I am very shocked and disturbed that your brand would have "3 sum" commercials. That is so unprofessional to use that language/symbolization. There are quite a lot of people I know that feel the same way they just won't take the time to complain. It is a big deal because none of us White Castle anymore. Kids also should not be saying 3 sums when they have no idea what that really symbolizes. White Castle should be ashamed of themselves. Don't think it's no big deal- you are introducing a provocative saying to children and your losing business. Your not just losing my group of friends but there are people I'm sure all over the world that feel that way. Shame on you that you couldn't come up with a different commercial to get business, that's sad.

I did a order online White Castle 010035, 1219 lake st aurora IL 60506 online order number was 8887 they told me to pick it up at 1:29 p.m. on August 3rd 2018 and I had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes I was on my jod break for lunch that way I order online to have it ready to pick up and then they did a sloppy packing the hamburgers there were no pickles on some of them the onion was all over the Box it was messy I would like to get a refund for this thanks

I believe the women had to take the order and then go make the order while there customers standing in line. There was a screaming customer in drive thru that took off like crazy and then as I was leaving I have never seen a business like this that put up a sign on the door that read " Store closed due to short staff" Who does that?
I personally dont care if you dont but this is how business ends up closing and its such a shame because I like it there and White Castle itself and hate to see it operate under poor management. There were only 2 employees working. ow could there not be back up and never depend on employees to sow up for work. Such a shame! and I was upset just to see this.
I really do believe that if you are not aware of this it will only happen over and over with poor scheduling. Burgers were great but operation was extremely poor!

On the evening of Sat. July 28, two men on Harley Motorcycles were asked to leave the White Castle on State Route 36/37 in Sunbury Ohio. The employee said she felt threatened because they were on motorcycles. They were not bothering anyone, they were not causing any sort of disturbance, they were simply out in the parking lot eating their food next to their bikes. This is an outrage because they were profiled simply by the fact they were riding motorcycles, this is completely unacceptable and White Castle management needs to take action against the employee and management of that location and take it a step further to incorporate this into their mandatory employee training on customer service. To help repair the damage, Whitecastle should also become a sponsor at some local bike nights and or sponsor some Charity rides to show goodwill towards the biker community. The biker community has the most generous and kind hearts of anyone I've ever seen and are constantly raising money for various causes and charities! They also spend alot of money in the community! It shouldn't matter what mc you come from. If they want to buy food, and treat the employee with respect then the employee needs to treat customers with respect. There is a Harley store right next to this white castle. How many riders are coming through there? You will lose a lot of business if your employees start refusing business to bikers.

I went to White Castle Store#050020 at 9:24am on Sunday 7/15. I ordered 8 double cheeseburgers and 20 White Castle cheeseburgers. They had only 1 employee working and 1 manager on the grill. It took the 50 minutes to complete this order. Why is this location so understaffed? Why are they servicing 10 cards and we still have not received our items. We do not have a White Castle in Houston, TX so when we come to Indianapolis to this White Castle we expect the best customer service. When I asked the shift manager Aniya why is it taking so long she stated well we have to allow people to take breaks. She had two employees on break just watching. We were the only ones there so there was no reason it should have taken this long. We have been loyal customers of White Castle for over 20 years. I'm not sure why the service has declined but something needs to be addressed with this location regarding staffing and customer service.

I visited White Castle located at 490 Sunrise Hwy., Lynbrook, NY at 9:05 PM on 07/11/18. It was my first visit since White Castle has been renovated and remodeled. The cashier was walking with her peers while I was waiting to get my receipt. Not attentive at all. I didn't want to touch the machine to get my own receipt. Thereafter, I'm watching the cook who is preparing my French fries and he just drop them in the bag the bag I receive is so greasy from the French fries very unprofessional. Look to see if there's a floor manager around no one just this regular staff working and talking. My order number was 340 this truly was a very bad experience.

On wednesday june 27, 2018 at around 7:55 a.M. I went to white castle on 79th loomis in chicago, the customer service there was ridiculous. The lady was rude, yelling because I did not hear what she said, smh every-time I go to this location it's something I will not be visiting that location anymore, probably no white castle for that matter, customer service s everything and employees need to know that. I only spent 5.07 but it was my money the breakfast sandwich I got the toast was burnt, I feel like she did that on purpose, I ordered a #11 and substituted coffee for orange juice. You all are well known andloved so having an employee like that is gonna run all your customers away. I did not enjoy my food I pretty much threw that mess in the garbage, for one I didnt know if she spit in it or what. Please speak to your employees this is truly sad. On Sunday June 24, 2018, I was in the drive thru at the White Castle Store located at 3901 W Madison St Chicago, IL 60624. Upon arriving @ 4:52 I was not greeted instead I was at the speaker for like 2 minutes and I finally said, "hello", only then did a young man replied and said"hold on one minute". One minute passed and so did another only for him to reply the same thing again before I knew it it was 5:04 and here I am still sitting in the drive-thru only for the same young man to reply the same message again to me. I'm very upset at WhiteCastle & the way the stores are runned. It's as if they never have enough employees in which you are stuck waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes and on top of that you still have to wait another 10 minutes to get your food. Very disappointed customer.

