There have been many times I've had to wait 30 plus minutes for a simple order but today, I pulled in and noticed workers outside smoking. When I got to the speaker to order, they informed me they were not accepting orders for the next 30 minutes. I realize things happen so I returned 40 minutes later. I began to order nachos and the man interrupted me and said yeah, we're not making those today with no explanation. I love Taco Bell, but I will not return to this location anymore. These people are more concerned with their smoke breaks instead of working. I'm a smoker but doing my job is more important. Also, the inside of this location is always dirty. I'm surprised the health department hasn't been called.
