My recent visit to this restaurant was not satisfactory. First we waited for our food for 45 minutes. When the food arrived, the fish sandwich was barely warm and one piece looked like it had been refried 3 or four times and the fries were barely warm. I told the waitress when she asked. Her answer was I’m so sorry. When presented with my bill there was no adjustment for anything on my bill. As I paid my bill, the person there asked how my meal was, I told him not good. He asked if I had told our waitress. I said yes. Did she make an adjustment? no. He then went to back and came back and handed me my change also didn’t make an adjustment on my bill. As I walked past the kitchen area they were proudly showing a sign that said no complaints for 39 days. I doubt that! This is the worst meal I have ever gotten at this restaurant.
Desired outcome: I think they should have discounted the food. I ate one piece of piece and no fries and was still charged $11.95.
