We just came from having breakfast at 6631 Dudley Dr. Naples, FL.34105 at 3:40am on 02/23/2025. First would like to say in the all the times we have gone to any of your IHOP restaurants this one has been the worst ever. When we sat down and the waitress got us the coffees, she asked if we were ready and usual I started to tell her our order, which like always is a breakfast meal of scramble eggs, hash brown, ham and English muffin and we ordered 1 French toast. Well she decided, which it has never happened, to bring a side dish of 1 scramble eggs, 1 side dish of hash brown, 1 side dish of English muffin and 1 side dish of a biscuit. Never got one of the other meal which it was suppose to be 2 breakfast meals in the first cause we were 2 people and never got the French toast. I was very upset and very disappointed after waiting for more than 30 minutes that I just wanted to leave. Ask for the bill and like I said was charged for everything separately as side dishes which was $32.14 which was more than what we pay for 2 is about $ 35.00. This is incredible and frustrating that I told my husband NEVER AGAIN will I step in that IHOP. Please can someone be so kind and get back to me and explain why would someone order side dishes for a breakfast meal instead of a complete breakfast dish. My email is [protected]@gmail.com
