXXXX done by Finance Company LLC. The representative that handling my complaint is Nadja Paprosky her direct phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. The finance company paid Morgan without asking me directly if I am happy with the job. The widows didn't pass the inspection 10/16 and one of the window has to be reinstalled and the other ones have black holes in them, these are white windows and it is very ugly . I was told that the new window will show up only 1/2. The finance company has already payed Morgan. My first payment is due 11/2. I asked Morgan and my finance company that my first payment will be paid only after the inspection passed. They refused to approve it and told me that I must pay it on time. Job has been going on since March17th 2020 still dont have correct window and trim work not finish on another window. Job started March 17th all windows in house getting replaced 13 windows and 2 sliding doors. Oval window was not in at that time. Job was going fine until they got to big window in rec room all windows have prairie grids in them big window had two grids going thru middle of window so window was divide in thirds installer telling me it was all going to line up when it was put in place there was no way that was happening. So they had to go remake window came again April to correct, looked at window on truck and new it was not right so didnt let them change. Went back and forth with what was suppose to be I agreed to pay an extra 500.00 to get what I thought I was getting in the beginning . We go away for summer so in August we were.back and they came to install Oval window and replace big window with right one . Oval window had no finish trim with waited 2 months for someone to come see problem with that and get trim ordered still waiting to be finished as of today January 12th. Big window was installed and grids dont match up with grids in smaller windows and there is grids going thru middle of small windows that dont match all other windows in house. So as of today January 12th I`m still waiting for this to be resolved . I feel I have given them sufficient time to resolve this problem.

Dear complaintsboard.com, I am submitting this complaint regarding Morgan Exteriors, Inc. I ordered a replacement of my sliding door with French Doors. The order included removal of the existing doors, the new doors, and the installation of the new doors. The new French Doors were to include privacy glass and 2 screen doors. The final installed product does not include either the privacy glass or the screen doors. The salesperson took measurements (which are documented on the sales agreement), these are the correct measurements for the door opening. However, Morgan Exteriors could not provide doors for these dimensions. I was required to sign an agreement for an additional charge to add side lights to the order. I believe this may be a bait and switch tactic. Because Morgan Exteriors originally sold me one size door and then came back later with another size door and side lights for an increased price. Morgan Exteriors has offered to credit my account for $250. However, I do not believe this is sufficient to cover the difference in value for the missing privacy glass and missing screen doors. Original sales agreement price: $4014 Down payment: $2007 Change of Contact Adjusted price with sidelights: $6,800 Final Invoice: $6,886 with $4629 still outstanding. Note: please see attached documents for a copy of the original sales agreement, a copy of the change in contract agreement (completed through text message), final invoice, and a detailed timeline of my interactions with Morgan Exteriors, Inc.

Josh D., sales manager, assigned to assist expediting completion of job 11/17 - Posts wrapped, worker stated he was not the painter and that he would tell Aaron that is all that is pending 11/19 - Bill adjusted by $700 ($50/week as per agreement) by Josh D. 12/2 - Called and spoke to Josh D. stated no visit needed by him, just need to set up painting and caulking to finish job - paid remaining balance as discussed with Josh who will have Aaron set up painter. Following week 12/3 - Spoke to Aaron who advised painter would call to make appointment 12/10 - Message left with Aaron and no call back to date, now delayed 20 weeks / additional 6 weeks.

We purchased late Jan Feb 22 exterior door and wanted them to put antique brass not hard to do like I told them ordered antique brass again ANTIQUE BRASS we got silver hardware. It was their mistake. They came out second time and brought BRONZE last time I looked bronze wasn't antique brass. The young ladies told me we signed off on it for bronze went back to phone and no we didn't sign off on bronze. She continue to say customer is wrong. Even when the guy who came out and put the doors on put on paper to let the no that they got wrong hardware. Now the salesman told us to go to Lowes and buy hardware. Fast talking man we had a hard time when he was at our home to shut up. We cared less if his sister is the richest women and knows trump. He didn't impress us. It's sad that this company can't get something so small right. They said they have been trying to reach dav on phone they lied last time we got message is in April saying they have bronze . We didn't answer. We are tired of this company all they have to do is put the right hard ware on the door. I even sent them messages that hardware is to be antique brass and we will pay them. We would. !ike to be done with this company now I no why they have a 3.7 on how the company rates. I wish i would have done more checking I would have never used this company. I have read complaints and I see where the Morgan crimp comes and blames the customer. I'm sure they won't except that the screwed up. Thank god they don't work in medical if I treated my patients like the they treat their customers I would have been dismissed. If you are thinking of using this company read complaints and also Morgan come back to customers.

