Dropped car off with specific instructions to replace front two tires. Also synthetic oil change. Went to pick up and they changed my back tires to new tires and rotated the smaller ones to the rear. I complained and they did not understand the issue. I had to go back three times to get the right size tires. During this time, the oil was never changed. I paid $80 for it. I called the help line to let them know of the issues and again when I got my car back, it had a engine light on, with a "reduced engine power" notification on my dash. I have never seen this light on my car before bringing it to Firestone. 3 weeks later my engine/motor failed on a highway. It had to be towed. The shop who fixed it said the oil had NOT been changed in a while. This new motor cost me 4200 and a lot of other inconveniences along the way too. I even called Firestone about how dirty my oil was after the oil change had supposedly been done. I have pictures and videos of this entire incident. I started documenting this as soon as I saw the wrong size tires on my car after paying and getting my keys. I so noticed by the 3rd time of having them take my car back to change the right tires to the right size, the rims were badly scuffed up and they did a terrible job by the time I was actually able to drive it home safely. I didn't feel safe driving the car off the lot. They also did not even mark the sticker on my windshield that tells me when I am due for the next one.
