I went to White Castle this morning, I saw an advertised special in the window. 20 burgers for 10 dollars if you order online. I pulled over in the parking lot, Had to sign up, give all my personal information and download the app so i could order online. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I go in to pay and im told the special is over although the sign is still in your window. I told the girl she had to honer it because it was still being advertised. And she refused. That is not good customer service especially when i went through all that to get your special.

I have been patronizing this company for decades. For the past few years there has not been one time that I go there and they don't mess up my order. A few weeks ago I went there and there were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru, it took them so long to do the first cars order that the car behind them got out of the line and pulled off. I got up to the window they didn't go over my order and charge that mans food to my card. I told them they charged me for the wrong order and gave them my card back they said they fixed it and the credit would show up in 24-48 hrs and it didn't. So they charged me $9.57 for someone else order and $17 for my own order. The quality and morale of this company has declined tremendously. It's a shame. I won't be returning for a while. Poor management and understaffed.
White Castles used to be fast food you could count on. But not anymore the food is not prepared with care anymore, everything is not placed in the bag and the quality has drop significantly, while price goes up. This is another fast food restaurant that goes on the do not patron again list. This is my experience in Louisville Ky.
I hope they provide better food and service in other states.

To whom it concerns, I am a former resident of New Jersey and dined in a white castle restaurants since I was very young with my family. I am now 73 and no longer live in the north however I moved to Florida where there are no White Castle's. I meet many people from up north that now live here in Florida and we all agree we miss certain places from up north. One that comes up frequently is white castle. Many of us would love to dine at a white castle but none exists here in Florida. I am encouraging you to build one here in Florida as many of us would dine their at least one or two times a month. Most of the people I come in contact with live on the west coast but I'm sure the feeling of people from up north living on Florida's east coast feel the same. At present here in Cape Coral on Pine Island Road their is a lot of construction of new restaurants and we in this area wish you would consider building a White Castle here in southwest Florida. cheese sliders frozen
I bought a 16 count of frozen sliders 2 of which had only a single complete burger and just the top of the second burger (the buns) I love your burgers and buy them quite often but they are expensive and it's rediculos for two packs to be messed up in a box so instead of 16 like there's supposed to be there was 14 I really hope you all rectify this problem.

On January 5, 2019 on 7:07 pm visited store located at 59th Western in Chicago, Il, via the drive thru. Gave associate $20.00 Bill total of order was $4.84, my change should have been $15.16. The associate gave me one five dollar bill and five one dollar bills, one nickel, one dime, and one penny. When brought to her attention she apologized and got her manager a male. He didn't immediately speak to me but appeared about 5 minutes later and told me"well we counted her drawer and it's correct. You can come in the morning and speak with Jerry. Of course her drawer was correct my money was probably in her pocket. The server was team member #2147. $5.00 is not a large sum of money but theft is serious. Thank you.

Hello I'm messaging you about white castle store #080024 on white Bear Ave in saint Paul MN and I don't have a complaint about the employees and my sale # is [protected] and my customer # is 574 on Jan 06, 2019 Sunday 12:13:23 an I always go to this white castle because I live 3 blocks down the street and Everytime I go to this location when I'm inside the restaurant the alarm system goes off saying suspicious activity at this location and the employees tell them that everything is okay everything okay and this is the 6 time that it goes off and today the alarm system went off two times when I was in the restaurant the first time it went off I was standing waiting for my order to be ready and looking on my phone on Facebook and then the second time it went off was after I asked her if I can get a refill on my pop and she give my pop back to me I walked back to the tablet to finish my food the alarm system went off again I can't believe this okay if they thought I was going to do something bad I would of never let the cameras see my face and I would be wearing gloves and not put my finger prints on the door and pop machine and Conner and in the credit card machine I have a really great job and I don't go out doing bad things and I hope you guys do something about this for me and not ignore my comment please email me back at [protected]@yahoo.com okay thanks

I went to get 10 cheeseburgers and a 5pn cheese sticks and d notice that the food server was putting chicken rings and the cheese sticks which didn't bother me until she put the fish in the same oil cooking together and that bother me. I was sad couldn't get my daughter her cheese sticks because the mix it all in the same oil. I think that should be changed.

I haven't been to a white castle in a long time as there are none near me, I was 5 miles from your store & took the ride to get some food.I was the only customer in the store, yet my order took 20 minutes to make, plus was wrong, Burgers didn't taste good, I asked for extra ketchup & pickles, got neither & they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich, also my 2 orders of fries were cold. I had a heat bag to keep my food warm, didn't help. I was so disappointed when I got home & my order was all screwed up. Like I stated, there are no white castles near me, I buy the 10 pack from BJs, but thats not the same as the store, I was 5 miles away that night, yet still took the ride to eat my favorite burgers

Everytime I come into this glasgow store I look at the crew and im sorry but most of this crew and i've seen it on nights and on days, most of them are high or coming off a high and if you can't see that then I should probably report to someone higher up. You've even got a team lead that I know for sure is more than likely coming down. So with that being said i'd suggest drug testing most of em. I'm sure you'll handle this issue to the best of your abilities.

