In store at covington, la. Upon trying to check out i notice alarge number of customers in line with thoroughly full carts. There were five unmanned check outs and only 2 manned check outs, five others were not open. Each line was five deep. This is crappy customer service. Many people, mainly the elderly, which is what I am, are not tech savvy enough to check out. So this ties up the line. You have to pull your groceries out, check them, then you load them back in your cart. No difference in price but the customers do all the work while you get an increase in cost by not having emloyees to check us out. GREEDY. There is one person for five or six self check registers to help those that are lost. Another tie up of the line. I had six items and it took thirty five minutes just to get to the register. There seemed to be four or five manned check outs but three were closed. All of these should be open at all times. Walmart has become a non descript store and now sams. Sam Walton would be mortified to see the great business he created turned into an I dont give a s...t store. When he was alive his stores were run on the principle of customer first . Not by only THE BOTTOM LINE.
