I don't usually go out of my way to complain about things but the employee tonight at the 4417 Dixie Highway store, Shaunte C. Was extremely rude, unwelcoming, acted like I was bothering her movie watching on her phone by coming in for gas and a snack. She rolled her eyes, was looking at my impatiently while I counted out my money, and acted put out that she had to serve me. She never made eye contact, continued to watch her phone instead of talking to me, looked at me like I was annoying her for being in the store, and was just blantly rude. I will be never step foot in this speedway again if she is working, and I will strong encourage anyone I know to go elsewhere as well.
I have a complaint about an employee that is extremely rude & disgusting
Hi, I am a speedway customer from indianapolis. I visit speedway on average 3-5 times daily! I spend between $15-50 dollars per day and sometimes per visit, so I have established a pretty good repore with the customer service representatives in my surrounding area, but none more than my favorite store on pendleton pike and i-465! They all know me and are very helpful.. Except melissa! She is the most lazy, inconsiderate, rude, nosey and obnoxious person I have ever come in contact with. She literally yells in the store about my finances, and how I probably do not have any money when I use my speedway rewards! Last weekend she tried to get a man to sexually harrass me by telling him to grab my rear end when he attempted to hit on me after I declined his first proposition; I was on my cell phone on a business call at the time & she continued to yell into my speaker saying he 'should grab my a*, maybe that would get my attention' and after I asked her to please stop she kept laughing as loud as possible saying I must not be interested because I am a 'dumb blonde' etc, and I had to end my call immediately! She refuses to clean or stock the store; last week I asked her for the hazelnut creamer because it was out, like it is on many occasions when she works, and she said, "nope we're out." so, I poured out my coffee, and chose a soda from the cooler, and before I could get to the counter to pay, the other employee had come out with the box and called me by name, and said, "i'm sorry about that, she is so lazy! We just got the truck yesterday, and she knows we have creamer!" so, I re-made my cup of coffee (I usually drink about 3 per day from speedway!) and apologized for wasting paper products, and the csr assured me it wasn't my fault. The store always gets filthy when she works. There is never fresh food, coffee or stocked anything when melissa works! I have never seen her with a broom or mop (like I see most other staff cleaning or stocking often), and the floors are aweful when it snows or rains & she is on the clock! The other staff are usually rushing trying to do 2 jobs when they work with her. I have even seen her stick her hand inside her pants, dig and scratch her private area then walk over to make herself a drink without washing her hands! I almost decided not to come back after that, but I saw the manager on that shift watching her also, and then he walked over and sanitized the fountain machine... Thank goodness! I am to the point where I am not coming back to speedway as long as this lady is there! I do not know her or what her problem is, but I have had enough over the last couple of months! She is rude, foul, obnoxious and I am going to warn everyone on social media and better business bereau and even the health department! I will be stopping in to take pics and video of the store and her behavior for everyone to see, but will not be spending anymore money with speedway period until this is resolved! I have been harrassed and watched her do (and get by with) too many unhealthy, disgusting, rude, obnoxious, intimidating things at this point! Please do something about this employee so I can enjoy speedway gas station (safely) again! Thanks sarah m.
employee drug use
One of your employees allison Mcevoy injects drugs both at work and home her arms are covered in injection marks and has sores from picking all over her. I am concerened for the safety of her and all around her. She has been late or missed countless days due to drugs and she becomes very angry and irritable when she does not have them and spends all her money on them a random drug test will verify theses facts.

119 west pond rd. Perth amboy nj.. I visit this speedway 5 days a week on my way to work at approximately 520am. Almost every morning the gas attendant is sleeping. Previously this attendant an older short man that appears to be of Middle Eastern ethnicity put the wrong gas in my vehicle. I always use 93 he put 87. On the morning of 4/2/18 I arrived at the station at 530. There's approximately 14 pumps at this station. There was 4 cars getting gas all of them next to each other in a square shape. I pulled in to the first available pump to the left of a vehicle already being fueled. I sat in my vehicle for approximately 6 minutes, waiting for service. When I seen the guy wasn't coming over. I exited my vehicle. I asked him, was he gonna give me service? He replied those pumps don't work. I asked him all 10 he replied well I'm not using that side and I would have to come and get in line. At this point I noticed a line of 3 cars formed waiting. At this point I was forced to leave with out getting fuel so I would be on time for work. I'm a loyal customer and I don't think that's a professional way to do things.

