We arrived at lobby at 11 pm. Manager said he had to take order through drive thru because they were closed in the lobby and we were just lucky he forgot to lock the doors or we would have to use drive thru. He slowly took our orders. My daughter went first them me. My order was rang up at 11:04 pm. The girl fixing food kept complaining about being tired and she was supposed to be off hour ago and she wasnt even supposed to be their. She took until 11:25 pm and finished my daughters order then when I asked where my order was she said thats it. I said no I have an order too. She said oh. Im tired again I was supposed to be off hour ago and Im tired. They made my order and I specifically told them no quac or sour cream on nacho box. They put it on they when questioned it they said well when he rang it up it didnt say. I said I reminded him and he walked over told you. She said again well im tired and was supposed to be off hour ago. I said just give me my money back and she said no heres your food we made it like rect said so you can take it and go now. I said give me the damn food and they will hear about this tomorrow. She crushed the lids on both our nachos smearing the toppings on lid and breaking chips. I called another taco bell and let them know. They said they would let dist. mgr. know. Oh and inform me lobbys dont close till 12. All at 12. Im pissed off and came home opened up to see the crap and my husband refused to eat the crap. I tried some but I couldnt even bite some chips they were hard so I had to spit them out.
