Speedway fuel prepay

I had went to 5575 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17112 location. And attempted to prepay $40 in fuel. However I was hit with insufficient funds in the amount of $39.80 but instead of just calling it insufficient funds and going about my day. Your system withdrew the $39.80 from my account, and I have yet to receive the money back onto my account. Please fix this system because I've known many other people which this has happened to.

Speedway refusal

May 6th 4:30pm
Your emp. Repeatedly refuse to make Sweet Tea. 1st, and 2nd shift. S. Hawthorne rd w-s nc 27103. This is ongoing. Even supervisor (s) can decide 8pm is too late, after having entire day out! Its 4:30pm when 2nd shift came i and followed the lead. Maybe Leadership should not have such a trashy attitude towards ppl, in order to have Emp. follow examples

Speedway i'm contacting you about the drain trench in parking lot

Hello my name is Ioannis I'm a customer or the speedway in Shirley ny on William Floyd park way.i am in the store several times a week usually at night. There was one night last week I was leaving and as I was pulling out of the gas station I hit something hard I thought it was a pot hole .about a week later I went to the gas station again and as I was pulling out I noticed no pothole so continued pulling out and again bang the whole car shook and banged and now my car is all over the place it feels like it blew out my shockes.prior to the incident I didn't have any thing around with them I will be bringing my car into a shop to get an estimate to find out what is wrong and what it will cost iam including photo's of what I'm talking about and you will see what I'm talking about it's very dangerous and youb can't see it at night it defiantly need a to be addressed. Speedway david m

Went to your location on maple ave in burlington. I got to ices and a 52 oz drink. The amount up 2 3.07. I said to cashier i thought all drinks was 89 cents and he begin to get smart at the mouth. And pointing out signs really anger bc i said i thought the drinks was 89 cents. I think he is very rude and need to learn to speak to people. There was no need for attitude all he had to say is they went back to regular price.

Speedway management of store

The speedway in Wayland Michigan used to be my favorite stop before and after work. Ever since the management change it has become my last resort. The 3 women in the black shirts are rude, they say derogatory inappropriate things with customers present. I've witnessed bullying of fellow managers as well. That store has lost alot of customers and will continue to do so with this team in charge. I tell my buddies Wayland Speedway is not a friendly store to shop at.

Speedway employee at register

Id like to put a complaint in about a very unprofessional employee at the speedway in 0007675 lafayette indiana on 26 next to interstate 65. Her name was Rita on name tag i think receipt says Rosita D. she was very rude to every customer ahead of me including myself would mumble rude remarks and got very [censored] just because she had to do her job. I am a regular at that gas station and have never heard anyone act like that or been treated that way by anyone at any gas station iv been to something needs to be done with that women noone goes to any place to be treated like that. I hate to see anyone lose their job or anything but if thats what i experienced in the few mins i was there then i can only imagine how she has treated everyone else the rest on time she has been there i think she needs to be fired she clearly don't know how to be professional and does not need to be working with the public.

Speedway customer service

I went to speedway in brooksville Florida on may 2nd 2018 at 8:15pm. I purchased a pack of smokes and needed to wash my windows in my car from a long drive so I could get home safely. There was no washer fluid anywhere no paper towels ect. As I went in a got what I needed I asked the young man at the counter if he would please look and see if there was any so it could be filled. He completely shoved me off as if I was not even there! He helped everyone in line so I asked again he then gave me a mean look rolled his eyes and kept working so I wait longer I sent another young lady moping the floors so I asked her she was nice and was at least going to look but he told her no keep mopping so I then was upset at the service and asked for the store number he then become nasty because I asked. He said what do you need it for I replied so I can call you're district manager he would not give it to me at first until I asked again. The receipt he gave me you cannot see much on it at all. I have never experienced anything like this before I go there every day without any issues ever! I never seen this young man before I hope to never see him again. Rude is an under statement someone like this should not be working for a great company such as you'res. I hope someone can speak with him about service and how to treat others as he would want to be treated. This store is onstate road 41 on the border of pasco county and Hernando county off county line road l. My phone is [protected]..

