I went to the IHOP in the Woodlands TX. As you know there is new management at this location. I've been going to that restaurant for 14 plus years. I knew everyone by name. Your new manager is racist as are her employees. Two weeks ago, I went for breakfast. Was seated and ignored for 20 plus minutes although staff walked right by my table. Got to the ihop on south road around 10:30am me and my family come every Sunday and always get great service today was not the case first I put my name down and was told the wait was 15 mins to be waiting outside for over 45 mins and still no text or call I come in to find out what is taking so long and people that came after me were being seated before us which isn’t right and when I asked the older lady that is always in the front she gave me an attitude like it was not her problem or her fault this lady should not be working here always has an attitude when I come here for no reason I am a general manager at a Resturant and even if you are having a bad day it’s not the costumers fault but after this I get to my table and the table is dirty as well as the seats we where going to sit at and no one came to clean them I had to do it myself then the server took our order and when the food came it was all cold down to the eggs and pancakes the waitress took very long to get our drinks and gave no straw and did not come to check on us for 15mins we waited to asks for more drinks very bad service today hopefully next Sunday isn’t the same you guys are a very well known Resturant this should not be happing it need to be addressed and changed by your general manager

We were traveling over the Holidays and stayed in Shreveport, LA. We got up the next morning and decided to have breakfast prior to getting on the road. We saw I Hop and decided to go in as it had been quite a while since seeing one. We walked into a completely empty restaurant and no workers in sight. We waited for approximately 5 to 10 minutes and still saw no one.
Finally, we walked to the doorway of the kitchen where there were some workers. We asked if they were open. Instead of answering with a simple yes or no, the woman that answered very rudely stated "People ask some of the stupidest questions, no, I'm just here for my health". She didn't even have the courage to face us as she said this. We then waited for about another 5 or so minutes, as did others that walked in. Again, no one came. We did hear someone in the kitchen ask another employee why she didn't lock the door. This was sometime between 8 and 9am. on a Monday morning, December 27, 2021. I didn't realize that I HOP closed so early as I was under the impression that they were open 24 hours. We felt it necessary to inform you how your business in Shreveport, LA is being run and the rudeness of the employees.

Dec 25, 2021 I hops (Clovis NM) Time 12:30 pm. My daughter and I to have breakfast. We were over looked by our male server 4 time. We had not even got drinks before others after us were severed. I went and asked for water for myself and my daughter while we waited. My glass of water had red lipstick on it. Due to Covid and people getting sick. I spoke to the manager Shamika, she didn't care or offer to do anything about. My daughter and I left at went to eat at Dennis down the road. I hops has disappointed me for the last time. I will no longer go to i hop and tell everyone I can about my experience today. The I hops in Clovis is not a clean restaurant, serves your meal, drinks on dirty dishes and is not considered about Covid. No workers had hair nets or were wearing gloves while making customers food. The restaurant had food and trash on the floors and is a possible breeding ground for roaches.

Today my sister stopped at the IHOP on E. State St. in Athens, Ohio. Sign on the door said, no mask, no entry. There was an outside area to sit which was set up because of Covid. The area was full of sticky stuff on the tables and floor. There were about 10 people sitting out there. We all spent the whole time swatting bees away. The mask mandate of IHOP is asinine! Will never dine at ANY IHOP again. And the eggs were cold! Yuck!

My husband and I eat at IHOP every Sunday and sometimes during the week in Cedar Hill Tx where we have never had a complaint. This IHOP near Lovefield airport was a disgrace to your name. We was seated fast at the restaurant. But, the waiter was a trip. We waited a long time for our food. Then after we get the food, we had to ask for napkins. My husband used the Tobasco sauce and there was no plastic stopper in it and the food was ruined with hot sauce. Then we asked for 2 go containers and the waiter brought us back two dirty containers that was greasy and been used. Had to asked for cleaner ones. Then he brought us the wrong receipt, and when we got to the counter to pay for our meal the manager asked us, "didn't you have a burritos". So that indicate she was watching the waiter or watching what we ate. I felt discriminated against. It made me feel uncomfortable about ever eating there again. Yes we paid full price for our meal, but we will never return.

IHOP 3524 3300 E Main St Alice, Texas 78332. 14 Apr 2021 9:04 PM server Carley. This is absolutely the worst visit I have had at IHOP. I have friends visiting from out of state. Since Texas has opened up and is masks-free the hospital rate for COVID has gone down 20%. The CDC reports over 70% of people who contracted COVID wore masks. When we entered the store Carley met us and demanded we wear a mask to be seated at a table not 20 feet away. Fine, we all dug out masks to fulfill the asinine requirement after stating that masks are not required in Texas and Carley told us they were required by management at IHOP. After we were seated the manager came out of the back like a banshee lecturing us on the IHOP policy of mask. She has some obsession with forcing people to wear masks and kept stating she would be fired if we did not wear a mask. It is no wonder every time I go into this store there are very few people with an attitude like that who would want to go there. They did not give us a survey (wonder why?). I have tried in the past to talk to some competent person about this issue but no one has contacted me. I doubt I will rush to go back there.

On 3/20/21 I took my family & son to IHOP located at 4310 Roosevelt Blvd. for his birthday. I didn't want to go there because I had heard from friends the service is bad there. I suggested Bob Evans or Green Eggs Cafe, but my son chose IHOP at that location because its 5 minutes from my home and he likes the food. We were seated at 10:30 AM, but no waiter came to the table until 11AM which is an extremely long wait for a waiter to first great seated customers. The waiter never apologized nor gave any explanation for why we waited so long for him, and I felt like maybe he didn't like Asian Americans. When my family ordered drinks, the waiter took 15 minutes just to return with the drinks, and I noticed big pink lipstick prints on my coffee cup. When I showed it to the waiter and asked if I could have another coffee in a clean cup, he huffed and said "I guess so" as if I was inconveniencing him. Again he didn't even apologize for bringing a coffee which had lipstick prints nor for the 15 minutes we waited for the drinks. Again I felt that maybe he had something against Asians but I tried to put it out of my head. When we finally were brought our food we weren't given any utensils! I was shocked that the waiter never noticed we had no utensils and he never offered us ketchup, salt, pepper or anything during the entire visit. We had to ask for everything. Once again there was no explanation nor apology when we told him we had not been given any utensils. I wanted to spend a nice day with my family for my son's birthday and it was ruined by bad service. The waiter was a short dark skin African American in his 20's with nail polish, and the top of his hair dyed blond. He wore no name tag and I'm not surprised about that. I was hoping to have a nice birthday celebration with my family but instead I left IHOP angry and sad. I felt a little better when I spoke to my best friend who is African American. He told me that the waiter may not hate Asians and may simply be a bad waiter to everyone. He said he was similarly mistreated at IHOP years ago when he went there on duty in his police uniform, and he never returned because of it. He told me I should complain because it will make me feel better and that big franchises appreciate the feedback so they can improve & show the customer they care. I only want to feel that my experience is heard so that other customers don't go through what did. Even though I like IHOP food I'm not sure if I will return. I would appreciate any feedback.
