1. called to order 2 medium speciality pizzas and 1 medium cheese pizza's. Was told that to get special prices of $7.99 for medium speciality pizza and $5.99 for medium cheese pizza we had to order it on line, that they did not have the capabilities to help us on the phone. Phone call ended.
2. spent about 10-15 minutes trying to start a new account to place our order. When we
were ready to check out on line, the prices did not match at $7.99 and $5.99. So, we had to call back to the Ormond Blvd pizza site to ask for help on how to navigate the system to get the prices we were promised. They did help us and finally we placed our order.
3. My husband went to the site to pick up our order. He waited about 10 minutes or so in the parking lot before entering because he knew we just placed the order. When he gave his name and told them that he was there to pick up his order, they
told him that there was no order placed on line. My husband said that the management and employee working at the front area were very rude and not helpful. My husband told them that he wanted a refund and then he left with no satisfaction, or no help to say, we will make it up to you.
Our order number was #538, placed at 5:36pm on 11/13/19 on line at this Destrehan site on Ormond Blvd. It's the only Domino's on this street.
4. My husband then went to another Pizza facility near by to get us our dinner.
5. By the time my husband got home, It was now 6:30pm, an hour since we placed
the order on line. When he told me what happened, I immediately went to calling the site, as I had on line order number proof. I had to call 3 times before someone would answer the phone, and finally when I did get through, I explained that I needed to speak to the manager, that I had a complaint, and then I was put on hold and then disconnected. No one ever called me back.