Speedway fraudulent credit card at pump

On 5/1/18 at 7:15am someone charged 99.60 with a fraudulently made card with my number on it. I have the only original copy. I have talked to the manager at store #06450, 6395 Taft Hollywood FL 33024. She confirmed the date and time, and my bank put a stop payment on the transaction. She also mentioned that it would be on video. Can someone please help me, not only has my card been cancelled, until this is investigated my account stays negative the amount. Speedway manager at store 6444 named josh

As I was standing in a long line while josh was mopping the floor not paying attention to anything around him, his other employee who was on the register was in the back coffin or getting sick or something I could hear her all the way by the register. I told him that I think she was getting sick and gave me an attitude like did something wrong by telling him she might be in the back and getting sick that he should check on her or help these people in line.

Speedway rude customer service

Speedway location- Harrison street, Shelbyville, Indiana on a Friday, April 27th at 7:15am

I told the cashier I need $50 on pump # 4 and she gave to much money in return. I told her that she gave me back to much money for $50. The cashier replied a loud tone " You need to speak up" and you said $15 of gas. I was very surprised of being talked to this way. This is the last time I will be using Speedway services! Poor customer service!

Speedway I am complaining about speedway not having coffee

Hi my name is Chris. It is Friday April 27th @ 2:30am. I stopped by Speedway on Georgetown Road in Lexington Kentucky to grab a cup of coffee before heading home. Well today there was no coffee made. I'm not sure if the guy that is working nights/ morning is new but speedway is known for coffee. He offered to make some coffee but
there was no way I would had hungout at the store for coffee and get charged for it. There are two other people that works there at nights and has coffee made all the time before doing what ever that has to be done to the store.

Speedway general manager

Hi I work at store 4127 in South Milwaukee Wisconsin the general manager Jeff Torres once referred to fiancee whom he's never met as my [censored] he complains about customers harasses people I asked him if I should let one of the newer guys have a smoke break and his response was [censored] no I have a lot of [censored] to do he needs to be terminated no one at the store likes him he talks about all his employees to other employees calls them lazy, stupid, dumb etc he never helps out and favors some people he stares at girl's and looks at their butts and doesn't stop until they get in there cars puts manager papers in daily books for all the csr I hope something is done about this is I will get a lawyer and file a harassment lawsuit and all the other employees will agree including the co managers.

Speedway speedway cashier

I am contacting you to tell you about the speedway cashier at the speedway on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington North Carolina, this cashier is very rude I went in there on Sunday to get gas I asked if I could use my $0.10 off the gallon and she said she was not going to enter the extra information in for me to get that $0.10 off. Last night I was in the same store and the same cashier called the lady in line in front of me a" [censored] " we have contacted the speedway manager at that store and nothing has been done about this cashier I do not know this cashier's name but she is a large frame black lady with long braids and she works 2nd shift most of the time

Speedway samara woodrow

I noticed that you guys are recently hired a new customer service associate but the customer service associate seamlessly always shows up late always is complaining it everybody never necessarily does her job correctly and it seems like something's not all the way there but she might be there high or not don't really know when I look in somebody's eyes in their pupils are more dilated than normal that's a problem I shop here on a daily basis constantly even when I'm in normal customer I'm roughly about 45 she says I love you longer than 40 so she cards me not a problem but I'm a regular I'm there all the time and never still I never cheat but I always see this girl on her phone I always see this girl complaining about something saying her legs hurt her feet hurt something is always hurting she's always too tired to do the job I don't know why she's there if it was up to me I think you guys should give her a drug test to find out what's exactly going on

I just find it pathetic when customers notice the mistakes not just the management team this is an outrage I demand better service when I walk in to the speedway company for what she has done as a complete embarrassment to whom it may concern but it is very obvious it's tenderize drug test has not been made for this child I know it may be our first job but this place serves alcohol as well why is she working in the industry where they serve alcohol and she's 18 it's very obvious very illegal she's not supposed to sell alcohol

It may not be fast food work in a gas station is a fast pace industry which this young lady is not keeping up I come in on a daily basis doesn't matter how nice she is doesn't matter what she's doing there's always an issue if she's not on her phone she's forgetting something she supposed to be doing she's not forgetting something she's supposed to be doing she's always being coached by her managers I honestly don't believe she deserves the job if it was up to me I please ask that she be drug tested for the job at hand appropriate for

I've worked under Speedway Turkey Hill and then the other gas stations and know that it is a standardized law the team players are supposed to be drug tested which I'm proud to say 100% I know she would fail she slows her words she always forgets no matter how polite she may say I'm sorry if the teller things more than once which is completely ridiculous if it's this bad on the job you can only imagine her home life

Speedway employees

Not happy with two of the employees at the one in Strabane. Cathy and Mark are very slow and when they are working the store is dirty. Patti is an exceptional employee and quick at what she does. She is personable and the store is always well kept when she works. She is basically why I frequent this store. I feel that she should be promoted. I feel she has a good repoir with the customers.

