White Castle - I would like to be refunded or a credit coupon.

I asked the employee at the drive thru window about the 20 pack crave case. He said it comes with 4 small fries. When I got to the window the he charged me for the 4 small fries at $2.49 each. I asked him why I was charged for the fires when you said they were included. He did not know only that he said you'll have to call corporate office. I would never have paid $10 for 4 small fires. I'm thinking maybe employees are giving wrong information and they need a bit more training to be able to answer customers questions. I also asked for extra pickles and mustard packets that he forgot. So I had to wait for that and the person behind me left after he ordered. He obviously didn't want to wait any longer. I would like to have a refund for the fries or some kind of credit please.

Something needs to be done for the way I was treated. If I could, I would be Suing this person civility and if I really wanted to sue the company and whatever/whoever I could! Not for any