I visit speedway in Smyrna tn on tridon on a daily basis I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there up until today. I was treated extremely rudely by an associate named America. I first had to ask for a bag because she was more concerned about closing out her drawer than seeing after spending 18.84 I required a bag so I think she was annoyed at that. She did not ask nor give me a receipt so when I asked her for the receipt she for certain was annoyed. I grabbed my receipt and at this point I was not happy. As I was turning to leave in front of other customers she said "next time don't snatch it out of my hand!". I turned back to her and said excuse me and she repeated what she had said. Completely utterly unprofessional rude and condescending. I work part time at a convenience store for 3years now and am very aware this behavior is unacceptable towards a customer and would not be tolerated at my store. I will not visit that store and will make it a point to let others know if this situation is not dealt with accordingly. This girl always acts like waiting on a customer is a nuisance to her but today she crossed a line.

the last few weeks, the location by my house has ran out of cherry coke by Friday's. It happened again this week, and my second go to is Sprite. And today they are out of sprite as well. None in the cooler and none in the back stock. This speedway is less than .25 miles from my home. This has began to send me elsewhere, a different company entirely, for the product which I may continue to go to the other place in the future.
auto warranty claim
In the spring of 2017 I purchased 2017 Ford Explorer XLT from Speedway Ford in Griffin, GA. One afternoon as my wife was stepping out of the vehicle she had noticed an area on the back of the leather seat that appeared to have been damaged and then covered up. We had never noticed this issue until that point because it was not really visible until the natural sun light had came into the vehicle at an angle that exposed the damage. As a matter of fact when I first saw it I thought that it may have been a natural flaw in the leather that was dyed and over looked during the manufacturing process. The vehicle was purchased new and only had 11, 000 miles so I brought the vehicle to Riverside Ford in Macon, GA. The service department took pictures and sent them to Ford warranty claims. Ford warranty claims responded and told Riverside Ford that this area had already been repaired therefore they would not cover the repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Since the vehicle had been repaired without my knowledge I reached out to Speedway Ford where the vehicle was purchased. The service department at Speedway stated that they could not pull up the information from Riverside Ford and they would need me to bring the vehicle to them to take additional pictures and re-submit the claim. Speedway Ford got back to me and stated that Ford also told them that the warranty would not cover it and I told them that I understood that and I didn't expect the factory to repair it since the damage must have occurred while the vehicle was at Speedway Ford. I started doing some research and I have since discovered that Speedway Ford has had many other complaints filed against it for unscrupulous business practices. At the time I posted this review Speedway had a D- rating with the BBB. Buyer's Beware at Speedway Ford in Griffin, GA.

I'm a fleet service customer who goes there on a daily basis and I have to admit every time I go there to fill up my truck and then go inside and get a coffee and sometimes other things there's always a long line. Today I go in and fill up my truck and as my truck is feeling I go inside get my coffee come back out try to print a receipt from the pump and the pump didn't print one so now I have to go back in and I asked cashier if you could print me one and he made me stand in a long line to get a receipt. Needless to say I'm a patient man but today was not a day that I need to stand in another line.

