Aspen Dental

I had an appointment on May 22nd at 4:30 to get impressions for my permanent partial dentures. Scans were done and then the dentist proceeds to tell me that I haven’t been taking care of my teeth and not brushing at all, he was rude and very unprofessional on how he approached the situation. Didn’t give me any chance to talk. He then tells me my scans won’t be sent off and won’t further help me. At this point I’m very upset as I am due for permanent partial dentures. I talked to the front desk and the girl said she would call me cause I should still be able to get my permanent dentures and never called. I’m very unhappy with the way I was treated and the unprofessional way the dentist treated me.

Went to Aspen Dental here in Houma, La. talked to them about extractions and getting full set of DENTURES was told the cost, I had a dental discount plan that I thought would cover the $3000.00 it wasn't enough I had to borrow the $3000.00 from GENESIS CREDIT COMPANY thru Aspen Dental . Started treatment for EXTRACTIONS AND DENTURES, had 10 teeth pulled at one time, ASPEN made a Temporary set of teeth to put in after Extractions completed, Temporary set did not fit, I had developed sores on the inside of my mouth, experienced lots of PAIN, went back several times to refit and pull several BONE CHIPS from my Mouth, I was going on VACATION the 31 May this year, was assured that I would have my tereth and have no trouble, this trip was also my ANNIVERSARY, ended going without TEETH to Pigeon Forge, Tn. upon getting back in town went back to Aspen tried to get them to fix the Problem, to no avail, I demanded that they do something or refund all of the $3000.00 back to GENESIS CREDIT, all they would refund was $1575, I live on Social Security, now I can not borrow anymore money to finish getting DENTURES,

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A CLAIM IN YOUR CLASS ACTION SUIT, I NEED TEETH IN MY MOUTH.