Speedway slushy lids

I normally never complain but this is ridiculous I bought two slashes at the speedway in Davie Florida I bring them out my husband grabs his it goes all over him lid pops off goes all over my car and then about 5 miles down the road my lid pops off going all over my car all over my coat and my pants ruining my coat because it's white this is ridiculous like fix your lid so that your consumers don't wear your products I'm very angry I paid good money for my clothes my car and the slashes I don't know what else to say except I'm very angry

Speedway elda liparoto; clerk

I come in here for gas, snack and more numerous times throughout the week. One of your employees, Elsa Liparoto is the rudest, nastest mouthiest c*** ive ever met in my life. She denies service to any female she feels "threatened" by. She also thinks its necessary to scream obscenities through the store while numerous customers are in. This is the 5th time this has happened and it has been brought up before. Won't be long until someone beats her mouthy a** over the counter. Youre store is losing customers because of the parasite you have employed there.

Speedway panhandler at the station for past months, today there was two

I like the convenience of this location. I like the clerks who work the cashier. I do not like being approached each and every time that I get gas. I am asked by panhandler for either money, change, offers to pump my gas or wash my windows. I just want to pump gas. For the past several weeks I have gone out of my way to Kroger knowing that they do not have panhandlers there. I am sure that I am not the only person who have been approached, but perhaps I am the only one sending in a complaint.

Speedway I am complaining about

I have been working for your company for three weeks at the store in Boone North Carolina store 1033 king st.. I am sorry to say that it has been the worst experience in my 15 years of working.. The management cannot keep a schedule straight or train people properly.. The district manager cannot be contacted and or reached... The store was left in the hands of a woman who had no clue what she was doing and I almost had a serious blood sugar issue because my coworker was allowed to disappear with the business phone several times. The manager went on vacation and left people in charge who had no idea what they were doing.. Who went onto the computer to get other employees pos number.. And signed them in when they weren't there... And forced me to use a different employees number even though I never signed in and was supposed to be kitchen.. We only had four employees working that day but four signed out.. I refuse to work for this building.. It needs a serious over haul.. It is also a problem with professionalism I heard multiple racial slurs and employees purposefully being rude to older customers... I tried to let a manager know I would not be returning and could not get a hold of them.. So was forced to do a no call no show... Tried calling three days in a row four times a day...

Speedway customer service cashier at speedway gas station

I was there n I bought three drinks, as I have several times this last month to get that $0.10 off a gallon I use my Speedy Rewards card after I completed that transaction I continued on by purchasing $20 in gas on my Speedy Fuel card and went to use my $0.10 off on gas and it never popped up so that cashier I think her name was Tiana she was a black chick with long braids in her hair she was the one that was extremely rude started talking back to me cussing at me made a big scene in the store told me that the sale was over for the $0.10 off but there was three or four or maybe even five signs big signs still up that said that $0.10 off a gallon and she tried to tell me it wasn't going and that's why it wasn't popping up when the cashier right next to her just got done saying it was working just fine on her register so I tried to switch over to her register and have it go through and it didn't go through on hers either the other girl Tiana continue to talk back and cuffs and argue with me while the other lady I think her name was Penny or something like that was very very kind and polite and helpful and completely ignored Tiana Tiana started talking crap to her too and so I left for refund I was so upset at the situation she refunded me my money and then Tiana continued to talk crap about money doing that I told her that that was good customer service and she needed to learn some and I left I'm very very disappointed I've never in my life experience customer service like this everywhere in Speedway I've lived practically next door to two Suppa Speedways visiting daily for morning coffee never ever had customer service to the point where I've needed to send an email or make a phone call I tried to call first but it was past hours so I'm emailing somebody I'd appreciate a response back my email is [protected]@gmail.com
