Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had services at Firestone 322454 Overland Park Kansas. Invoice number 155891 for my 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring. I had a complete vehicle inspection with oil change on 01/28/23. I was sold this special offered by Resolv package and I have now found out cannot even be used in Texas. I was charged 442.36 at the time of my visit and 149.00 the following month for services a package I cannot use. On 04/9/23 I was on my way to Ft Worth Texas and my service engine light came on and then my oil light. I was approximately thirteen miles from my hotel so I went ahead and to the hotel since there was no safe place to pull over, The next morning I checked my oil and there was not any at all so I put in two quarts. I only got a few miles down the road and my car stopped without knowing what the issue was I called roadside assistance for Honda since I have a great warranty. They checked and said my oil plugged had come loss and all of my oil had come out and now I have $6762.09 in damages. Honda will not pay since they did not do my oil change. Firestone sent out an adjuster and he did a report and there was a lot of codes and mechanical information. The guy then stated my car was vandalized someone loosen the plug so my oil would drian. I should have let Firestone check the car and when Honda was checking after they saw the Firestone oil change sticker they should have stopped and called them. My car is very low to the ground and no adult can get under it. He told me I need to file a claim with my insurance and I have the option to send in additional information to prove my car was not vandalized. From day one I have always used this company to change my oil and they are not taking any responsibility.
