Rural King - customer service

My husband and I visited this store to exchange an item on November 29, 2019 (Black Friday). My husband often buys work clothes at Rural King but this was the first time I wanted to purchase clothing for myself and this was the because of the special deal available. There was a table full of Lincoln jeans for women with three signs (one on each side ) for $5.99. Not my brand but a great deal. I found my size and took two pair to try on and then to check out with other purchases. They rang up for$19.99. My husband told the cashier about the price and she said "well they are ringing for $19.99. He asked for a supervisor and another clerk that worked in women's clothing section to check the price. She said she did not see any signs and I proceeded (very dissatisfied) to check out without the jeans. My husband walked back to the table where he found them and all three signs had been removed. The staff was not apologetic and this became an unpleasant visit to RK for us. I would not normally follow up but this was an obvious attempt from the clerk to correct someone's error at the expense of the customer's experience.

Unbelievable ...I purchased two items...total was 134.60. I hand the cashier a 100.0 gift card and 40.00 cash. She hands me back the gift card with $5.40 credit on it...and not cash in change...to make matters worse 3 people at the service desk...can't figure out how to give me my $ 5.40 change and make the gift card total 0.00...their excuse was the girl is new and only worked 2 weeks...what was their excuse?...not being able to figure out how to make the gift card equal 0 and give me my 5.40 change... since I only had 40.00 cash...I didn't have any money to buy dinner at one of the fast food places close to RK...I'll probably lose the gift card with 5.40 ...I always spend the entire gift card for that reason...big inconvenience...and changed my view on shopping at RK...I won't be asking for any gift cards from my family...
