Aspen Dental - Dentures

Had my teeth pulled had dentures put in july 2019 after 6months went to get teeth hardlined in Feb 2019 they hardlined and they didn't fit right then covid hit couldn't get in then in July 2020 got in hardlined again still would not fit right the one dentist figured out what was wrong made appt to fix in 2 weeks in process fired him for caring to much then next dentist did another realign and would not listen to me about complaint of which it didn't work again got back in got a young female dr and she took my teeth and I told her she needs to listen because they have been doing all the same [censored] different day and it wasn't working she informed me she knew what she was going to do and it did not include listening to me I will not ever go back there they have no patience for anyone who tries to give them complaints I gave 2400 dollars I will have to go to another dentist to get it fixed right

Desired outcome: Would like to get 1000 dollars back to pay to have these fixed or replaced

Aspen Dental - Dentures

Went into aspen dental in Muncie Indiana needed upper and lower dentures. Needed teeth pulled for the lower. Have been sent to several doctors within a few days after the removal of these teeth because of nerve damage to my face. Several months have passed and still cannot feel portions of my face. Have doctor statement to prove they did damage. Unable to wear bottom teeth because they do not fit. Aspen says it is not there fault. Again have doctor statement saying they are at fault. Unable to eat properly and not able to speak properly. Also we paid for services in full because they would not start work until it was paid in full. We received a notice that we have been sent to a collection agency because of extra expenses that incurred.
