I arrived at the store on 8-15-23 @ 10:25 pm to pick up my carry out order. I paid and waited for my order. Another customer came in after me, he paid for his pizza then went out to his car, came back in and handed the manager two cases of a Aloni drinks. After which she replied that she would put a 20% off coupon on his account. Then she handed him a bag of six or seven sauces. She stated to the other employee, “he gets the sauces because he paid for his order”, the customer received his order and all his sauces and left. My order was up, I asked for sauces, I was told by the same individual that I have to pay for those individually. I stated, “I purchased an order just like your prior customer,” she stated “well, he paid for those online,” I looked at her and said “I know what you said, and you just gave him seven free sauces and you’re trying to charge me for mine?” She continued to argue with me as I was walking out the door… very unprofessional, very immature and very rude.
Also ordered made an online order two days prior to that at 11:40 PM for my third shift staff, when I hit refresh on the computer, it stated that my order was being prepared, then went back to look to see what timeline I was looking at, and the order was canceled. I called the store, no answer, no explanation of why it was canceled. Very disappointed in dominoes, I cannot express enough my disappointment in dominoes.
Desired outcome: I’ll leave that in the hands of corporate. I have attached my online cancellation for no reason and I have attached the receipt for when I went to the store two days later for an order.Thanks,Sarah Doggett [protected]@hotmail.com
Domino's Pizza - management rude and disrespectful
The Dominos at 5219 has the rudest female managers I have ever encountered. After placing a phone order for delivery and waiting and hour and half for my pizza I called to find out where it was. The girl put in pick up which thats not what I ordered after saying I would come pick it up the manager told me they threw it away and hung up on me. I called back got the other female manager said her employee told her I was screaming and being rude which I was not she said I have to believe my employee. I asked for both of their names she told me it was none of my business, I said I wanted to call corporate she said call whoever you want it wont matter. I feel so disrespected and just in aw at how unprofessional this woman was. She should not be in management.
