My experience today regarding Communication with a young lady name "JELISA TRULY" was the worst I've ever experience in my life. Very unprofessional from our first line of communication until our last call. I was even asked to give my social security number over the phone by this young lady. Which is something I've never heard of when dealing with a car dealership. That was my first bad Experience. A couple of hours after I received a call from a gentleman representing hertz regarding my interest rate "financing" after disagreeing with him and informing him that I would not be moving forward with my application... I was told by the gentleman "Thank you for wasting my time"
