Paid cab for quick trip to Speedway, as usual, to purchase a $40 carton of L&D cigarettes. Got home and realized was charged $80 for L&M brand instead! We are on a budget and cannot afford this, so I immediately called the store to take this back and get what i requested to begin with. The employee said she made the mistake, and that i could bring this item back, and she would put that charge back on my debit card. Then, the manager said i could not, since i had already left the store! Looking for a resolve! They have lost a very significant customer!

I suggest you contact the store once again or if the manager fails to provide a solution escalate the situation directly to the customer service of Speedway. Be strong and give a clear explanation of the situation and that the worker in question accepts that a mistake has been made. If this still did not help resolve the problem then I believe calling your bank to dispute the amount might work. Hopefully, this takes care of the situation so that you are not out of pocket.
