Aspen Dental - False financing

I am really upset with your office in Clarksville, IN and in particular Tiffany. I went in for a cleaning, xrays and look into getting a tooth pulled and an implant. I thought I was "given" a toothbrush, nothing was ever said anything about cost, the hygentist said "I'm giving you this toothbrush". Next, I sighed up for a Care credit to cover the implant procedure the total was to be $4, 755.00. Then covid hit and they were closed for 2 months. I decided not to continue with the procedure and asked for a credit.. Why did they go ahead and charge the care credit card for the full amount when services were not done? Then I find out I am paying interest, I thought I signed up for a deferred interest plan. So basically I paid interest on $4755.00 for 5 or 6 months. It also took me about a month in August to finally get Tiffany to credit $3, 000 + since I canceled the procedure that NEVER was scheduled, then I get anoth bill and it had not been done, it took me another month of calling and her not returning my calls to get that part done and then another couple weeks to get her to call me back and explain why I was paying interest. I do not like getting the run around and I really feel I was taken advantage of... Of course Tiffany says it's my fault because I misunderstood the terms. I really feel someone should get the interest back to me that I paid on services not completed. I've never had a business charge me first BEFORE doing anything!

I went in last week to have 2 molers pulled because they were broke . She said I had all kinds of other stuff that needed to be done. I told the ok but first I just want these two pulled. So I scheduled my appointment I went in and she gave me 10 anyway when she got done pulling them she said we are all done I got all 6 of them pulled out.. I couldn’t talk my mouth was stuffed with gauze. And I still had blood running down my face. She refuses to give me anything for the pain, I can’t eat it hurts to open my mouth, oh ya I don’t have any teeth to freaking chew food..I will take my business else where to get the rest of my work done which is around 4, 000 and now I have to get a partical..
