An order were placed and then she was asked to cancel the order because it took to long … that’s when she made the racist statement “this is not yall mama kitchen”and then the food came out after who wants to eat something after a statement like that was made towards them? Me being a leader my self I called the restaurant and she said she could not cancel the order and the food was already brung out then she turned around and stated that it came out a lil after they asked to cancel and that they could remake the food that’s still waste right she stated that there was no cancel button on the computer… Alisha is so rude and unprofessional as she stated this is not y’all mama kitchen and her is y’all check anyways then she hung up in my face twice would not give me her last name i’m a general manager my self and this type of customer service from a leader is unprofessional I asked for an complaint line she refused to give it to me told me that I had to speak to the gm I will be reaching out to higher power she should not be working in customer..
I will be filing an discrimination/racist claim against ihop if she is still employed … she called the sheriff and told them who know what and they place a child under arrest because he stated another person at the table was playing for his order… that type of customer service should never be allow from a manager..
Desired outcome: a child were took to jail cause he stated one of the other ones were paying for his orderdiscriminated against
