A lady named Kay is very disrespectful and rude when you’re in a store to purchase something and there’s a bunch of customers there you don’t appreciate them talking about other customers. It makes you think what are they saying about me after I leave. If that’s the way you all like to run your business fine but I won’t be back there and I’m a regular that comes several times a day. Little did she know it was my fiancé she was talking about and all over a dollar that’s pretty pathetic. The next time it happens I will be talking to an attorney she needs to worry about her job instead of acting like she is better than others. And if she would have gotten off her phone texting the day she was referring to while training a new employee the outcome may of been different.
Desired outcome: I think she should demoted and have to apologize managers need to lead by example not be an [censored]!
