I pulled up to the drive thru to the window. The lady opened the window eating something and I told her my name and she rudely told me to hold on. She then asked me my first name and I told her Michael and she laughed at me. She then asked me my last name. And went and got my prescription. This made upset and uncomfortable. I used Walgreens for most of my life and was very happy with them and recently changes to CVS for insurance reasons. I’m considering going back to Walgreens if this is the king of service I’m going to get. This happened at 6109 Bardstown Rd Louisville Ky 40291 June 13th at 7:07 pm.
Desired outcome: Address the situation and better train employees on costumer service.
