This was at the 83rd and Bell Rd, Peoria location in AZ. Monday 11/11/2024 Veterans Day. at 7:42am. Didn't get out of there till 9:00am.

Server not once checked to see where our order was. Even though everyone that came after us got their orders. My husband had to finely get up to go find her to find out where our order was. Then when I got my order it was wrong.

Claimed loss: $10.00 wasn't much, but it's principle of the whole experience.

Desired outcome: Refund and a response.