Went to get a crave case and sat there for over 10 min waiting for service while I said hello hello about 100 times. Then I called the store while sitting in the drivethru and nobody answered. There was only one other person in line. Then I decided to leave since there was no service. As I drove by I noticed 4 employees were just sitting in the dining room eating. I was there at 7PM and left around 7:20 PM with no food. . came home and called again still no answer.
So took the kids to mcdonalds instead but my son insisted on white castles so I went back against my better judgement He got 4 burgers and a fry and I got a frozen cheesecake on a stick. Every one of the burgers looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for HOURS or maybe pulled out of the trash. Only 2 had pickles on them and all of them had burned onions and burnt edges on the burger. The frozen cheesecake was thrown in with the hot food and it melted, why would you do that?
My son started crying and refused to eat the burgers, so I gave him my food from McDonalds. The white castle burgers were so dry I couldn't choke them down. I took a picture as none of us would eat them, not even the dog would touch them and that says a lot! So no dinner for me after working a 14 hr day. I had to give my son my food so he could eat, but I couldn't.
The employees at white castle were the most unprofessional and aggravating group I've ever dealt with. I really don't think my experience could have been any worse. I will not go to the high ridge location again; ever. Even though it is about 3 min from my house.
I would tell you the receipt number but I didn't get one. The food total was 6 something and I accidently gave her 8 dollars instead of $7. She couldn't even figure out how to give me change (uh, please just give me back my dollar and the register should do the rest for you.). So I had to wait about 5 min while she figured it out.
I cant believe my dog wont eat these as he usually eats everything. All I can think is the meat is bad. Nobody would eat them all burnt and dried out. Even the onions were black. I don't know what else to say except; gross.
I am highly perturbed and have never been treated so badly anywhere at anytime in my life...or maybe so ignored, not sure if being ignored or receiving food out of the garbage or food at a minimum SHOULD have been thrown out as the food was obviously very old and over cooked.
I am not sure how to resolve this as I will never eat at the white castle in high ridge ever again. The paltry 7 dollars for the food doesn't even come close to the aggravation and then, the inedible food once I got home with it. I am at a complete loss as the service all the way down to the food was horrific.

Even though we live in Sun City, Az, about 30 minutes away from the Scottsdale location, I'm sure it'll be one of our favorite restaurants.
F.Y.I., the Sun City area probably has more White Castle and Cub fans than all of Arizona. It probably would be a great location for another store.

inconsistent treatment of employees
General manager at New Castle In. White Castle does not treat all employees equally. My sons brother-in-law passed away recently and they would not give him time off of work for the funeral. GM consistently refuses to give time off when requested in a timely manner, shows favoritism to certain employees and under staffs certain shifts. Also, if more than $40.00 is made in the last hour of work, employees must stay and extra hour. If in that hour they make over $40.00, they must stay another hour. If $40.01 is earned it equals an extra hour. Many nights they make no money in that extra hour.

Ordered our food had a coupon for buy 5 burgers fry 5 free and a small order of fries. Got it fresh and everything was all in the bag We came home we sat down and ate i gave Her the last of the fries she had asked to dump the rest oh the box onto her paper plate i said Yes and went to the bathroom i heard Her call me and i came out And she said what's this mommy? I dropped to my knees and said what is this where did u get this?!? She said it was on my plate i had To check her mouth and asked questions to make sure she didn't swallow or chew on anything weird she said no and opened her mouth. I had to turn on a brighter light in the house to see what this was it was a little bigger then a Bobby pin it's not metal or glass it could be something broken from there grill i don't know but i did Take a pic and saving it in a zip lock baggie to bring to them tomrrow to show the boss i spoke To a manager she told me to please come in and she apologized. This has never happened and I'm never the one to complain about the slightest little thing and I wasn't going to make it into a big deal but I knew in my Heart that this wasn't right. This needed to be reported This was my 2 year old what if she didn't know better and just put it in her mouth or any other child that was in this situation and didn't know better. I ordered my phone online so it would be ready when I arrived. It was due to be picked up at 1:15 I didn't receive my food til 1:30. Once I left the parking lot I went to eat my food and the fries were hard and cold. Worse experience, staff was rude and showed no care for the inconvenience they caused me. I was late from my lunch break due to having to wait so long for an order that was to be ready when I arrived

I received cold burgers, Fry's and a diet Doc pepper. No ice. I returned the Fry's didn't know I had received a diet soda till I got home. and that's a good thing I didn't drink any of it right away, I can't drink any diet pop something in it causes me to pass out, I was driving in the car alone. I'm so disappointed in the service I received cold food. Order messed up. And had I drank that pop could have hurt myself or someone else.
