On 08/31/2018 I bought sofa and love seats included full warranty for everything from American furniture. The seats arrived with a big scratch on the arm of the sofa and broken arm on the same side which was due to the way the delivery people dragged the sofa set to my house. Once I have realized the scratch I called American Furniture on the second day from the delivery and told them about the problem . They asked for pictures I sent pictures showing the scratch, then they told me they will order the piece that need to fix it. I called two weeks later they told me it will take time until it is delivered. I kept calling every two weeks, but about three months later Of waiting I was told that the piece was not found and that they can order new sofa seat. The owner kept saying he ordered it and waiting to be shipped so he can send us the conformation. He kept saying the system didn't generate the order and he still waiting for a conformation. We went to the store and talked to him why is it taking so long and he said he will ask and let us know. He didn't call, but we called him and he said that the production of the color of this sofa seat was stopped by the manufacturer which was so weirded. He said he will call again to order the arm which was more than two weeks ago and he told us the arm will be shipped in a week or two. I contacted him to see if the part was arrived, he started giving me another reasons to wait. This problem has taken so long and I feel that he is lying and he doesn't want to fix it. I need help to know what to do next about this problem
