When I presented $100.00 bill the cashier, she mentioned that she will not break $100.00 it is the policy during the holiday season. I was furious. I did have to go to another store to break my $100.00 for coming back to purchase my goods.

i mentioned to the cashier that if such policy was in place, it should be posted at the entrance of the store, so that customer know beforehand. I ask to talk to a manager. The cashier was reluctant to call the manager, so another cashier call for one. After talking to the manager, this one mentioned that they were no such rules. she apologized, I mentioned that I wanted also an apologize from the cashier, the manager she cannot request that. I was considering her action as discrimination, if your store allows employees to treat customers that way, then you deserve to go bankrupt, I will make sure that I mention this unfortunate incident to as many peoples of my entourage and also will mention that to the media as I have connection with a local TV station of New Orleans.