Today (3-20-18) at approx. 3:30 p.m., I was making a $75.00 purchase only to be confronted with a rude and out-of-line assistant manager, Amy. I gave her a 5.00 lottery payout that apparently was given to me by mistake. She obviously enjoyed informing me I could not use it. She said then that she was going to "get to the bottom of who made the mistake". It appeared that she was relishing the opportunity to give the employee a hard time. I said there was no need to get someone in trouble over an accidental mistake. When I tried to take the payout receipt back (sparing the employee grief), she refused to give it back. I then left the store without making the purchase due to her behavior. After doing an errand, I realized that I had not gotten her name or who to register a complaint with so I returned to Speedway (3300 N Granville Ave., Muncie, IN). Amy gave me her first name and tried to make me think that there was no one I could talk to. She finally gave me the first name Kyle (manager?) but refused to give me a phone number and told me to get out of "her store" before she called the police. I have spent approx. $200.00-300.00 monthly for 15 years at Speedway and never dealt with such a rude, threatening and out-of-line employee. Quite the opposite, employees at Speedway have been pleasant over my years of loyalty to the store. My name is Terry Hoskins (1604 N Granville Ave., Muncie, IN 47303). It is 3-13-2018 u have been saving up my 10cents off a gallon for awhile I had 1.80 off a gallons so I decided to get 93 (premium) well it's a windy day and cold so I sat in my truck with door cracked I hear the nozzle click I get out and realize it hadn't fully pumped so when I went to start fueling again it wasn't working the pump had been reset so I assume it's bc the wind hit the plastic thing you have to lift up to begin pumping it wasn't all the way down but was moved enough to cut the pump off. After talking to the guy in the store I contacted the the 800 number for speedway and after talking and explaining to the gentleman what happened I was told bc I saved so much money he couldn't help me but only to credit 10cents to my account he was very professional so upset about not being able to receive my full discount I asked to speak to a manager after I then again explained it to her the first thing she proceeds to tell me she won't help me for 1 I saved to much money and for 2 by law I should of been standing outside while pumping my gas being completely rude while not one time did I ask for a full refund of the 1.80 cents off a gallon I asked if there was anything they could do to help the situation and was only offered 10 cents to be put back on my card and her telling me I wouldn't get anything else out of them bcni was lying nc you have to put the nozzle back in before it will reset pump I said to her I understand its weird but iys what I assumed happened that I didn't have to [censor] lie to her (now getting mad) and she said well do you want the 10 cents or no bc im not giving you anything else I said yes ofcourse to recieve something but then told her thats like them spitting in my face only offering that when I had so much off a gallon saving up for so long and spending alot of money in that store so I wanted to have her name for record to go over her head so after asking for her name several time and her not wanting to tell me I finally said it's ok we will match your voice bc I have recorded the conversation to see what would happen (not actually recording the conversation) she then say my name is mona and I didn't give you permission and hangs up on me. I haven't ever been called a liar when calling to customer service I was disrespected and she was very unprofessional if she can't or doesn't like talking to people then she chose the wrong job or maybe it's something else I don't know but I won't ever shop at a speedway again all thanks to team leader mona in customer service. I didn't notice I could leave photo or video in my complaint but I will send in another complaint once I head back to the same store where I put gas in my vehicle showing how it was possible for it to happen

Very rude, talks to people as they are [censor], is constantly yelling at people and if she calls me toots once more I'll have no choice but to talk with her manager! Needed gas at Piqua Ohio station on Covington Ave. All i had was $50 bill and attendant said he couldn't break it when he was by himself. Its pretty disgusting that a company in America won't accept AMERICAN currency. Not everyone wants credit and debit cards. If your multi billion dollar company is that worried about safety then pay a second attendant to work for the measly $9 hr. Now i know why all the older people say America is going to crap. Thanks for making me go out of my way to get fuel.

