Bob Evans review: Talk with the employees at this location

On 1/7/25 at 4:00 pm I placed an order, over the phone, for three chicken soups and one salad, to Bob Evans Restaurant at 13875 Cedar Road, University Heights, Ohio. I pre-paid for my order or I would have left without receiving it.

Bob Evans is one of my favorite restaurants where both of my now grown sons and I have eaten for the past 30 years.

After placing the "too go" order at 4:00 pm and being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived at 4:25 and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to carry out my order. There was no storm in Cleveland although it was quite cold outside.

In the kitchen stood 5-6 young women employees.

I have never written a complaint like this before. The staff was slow and rude about not helping each other with my order, although I was one of only 3-4 people in the restaurant. All 5 of the other women in the kitchen area were standing around and literally doing nothing.

I will not be frequenting this particular Bob Evans again.
