I went to the taco bell on 10-6-21. Near 8 in the evening. I put in my order and drove around to the window to pay. The girl with the red and black hair took my payment and was really nice. Then another person came up to the window while I was waiting for my order. She opened up the window and was asking me "what did I want?" then was like um hello do you need anything.
I was very surprised to get someone talking to me in the window while waiting for food being so rude to me. they had me pull around and wait in a parking spot. I also didn't get any receipt for my food.
The guy that came out to give me my order tells me that everything is there and is fresh and warm. He didn't try to verify my order though and didn't wait to see if it was correct. When I got back home I looked in the bag and only 1 thing out of my order was actually right. Everything else was wrong, not part of my order, or poorly made.
I got some food that I didn't even order. I got rude service from a worker there. Also I got food that was not made the way I asked. All I wanted was a Doritos loco taco, 2 soft tacos with no lettuce, and a order of cinnamon twists. The only thing that was correct was the Doritos loco taco. Normally I wouldn't mind the wrong food but while waiting for the food the way I was treated was extremely unprofessional and no one should be treated like that.
The photo I added at the bottom is of a chicken quesadilla. Not something I had ordered and I have never gotten one folded in half wrapped like that.
