i went in at 5:21 pm on 4/20/2024 to order food manager was being very rude he didnt listen to me as i was giving him my order once i received my order, i realize he didnt give me or put what i had order originally and i had paid with debit the manager kept playing with the register as he was trying to give me my refund on the card he then gave me cash i told him i wanted it back on my card he refused he was very rude he stood there and let the customer choke my partner whos a female the employees stood there just watching this stranger who was drunk attack me and my partner who was choked and scratched badly on her back and kicked as we try to leave the gentleman grab my car door open to continue to attack me and my partner whos the driver zenaida jackson i am very disturbed by this inside white castles establishment i am filing a complaint and want this to be investigated i am a cancer patient and my partner has lung condition
