Hi, I went into the KFC in Beech Grove, and soon as I come in they said no chicken thighs, or no coleslaw. So, I proceeded to order the 4 piece meal, she gave me my cup. When I realized as I was standing at the counter she didn't ask me what my sides were. So I let her know I didn't get to tell her my side and I also noticed that I was only offered 1 side. The 4piece meal usually comes with 2 sides as I usually get at the Pendleton Pike location. So, they cashier Pauly said yes, I did ask. Well on my receipt was mashed potatoes. I never order mashed potatoes. As I share this meal with my child. He loves green beans and mac and cheese. So that's our normal. As the cashier is talking to me, I noticed her yelling. I asked her why is she yelling, she said she is sick. What I said to her is, if you are sick you should be preserving your voice. I noticed a lady working in the drive thru looking but not responding. So, by now I asked for the mgr and that was the lady working in the drive thru(Donna). I let her know I didn't like the service I was getting especially by being yelled at in front of my 5yr old. She said I didn't hear her and said she's sick. I went ahead and got my food, my child was hungry. The time was around 7:54pm on a Sunday. After eating a bite or two, my child said he didn't like it. I didn't want anymore issues. So, I just ending up throwing my food away and left.