I contracted with Morgan exterior to replace all the windows in my condominium In May 5 I received a letter thanking me for my contractOn May 6 I received an email from Morgan exteriors assigning me a project manager that would be with me throughout the project. On May 7 Morgan exterior submitted a request for architectural approval to my homeowners association. And the replacement windows were approved by the homeowners association on July 21 on December 24th I received a welcome letter from Morgan exteriors letting me know what financial company will be helping with my payments which will begin on 7/23/22 on 29, Dec 2021 I paid the inspection fee for $235 To date the job has not completely been finished they installed trim which is around the sliding glass doors which is not completed properly and is falling off we have one sliding door screen installed without a latch for the screen the other sliding doors in my house does not have a screen and windows in my bedroom I have two sliding windows which have no screens and an inspection has not been done yet I have been more than patient and called them every other week for months now and they keep telling me they were going to fix it and send somebody out and that never happens I even have an email telling me what we had discussed over the phone that needs to be fixed that conversation was with the manager and every time I have a conversation they say they are going to do something about it and they never do. This is 22 May 2022 and the project is still not finished please help me get this project finished to my satisfaction I have already started to pay the loan off and it seems like because they already have the money and I'm paying the loan off they don't have a responsibility to finish the project

Morgan Exteriors A contract was signed for windows, suffit, doors

A contract was signed for windows, suffit, doors. suffit took 2 companies to complete..half the job was done and the rest left undone for weeks. A garbage disposal was left on my lawn for weeks. Then another company came and finish the suffit. The windows were done and a kitchen window was left out. screens were missing, The doors were replaced with wrong hardware and wrong color glass. The side door was replace and is leaking. The french door panels were replace because they were suppose to be special glass the stop the sun from coming in and heating up the house per the rep. he had one of those measuring thing that measure the heat scope of the windows and doors per him. so, I had a death in the family and the company claim they could not reach me. My mother was sick and i was in NYC ...company claim this is the time they need to find me and i was not around. I had a technican came out three time on the door, he adjusted the lock because the door don't open. He came out again and looked over the door and i told him i want the door replace. I wait for calls from them, they told me a manufacture warranty person will be out to see the door. manufacture person came said he will sent a new door. But all they do is change the glass and sent a new door. The manufacture said the frame need to be redone also. The frame was no done right. A guy came in my house yesterday to replace the door. He could not open the door, he looked at the door and said if he replaced it. It will be the same problem because the frame needs to replace. The guy looked at the door and came in my home to measure the window. He went upstairs and said he will order a lock for the window next time he comes to the house. Now the company sent me an email telling me i refused the tech to come in my house yesterday. Susan M. office mgr, XXXXX *** XXXXX. has accused me of refusing the tech to come in my home yesterday, my daughter was a witness of the guy in my home.

Morgan Exteriors I have a problem with the window install, the sales person did not educate on the different windows styles, I had two different types of windows

