I have had on many times I had to wait for my refills because cvs can not or will not communicate with my doctor in a timely fashion. Cvs should not offer to get in touch with my doctor if they can't do so so that I don't run out of medication before it is done. The attitude I go this morning when my refill was not ready, shows I how uncaring some of your employees can be. It seems like I need to change where I get my perscriptions, maybe another pharmacy will respect my concerns and not give me attitude. This is the first time that an employee has been rude and uncaring, saying he would refuse to advance me some of my perscription to get me by. I think that is irresponsable!. Donna J. Livingston