At your Milford Oh location approx 935-940pm on 6/23. I pulled up to the speaker and waited, just silence, There was another vehicle behind me that gave up and left, I waited a few more minutes, however after 5 minutes or more the lady came on and said can I help you, she said nothing about sorry for your wait or anything. It just really rubbed the wrong way, So I left.
You lost 2 customers at least, the car that was behind me and myself.

We went through the drive through today, Monday, May 28 at approximately 1:53 pm at the location on 23 Mile Rd in Chesterfield, Mi.
We arrived at the window, paid for our food, then the order taker, an African American male, approximately early 20's, left the window without saying anything, and disappeared, never to bring our change back. We waited several minutes, then drove forward to the next window where we found him standing with our change. He abruptly passed the bag out the window without greeting us or even saying "thank you" or "good bye". He simply handed the bag out the window, closed it, then walked away from the window.
This restaurant is notorious for poor and rude service. Last time we visited, our order of 10 burgers were all made incorrectly, included cheese, which we did not order. Actually, we even stated "NO CHEESE" so I couldn't eat any of them and most of them had to be thrown away. We haven't gone back since and began going to a different restaurant chain. We decided to give them another try today and found the same poor, rude service.
We did not receive any receipts, so we were unable to check to see if the price was correct and could not complete the official survey without the info on the receipt. This restaurant has serious customer service problems that need to be addressed.

Paid a visit to my local white castle and the most crazy thing happened so I pulled up and proceeded to place my order so the lady says wait one minute so I waited then a gentleman came on to ask for my order I started to say my order but the last starts yelling at me saying I said wait so I tried to say sorry because I heard another voice say go ahead she then starts to argue with me about whether or not she said order now I know this might seem petty to you all but as a customer I was mortified I will never visit this white castle ever again because I don't like to be yelled at or talk to like a child

I came in around 10p. M last thursday at this location. I ordered my items and sat down to eat and drink in the restaurant. As time elapsed, I lost track of time because I had my headphones on watching a movie. A white caucasian female manager tapped on my shoulders and said, you have to live because you can't stay here all night. She was very rude and disrespectful. I have been attending this location for white castles over the last 5 years. I wont support your food chain anymore because, this isn't the first time I encountered negativity from a white castle location. I'm seeking legal representation because, i'm a mental patience of psych hospitals. I'm manic-depressant. After, that white caucasian female disrespected me at your store location at white castles, she made me feel so sad and depressed, I checked into a psych hospital that same night. I got to the speaker then was told to wait then waited for 48 minutes total before I was answered then after I get to the window they didn't have my order then they told me to pull ahead to wait longer for a cheesy slider combo then they forgot my sugar cinnamon donuts that I paid for so I had to come back. To the restaurant to get my donuts! Very poor customer service.

I normally frequent the White Castle located at 467 Central Avenue, Orange, NJ. The level of customer service is more bearable than top notch. This evening..not so much.
While standing behind another customer waiting to place my order, one of the workers was literally staring at me. She didn't break her gaze. Sound strange? Yes, I thought it was too. While I was placing my order, the cashier kept loudly talking to another worker or manager (not sure who she is.however, she is same person who was staring) about the amount of days she worked thus far while she was in the middle of taking my order. Another worker stood beside the cashier, looked at me and commented, "you don't want to hear her." The other worker was correct, I did not want to hear all of that while placing my order. I was tired, just finished working myself and wanted to get my food and go home. The cashier brushed of her co-worker's comment and continued talking. After completing my order, she asked, "debit or credit?" I responded, "debit." She then mumbled something and walked steps away from the register while continuing her conversation. I later realized those mumbled words were her telling me to swipe my card. I realized this after the worker/manager who was staring at me told me to swipe my card as something was beeping. I then proceeded to swipe my card. Then, the transaction froze. The worker/manager who was previously staring at me proceeded to the register to clear up whatever had occured, and asked me to swipe my card again. By this time, I was a annoyed; mainly due to the poor customer service leading up to my unprocessed transaction. Thereafter, as I was turned off, I told the worker/manager that I did not want the order. She asked if I was sure. I responded "yes, I am sure." Then, I proceeded to leave the store. Overall, I tend to have a lot of patience. However, when it is close to 11 pm, and you just completed work, to be subjected to rude behavior at an establishment where I am required to spend my money in exchange for goods and services - good customer service is primary for me and anyone else. ..and I was hungry. To satisfy this hunger, I went to Taco Bell. The customer service was much better than what I experienced .

On 04/20/18 my husband went through the drive through and we noticed a couple days later that he had been charged twice ($9.06)for the same order ( I have attached a copy of my bank statement) On 04/24/18 I went in to try to get this corrected. Once I went in I feel that I was treated as though I was trying to get away with something. The lady that I spoke with never once apologized, she continued to look it up in the register there and printed out one receipt and said that was all she showed. When I showed her my statement she basically was directing attention to other charges, Again, treating me like I was trying to get something for Free! She then advised that she would have to call Corporate. I advised her that I would contact corporate myself. If White Castle needs this $9.06 so much they can keep it! I like to stop by and pick up sausage and cheese for breakfast. I just wonder why it cost so much. The breakfast slider with sausage, egg and cheese is $1.79 each. Why can't you get a reduced price when you order it without egg. You charge more for cheese, why not charge less for minus the egg?
