Today (2/8/22), I took my mother to Bob Evans #108 for a birthday dinner. We both ordered the fried chicken dinner. The first piece we ate was very dry and tough. My second piece could not be cut with a knife. When I tore it in half, I realized it was only fried breading, no chicken. My mother's second piece was not much better. The waitress (Brandy) called the Manager over. She really acted like she could care less, but said she would bring two more pieces of chicken. After 25 minutes, we decided to leave. The manager looked at both of us, but never offered an apology. Between my mother, her sisters and my family we eat at this Bob Evans 3-4 times per month (10-15 meals). Generally, the food is very good and we have no complaints. However, today was the exception.
Desired outcome: A refund and an apology from the manager.
