I had a pizza online for contactless pickup. Then my order ready to be pick-up but no one showed up. Waited at least 10minutes or more but no one showed up. So I decided to come out and see what's goin on. Suddenly the employee Jennifer came out. I said to her Where's is my order. She said to me did you pay the order I said yes after she's being rude to me already she said well people not paying for them. What? Is this how you talk to yourself customer. She should have better train how to talk to your customer this way. You need to train your employees with your customer service skills. Your business will not last as long you treated yourself customer this way. I'll go somewhere else. This store at ruckriegel Pkwy #101 Louisville ky.
