Yes you read it right several employees missing time ranging from a few minutes a shift to in a few cases the complete schedule shift adjustments by GM or other management. Along with at least 2 times that an employee wasn't paid at all. On one occasion a shift leader was seen opening the check looking at It. Then preceeded to rip the check up walk to dish tank threw pieces on a rack and send the pieces threw dishwasher. When the employee came In to pick up check the was informed by the GM at the time that someone got in safe and took his check. When the employee then asked what was going to happen to this person the response was and I quote "they are mad that you was hired I'm at more than. They make and they was upset. The employee then asked when he would get a replacement check the GM responded with"I think you should just let that check go" which I shouldn't have to explain the legal problems with that. Was then followed by a and If you try and get a replacement check it would be the only check they would ever receive from. Them there is so much more from the preped foods best by date sticker being changed since they expired other then throwing it way. They would make employee use it anyway to the mold growing in the walk in cooler, to the management and front iof house getting drunk and the clock while open. but again if you said or mentioned any of that to the DM or HR everyone in the entire restaurant would know what, who, and when you made the report which again should have been confidential information. I watched numerous people get black balled, cars vandalized, and hours cut til they had no choice but to quit. And as if this isn't enough 3 different male managers being accused of sexaul harassment charges filed and then swept under rug. I have more information to relay but we will start with just this and see of anyone responds to this. As not to waste anymore of my time writing what I presume will get sane response as the other complaint launched against the bob evans in terre haute. the most recent advents being an a new alcoholic GM with a serious anger management problems. That slams doors in employee faces or other illegal things. The sad thing is when I started they 7 years ago the company did care and tried to fix issues. I don't know what you could possibly do to fix this. But just as a precaution so I know this can't be swept under another rug I'll be posting this across multiple multimedia accounts after 7 days I feel that should be plenty of time for you to respond to these claims. I what eagerly to see your response to this. I imagine that I will get same outcome as all others who made their complaints. Only difference is what kind of backlash can they do since I don't presently work there.
