I experienced a rude person on the phone, her name is norma. I did not appreciate the way she talked to me nor her customer service. I had a few questions, which I felt I was interupting her and she did not have time to answer my questions. I just joined the gym and my second experience makes me wish I have never joined. Yes, all it takes is customer service to make or break the company. The employee should not be working in cs if they don't understand the purpose of with it is and how it benefits the employer. Planet fitness, I give you a 2! Hopefully someone will look into this and see this email as a training opportunity with their employees.

I am confused by the complaint. What was it that you asked and what was the answer you did not like. Just saying that she "I had a few questions, which I felt I was interupting her and she did not have time to answer my questions. " just makes it sound like she was busy and you didn't like her doing her job while you were asking questions.
You also said "The employee should not be working in cs if they don't understand the purpose of with it is and how it benefits the employer. " ...BUT I am not sure what it was that they did wrong?
Based on the lack of information you gave here, I can not say the Planet Fitness did anything wrong. I do think you have a misconception of what BAD Customer Service might be.
