February 16,2023 around 5:30pm the women at the cash register is extremely rude, angry and ignorant. My kids love white castles so every time I go she is there and is beyond mean every time we go. I try not to let it bother me since I know she is probably late 40’s maybe 50’s and just hates her life and takes it out on people but this time I had to say something. She got my order wrong (not the first time she has done this) by giving me 6 cheeseburgers when I got the 10 cheeseburger deal with a mobile order. I told her my order was missing 4 cheeseburgers politely and she slammed the sliding door in my face and left for a while and then came back and threw a bag at me saying you only paid for 6 burgers and slammed the sliding door in my face. I had a mobile order with proof she was wrong but after I wait to talk to someone after being ignored she then argues with me saying she gave me 4 burgers for free when I had proof on my phone that was not true. I told her that I come up there and show her nothing but respect and she treats people like crap and rolls her eyes, gets an attitude and is just plain nasty and ignorant. My kids wanted water and I didn’t even want to ask for a water because she is such a nasty person. I know they probably can’t get good people to work there but just really hope they can talk to her about her nasty attitude because they just loss my business and will lose more if she continues to be the face people see when they come up there. 2 choices for someone that nasty and miserable, either fire her or but her in the back not working with customers. I hate paying my hard earned money to be treated so poorly.
Desired outcome: Employee customer service training or replacement because she is horrible with people