Around 7:20 p. M I walked in the speedway located at 9191 royalton rd, 44133. It was my turn to be waited on the cashier ask can I help you? I said yes lottery note lottery for the current draw cut off time is 7:25p. M. Now at this point the cashier was to busy trying to go back and forth with me about stepping in front of her register. Remind you I will still have to step down to the lottery machine anyways. Note lottery can not be rang out at a regular register. So the cashier finally decide after a minute a so she would start scanning my previous lottery tickets I had from the midday drawing. I told the cashier to play my tickets for the evening draw which would have been current. At some point the draw switched over than start play the lottery tickets for the next day. Which was evening next day. I told the cashier I didn't won't them tickets because they were for the next day. So per usual this particular cashier always give bad attitude, rudeness and argue with customers. So I began to walk away from the register to go purchase some slushies per usual. The cashier began yelling across the store telling me now that she have to cancel them tickets the store have to loose 10.00 because I didn't buy them tickets. Well I than tells the cashier too bad because this would have not happen if you didn't spend time arguing with me about which register to go to. So she than tells me to shop at another gas station because she gonna refuse to do my lottery in the future. At this point i'm pissed off! Ready to explode because there were other customers witnessing this cashier agrue, and make threats, and treat me like [censor]. I mean actually yelling we agrued for about 4 minutes she just refuse to stop speaking to me regarding this matter. Not to mention this women volunteered to give me a wrong phone number for you guys cooperate office number. And her name which she wrote but it was not readable. I can't believe a store such as speedway allow this type of behavior from there employees. This is bad for business because I spend a lot of money with this company. And to be disrespected like this is crazy. I will make sure my friends, and family is aware of this company promoting bad customer service. I really should have recorded this incident. I'm glad speedway is in business because of there employees and not paying customers. Oh it has been brought to my attention you guys never address complaints smh sad. You have lost my business. But iam convinced that the way this employee carried on this behavior is tolerated. Play the video back at that store and you will see this women is just rude, and a racist. I am an long time customer at this store but I will not be returning due to the conversation I over heard from your Store Manager. She was calling an past associate all kinds of names due to what led to their termination. Which in my eyes is not store appropriate or manager material. She has not begun working for this company yet but an candidate that will be starting.

The speedway in new castle indiana on south memorial drive has an 18year old working the cash register while they sell alcohol in the store. To work in any speedway that sells alcohol you have to be 21. This has happened multiple times and the little girl is very rude. She should not be working in a store that sells alcohol. She refused to give me her managers number or name. I would really think you all don't want an 18 year old working around alcohol.

The general store manager is rude, rolls her eyes while waiting on you. She acts like she is inconvenienced by having to wait on you at all. She has a nasty attitude with everyone. She complains to customers about other employees being slow, complains about being tired. There is regularly 6 or more customers in line with only one register open. Other employees will walk right by the line and not open a register to help. The manager spends too much time talking and complaining to customers causing others to stand there and wait long amounts of time. The manager is very unprofessional and has a terrible attirude .

This is pertaining to the speedway off of the smith Edwards exit from 1 71 in Cincinnati Ohio. I go to this speedway multiple times because it is convenient and the staff is nice. Lately every staff member including the ones wearing the black shirts have been asking if I have a speedway card which I understand but I do not have one and do not care for one but that is not the issue. The issue is that when I say no thank you, the staff member either scans the card and puts in my bag or scans the card and then Throws it away. I do not understand why these staff members are wasting so much paper. It's disgusting to think about how many of those cards they must throw away or give to someone who doesn't want one and then that person throws it away. Im assuming they need to hit some sort of sign up quota but this is not the way to get it done. Please address this problem or I will not be returning to any of your locations. Thank you

1:37pm 1/27/18 trans#8014973 reg 2. I was making a purchase at Speedway and observed a man asking 1 of 3 Speedway employees about the coffee area. (It appeared he didn't know it was self-serve.) One employee curtly told him there was plenty and he was to pour his own. The other 2 employees proceeded to mock the man's question and the response he was given while they laughed loudly. They re-enacted the interaction several times, continuing to ridicule and laugh. I was one of their customers at that time and I mentioned I was uncomfortable with how they were treating him and didn't feel it was ok to make fun of someone who had a question. They ignored me and continued repeating their reenactment and laughter. 2 days later and I'm still bothered by how rude and mean that was. To me, it made matters worse that pointing it out made no difference at all. If that continues- I will find another place to buy my gas and snacks.

Clerk bagged items told me change is on the side of machine, handed me my bag, and told me to have a nice day. Turned and walked away. Immediately I realized that he kept the 3-$1 Bill's. I was told no that was you change! "I gave you $15:00. No, just a second I'll print you a receipt(never offered at the time of transaction) "oh my badI I'm just not with it today" on the Receipt $15:00 was typed in! Shouldn't that drawer open when I'm owed bills back? How many times a day does he do that? He is supplementing his wages, and needs to be investigated! Very easy to keep track of even bills when the machine spits out your change, and he's handing a bag. Weary traveler, busy place. Smells of scam to me!