I have a problem with the window install, the sales person did not educate on the different windows styles, I had two different types of windows installed in the front of my home, i called and asked what can be done to correct this problem, Susan the Office Manager and personal respective of the owners informed me it was not there problem they do not make mistakes, the only resolution is to buy a new window. I informed Susan I was not informed or educated by her sales team of the two different types of windows, when you hire a company that has this many years of experience would let this occur but they did. Susan informed me that it too bad its the consumers fault not there's because they do not make mistakes the consumer does, and informed to have a great day, this is unacceptable i am the customer and this should be handled or worked out, and for there Customer Services Susan should take some Customer Service courses, because she needs help or a new position away from the public. I hope the owner see's this but im sure they wont, the last thing I can say is CONSUMER BEWARE, TOXIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Susan M. Wed, Jul 21 at 10:26 AM I am happy to help sort this out for you. First I am not clear on what you mean by "please adjust you contract for the window that has to be reordered, and cancel that order". Are you talking about the window I quoted or the window that was cracked and not installed yet, and has to be reordered? The window I quoted has not been ordered. It was quoted for you only. The window that was cracked, the glass for it has been reordered and we will have an ETA on the replacement glass soon. This one cannot be canceled as it is part of our contractual obligation. There will be no adjustment for that. Frankly, I find it hard to believe that you did not know the difference between a side slider window and a double hung window, which slides up and down. Susan. I glad to see you are on the defense for your team, but do you think if your sales team would have informed me properly and educated the consumer, instead of trying to high pressure sales the day of

Morgan Exteriors offers a Best Price Guarantee but does not stand by the guarantee and attempts to deceive customers who request a refund. I have all details attached, but here is another summary of events. ME = Morgan Exteriors and HD = Home Depot 7/21 - Signed contract with sales rep (Jay), originally was going to pay with 12 month 0% financing. The sales rep signed this "Price Match Guarantee" and pointed out that it was short and sweet for a reason - there was no other fine print and that you can trust the company to give you a check if you find a better price in 1 year. 7/30 - negotiated a 3% discount to pay via credit card. Paid $5,933.00 deposit on Amex credit card. 8/13 - paid $153.50 for permit fee to ME via Amex CC. 8/31 - install started. 9/4 - install mostly completed with some issues that were being worked. Paid in full $11,867 via Amex CC. 9/4 - 1/4 - several service calls and issues that still weren't resolved. but decided to go ahead with the Price Match Guarantee 1/4 - Started the request via email with the accounting department. See the "Running Notes of interaction.pdf" for the updates from here. To summarize that document and the other files: I was working with Home Depot on a new front door, and decided to request a quote for the windows and doors I purchased from ME, asking them to ensure they had all the same 140mph wind and energy ratings. I provided the manufacturer for them to find identical windows. The total cost from Home Depot shows $12,138.06 including a permit fee of $208.01. To help ensure these are accurate comparisons to the quote provided by Morgan Exterior we'd remove the permit fee for a total of $11,930.05. Our original contract with Morgan Exteriors is attached, the total was $18,350 plus permit fees. We were going to finance the amount but called and received a 3% discount to pay with our credit card for a total of $17,800. If I take the $17,800 paid and subtract the Home Depot quote minus permits the total difference would be $5,870. When I called and spoke to Michelle to start this process she told me on the phone "Oh Home Depot? The sell poor quality items so it probably won't be a match, but send it over and we'll take a look." I followed up one week later as I hadn't heard anything. I eventually spoke to Rob Causer, who my understanding is the manager for the Orlando area. Rob explained the HD quote was not a match because the items are poor quality and Home Depot does not offer a life time warranty and has poor service. I explained to Rob that I worked with HD to ensure the items were exact items so the quote should be identical / comparable items as their price match states. I also stated that the Lifetime Warranty is a manufacturer warranty and would be the same. And that HD is a legitimate and reputable home improvement company that the guarantee states as a requirement. He then admitted that he didn't even read the quote because it wouldn't open on his computer, he just denied it immediately. He was going to read the quote and get back to me. After some time passed Ben Love the Managing Director emailed me on 1/21 stating the items are in fact not identical or comparable. He stated a few issues but the most concerning was "The HD frames are completely hollow, the frames made for Morgan are reinforced." - this did not sound correct so I called Simonton (the manufacturer) and confirmed this not true at all, the items are identical, and the sales rep had never heard of hollow frames. This was a LIE. I emailed Ben and told him that I confirmed with the manufacturer these were identical windows. On 2/9 Ben stated in an email "Ok, I'm glad to hear the quality of window is identical, that clears up that portion of things." But they still fought and I eventually spoke to the owner. On 2/15 they offered to send me $1,000 for the confusion but that was $4,870 short. I followed up with Kirk M. the owner requesting more and have not heard anything else. And no check was received even for the smaller amount.
